The food was fine. Came in a group of a few college kids and the waitress was terrible. We needed the check split and when asked a second time she claimed that no one told her. I was brought the wrong item but didn't ask for a change since she didn't check in on the table. One friend didn't have silverware. She was not a very good waitress and kept winking at my friend which was equally confusing. I think her name was Page. Would rather go to Village Inn after the experience.

For some reason this IHOP thinks it's fine for their employees (who obviously work with your food) to come in and work while showing flu like symptoms. That is disgusting and I won't be eating here anymore.

Came here Thanksgiving morning, thank God for places that serve breakfast for those of us who don't want to cook more than a turkey! I came here with my son, we got seated right away and our waitress was pleasant. I appreciated her good mood given she was working on a holiday. I ordered the SIMPLE & FIT Blueberry Harvest Grain 'N Nut® Combo: Two Harvest Grain 'N Nut® pancakes with blueberries and banana along with scrambled egg substitute. Our waitress couldn't find the item in the computer so she tried to give me a different SIMPLE & FIT order that was $1 more and came with hashbrowns. The whole idea was to keep it light so I said no thank you. She ended up comping my coffee so that it came out to the same price.. whatever. I guess I'm the only person who eats off the healthy menu. My son ordered the Strawberry & Banana Pancakes with a double order of hashbrowns instead of eggs. He ate every single last bite so it must have been good. I prefer this place over most other diner breakfast. This location is at Jordan's Landing and was overall pretty good.

We were party of five and we got really slow service today. I understand that it was a busy day but this place is always busy and there was no excuse that four or more parties after us were served their food before us. She checked us a couple of times but then she avoided us since they were taking too long. We had to ask another server to complain and the server came to talk to us but she was rude and telling us that it was not her fault. Wow! Let me come to talk to your cook then ... Asked manager but the manager was not much different from her. We explained the situation and explained that we did not appreciate the server's attitude and reasoning of the issue. Unfortunately, this young manager was not nice neither and she basically said that they didn't expect that it could be that busy and, therefore, it's no ones fault. I was expected their sincere apology, however, we had to heard ridiculous excuse instead. Our food was finally served but I was very upset and not able to enjoy it. 7 mins to take our order. 9 minutes to bring our coffee. Only gave us half filled cups of coffee, not the pot as usual. took an additional 9 minutes to refill my little cup of coffee. She claimed that they had ran out of pots and wanted to get a fresh pot for us. That's cool and all, until I see groups sit down after that statement and get pots of coffee. 20 minutes after we ordered to receive our food, which isn't totally in the servers control. Food is good as always. It is just horrible watching other people sit down after we order, get a pot of coffee and their food before we even get our drinks. Page is the name of the server today. Had her before. Just as horrible. I actually used a timer this time just to ensure I wasn't making it up in my head. Other servers are either really good (Cameron and some other dude) or crappy like her. I normally wouldn't be this upfront but watching your server have chit chat while you require service is a big no no.

The food is just so mediocre, but for some reason the kids like it. They do breakfast foods well enough, but my mashed potatoes were definitely reconstituted and not so tasty. The salad was a bunch of greens with diced tomatoes. The table was not cleaned properly. The service was competent, but SLOW. Unless you just love this place there is better food to be had elsewhere.

Service was great, Brenda was very helpful and very attentive of our needs, plus she was bilingual which was perfect so I don't have to order for ghe whole freaking table lol. Parking is good no problem finding a good place to park. Overall I will come back to this place any time to come to SLC

Love me some pancakes and a steak omlete! Mmmm mmmm good! However, very disappointed they dud away with their avocados on their omletes! Not happy about that, but wnt let it effect my living breakfast for dinner!
