Look, I've been to Italy so I KNOW good pasta. The previous has nothing to do with this review but hey, Yelpers like to brag. The Pizza Factory is what it is. Several variaties of pizza and pasta to please everyone in the family at a modest price. A couple of things make this place a good choice for me. You can substitute squash "noodles" for pasta. A healthier option and really tasty. Try it before you wrinkle up your nose. The breadsticks are awesome doughiness curled around a big stick and baked. Coated with butter and herbs, it makes up for the healthier pasta. My favorite part is they aren't pretentious. They know who they are and who they are serving. If you're looking for good portions, good flavor, at a mid-price range, this is your place.

Holy cow I keep forgetting why my family never comes here until I go again a few months later. They never ever change. Ran by high school students, this place is a mess when it comes to ordering! Waitresses wait for a whole hour before they come with drinks I kid you not! And forget asking for refills, you need to get up and chase them down for anything, making things embarrassing and awkward! If their breadsticks weren't so good this place would be completely barren. They have so much potential it's sad to see them go on like this . It's the lack of management, because nobody makes sure customers get their orders in a timely manner. The other thing is that they are way too overpriced! Why on earth does Yelp only say it's under $10 dollars a person?! A medium pizza goes for $13 and pastas start at that price too! Normally, I wouldn't mind if the food TASTED like it was such a price. Management, get your staff in order! Save your business and it's customers before you lose it all!

Terrible service! The waitress did fine but we arrived at six and didn't receive food for 45 minutes...there were only two adults and one child! We only ordered a mini pizza and small pasta. Had to order more of my little girls pasta because the first serving was way too small...she's only 4. The salad bar was dirty enough to belong in a gas station and the choices were minimal. The kitchen was located just behind the salad bar and it looked as though it was full of kids all trying to micromanage each other. No wonder it took so long for our food to come out.

Do not go at lunch time! Absolutely ridiculous wait times for seemingly no reason. The place will be empty with hardly any customers at tables and you will wait forever for everything! Food is really good, but consider take out or be prepared to be there awhile... bring a friend to talk to that you have a lot of catching up to do...

Hopes weren't too high based on reviews, and after my drink came with a complimentary napkin wrapper floating in the bottom of the cup I was worried. The bread twists came next and greatly redeemed my concerns. They were fantastic. Caesar salad was good but not great. The pizza was very good considering the fast food type factor here. Overall good for a quick pizza.

There is a very good reason why they have a two star rating, service terrible, pizza spit it out, twist bread good. little Caesar is better, just save your Money and trip out here. Don't bother with their pizza!!!

It was okay but I have definitely had better. I thought everything was too greasy. The breadtwists were the only reason I would ever go back. If you go you gotta get the breadtwist. I also thought the prices were too high.

I had a coupon that was for pizza factory that they would not accept. No location was listed on the coupon but they still would not accept it. Never going back!

I am so unbelievably disgusted by the service in this place , this is the second time I came here and the second time with horrid service . First off , our waitress didn't bring my water after ordering it two separate times , I ordered soup and mini pizza , my soup came out and not my pizza so when she finally made it over to ask how our meals where I asked where my pizza was and she literally looked at me and asked what pizza .... She forgot I ordered food ! So she brings me pizza with onions on it which I asked for none and she said well the kitchen ended putting up onions on it so they will make you a new one , the new didint come out until my party has already eaten , we reviewed our bill at the end ( I didn't eat either pizza and was offered to pack it up ) and we noticed that they only took a couple of dollars off , I asked to speak with management so they sent out a cook to speak to me who told me he could remove anything off my bill but was able to take a couple more dollars off and to top it all off a waiter in the parking lot screamed at us . What great customer service , just kidding it was the worst treatment I have ever received I don't recommend this place to anyone even if you were starving and it was the only place for miles I would honestly rather starve .

Not impressed. We called in 15 minutes ahead on our way to order a few breadsticks for my family because we were in a hurry for an event. When we got there, they haven't even started them yet. We had to cancel our order and go to McDonald's.

My brother said this place was awesome so I ended up here with him and his family. Disappointed to say the least. Nothing looked good so I went with the soup and salad combo after waiting ten minutes to have our drinks order taken. They ran out of spinach by 6:30 on a Monday night and the beers tasted like they were expired. With the amount of staff on hand you'd think they could keep the bar clean but alas it wasn't so. Loud kids, bad to mediocre good, and lackluster service. Avoid if you're smart. Edit 1 - just got interrupted while eating to ask if we were ready to pay (while still waiting for breadsticks)

Be prepared to wait!! Ordered pizza & bread twists for pick up. Arrived at the 20 minute quoted wait time, paid & was told it would be another few minutes. 45 minutes later I was given bread twists & someone else's pasta. Was eventually tossed my luke warm pizza by a snotty 17 year old who was apparently inconvenienced by giving me the food I actually paid for. On the upside, the baked ziti I didn't order was delicious!

The bread twists are really the only thing worth having.

Haven't been here since just after they opened 5 or 6 years ago. It was pretty well below par then, this the half decade span between visits. It just didn't taste good. But here we go again. I'm a forgive and forget christ...... err... Humanist. Anyhow, gonna go ahead and review while I experience it. We've got just over an hour to dine before a ball game. - Seated promptly. - good. - Noisy - bad - . - All of us talked of salad on the way and looked forward to eating one. Not after inspecting the salad bar. It was pretty un eventful, save the apparent tornado that must've come through just prior to our arrival. Pretty much every individual container on the salad bar was littered with the rest of the salad bar. Maybe someone walked by it with a leaf blower? Bad. No beer or otherwise. - bad Ice - good, as mentioned. Overall decor and atmosphere - Kind of has a school lunch room vibe, though I don't recall crying babies at school. But it's been awhile, so maybe I just don't recall correctly. Breadsticks - Kind of taste like insalted bread dough and, the waitress forgot our sauce, which was the only hope. Finally got the sauce after the breadsticks were cold. Yeah! Pizza came! Never mind. They made it completely wrong. Was supposed to be half white sauce for the girls and half red sauce for me, cause white sauce makes me gag. The whole pizza was white sauce and the left toppings off. No time for a correction, so I guess dinner is a bust, which sucks, cause this was my lunch, too......... And they still charged me almost 30 bucks for dinner for 2 eleven year olds. Dumb, dumb, dumb. Don't come here.

The bread twists are amazing...everything else is just ok. They do have a nice fresh salad bar, but if you are going just for the pizza and pasta there are better spots.

This place has some good food! The pizza and calzones are excellent! Wish we had one closer...like in California :) hint, hint!! Excellent crust on the pizza and calzone. Stuffed with all kinds of goodies. You can choose from their standard calzones or choose up to six six of your favorite toppings. We had sides of garlic cheese bread and a garlic bread twist. Both were great! They also serve their drinks with crushed ice.. for those of you that care what form of ice they serve! ;) It is a sit-down restaurant. The hostess seats you and you order off of a menu. The salad bar looked yummy! (see photos) Please open a Pizza Factory in California!

Food was just OK, not good enough to overcome my other gripes! Prices too high, no alcohol, closed on Sunday so obviously they are catering to a select group that I do not belong to. I would opt for the Brick Oven, it has the same restrictions but far better food and atmosphere at a more reasonable price.

I guess I don't get it. This place stays busy, tons of people there often, but whenever I've gone in, I've found the food to be just ok with prices that seem high to me.

  • Emisha C.

The prices were overpriced for these foods! My little sister and I ordered Hawaiian pizza to share together and we both weren't impressed AT ALL because it was so hard and burnt!!! 16 dollar for 8 slice of pizza that didn't tasted fabulous... Frozen pizza can beat this place's pizzas! Will not come back.

Decent pizza and pasta "bar" without the wine or beer. Good food. Enticing aromas when entering the place, menu choices varied and pleasing to the palate. The bread twists are excellent. Personal favorites: The shrimp pasta. The meatballs. Lasagna is very nice Build your own pasta creation by choosing your pasta style (angel hair to fettuccine) sauce, and meats. Atmosphere is cold and noisy, however. concrete everywhere. I prefer their takeout. Friendly staff consisting mostly of fresh-faced Mormon teens who wrinkle their noses if you ask for a beer or glass of wine. What do you expect? this is ethnic Utah! Alcohol not on the menu and not available. Not sure if they even offer iced tea. Deserves another star but not from this patron until they put beer and wine on the menu, which is not likely.

I will NEVER eat here again! Way over priced and the food was just plain nasty!! I went here to eat the night before I was to run in the SLC marathon. I thought it would be a good place to load up on carbs. I ordered the Chicken Bow Tie pasta salad. Is what I received was 4 pieces of bow tie pasta, I couldn't find the chicken and the rest was welted green lettuce. I paid $12 bucks for this crap!!! I do not suggest eating here at all!

Whenever Jamie says... "where do you wanna go eat?" and we cant decide, we usually end up going to get pizza here. Let me tell you, we are very picky when it comes to our pizza... We just happened to find this place while driving down Antelope Ave in Syracuse one day and decided to try it. Its a nice pizza place, not too expensive, great atmosphere, the wait staff is friendly and they make really good pizza. Be sure to try the chicken alfredo pizza when you get a chance. (yes you heard me right) Also make sure to get some breadsticks...only one or two, they are huge! They come swirled around a stick in a vase looking thing, they look nice enough to be decorations on the table but they are very tasty as well. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because they are closed on Sundays...and half the time thats when I want to go. But I understand seeing how its smack dab in the middle of Utah.

I went through their drive-thru today at lunch and it was a pretty big order so the guy at the window forgot our marinara side sauce. I wasn't upset or anything but I called the head Manager Josh just to tell him that'd I'd be back to get it. When I got to the store he went above and beyond to tell me how sorry he was and not only gave me my side sauce but 2 extra and some more breadtwists for my "trouble" now if that's not great customer service I don't know what is! I'm a PF customer for life! :)

Food was ok but the service was horrible me and my son went for lunch when we arrived it was 5 minutes before we were even seated after that another 10 minutes before someone greeted us now this is understandable if you are slammed but there were a total of 5 tables in there on top of that one employee at the salad bar was incredibly rude and our server never checked back on the table after bringing the food just dropped the check off.
