Disgusting. This was the worst fast food I've ever had in my life. We were driving for about 5 hours and needed to stop somewhere ASAP. We ordered off of the Green Burrito menu, not the Carl's Jr. menu. We ordered two chicken tacos and a chicken burrito. First of all, the chicken tacos were beef. There was literally nobody else in the restaurant so I'm not sure how that happened. The chicken in my burrito felt like a sponge and the cheese was inedible. Both items were tiny, which is not what you expect from an American fast food joint. It also took quite a long time for the food to come out, considering it was fast food. Whatever, gross. Don't go.

This is a ZERO STAR REVIEW! DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible service & they can't even fix the screw up, or apologize,& or give a refund! Yes, I feel I deserved all 3. The so called manager Travis completely incompetent. The General Manager Kathy terrible. When asked who the franchise owner was would not give me a name. You are idiots and will lose your jobs because you just cost the owner over a $1,000.00 dollars a year. We've been loyal customers for my son with a gluten allergy for over 5 years! You all blew it big time. Thank you Carl's Jr. Website for providing me with all the information I need to get these 2 fired! I love writing letters to the headquarters in Carpintera,Ca. and sending emails to the SVP Domestic Franchise Development Jim Sullivan & VP Franchise Sales - North America Micheal D'Arezzo, CFE. I'm sure they will be very interested into how this Carl's Jr. franchise represents their brand and quality toward customer service. Oh, I'm will be sure to look up all your health code violations with Davis County Health Department! So they can also be posted for Yelp, Urbanspoon, & Trip advisor. Again, thank you Carl's Jr. Website for the needed information to be directed toward the correct employees that actually care about making a profit and not losing customers.

This should be shut down! This place is so disgusting inside. I have only been here twice, first time I thought it was a fluke. The second time was worse. The food is improperly handled by the cook. The staff was rude, when they finally decided to come out of the back. Don't bother to ask a question as each will give you different answers to questions, right in front of each other. The taquitos we recieved were ice cold, and with no sauce, no lettuce (like all other Green Burritos do), and literally a few strands of sprinkled cheese. (Found out after we got home a half a mile away) Then they proceeded to put the taquitos in the bag standing up, so basically it was destroyed. Ugh....hope the health department would just shut them down or the owners sell to someone who actually gives a crap!

Terrible service through the drive through. We have given them multiple chances but they always forget things as you go thru the drive thru. I wish they understood that this is not just a customer service issue but an honesty issue.

I will start off by saying this....I love Carl's J, however this particular Carl's J is terrible. They are slow, often out of foods, often out of soda, the food quality is very low, and the employees always seem like they are miserable. When Carl's J makes a burger or chicken sandwich right it can be the best in the fast food industry. Unfortunately the Syracuse Carl's J has ZERO quality control for their product. This Carl's J is local for me but I will drive into Layton to get Carl's J because of how poorly the Syracuse store is operated and managed.

Arguably the worst Carl's Jr. in Utah. Tastes awful and higher priced than most fast food restaurants. Don't get the burritos here, they aren't that good either. Staff really swings from polite to rude constantly. If anything, it's nice and clean.
