Springville Domino's online ordering (so really just any online ordering for Domino's anywhere) is awesome! It is very thorough and specific on how you want your pizza made and I really appreciate that, especially as a picky eater. I haven't order online until recently, but now it's the way I always want to do it because it's so convenient and I really feel like they care about catering the pizza to my wants and food desires.

Horrible customer service. We ordered pizza at 10 pm and went to pick then up. We got to dominos around 10:30ish and walked to the front door and it was locked. We peered inside and a worker was sitting in the back and waved us to come around to the back window. I was irritated at that point, but we drove around anyways. We got to the window and no one was there. I yelled through the window hello... And the worker yelled I'll be there in a minute. I couldn't see exactly what he was doing but looked like he was on his phone or watching tv. After waiting at the window for 10 minutes he finally came with our pizza. It was luke warn. EXTREMELY disappointed, because I normally really love dominos. This just made up my mind. Will be going to the dominos is Spanish Fork from now on.

3.5 rd up. Dominos has worked hard in recent years to become the best of national chain pizza. It's working, at least at the Springville location. Ordering online is a breeze, selection of toppings and crusts is better than most, prices are low if you use a coupon (and who wouldn't these days?), pickup via drive-thru is fast, and the pizzas are always hot and tasty. I have some minor complaints about the distribution of toppings and the way they abuse their spinach but all-in-all I'll go to Dominos over any of the other chains any day.

I called in half an hour before I wanted to pick up my order. The guy that answered put me on hold and when he returned was having a conversation with one of his coworkers at the same time is taking my order. I drove up to the drive-through window to pick up my order and no one ever came. I made eye contact with a few employees through the window and watched one guy puff on his e-cigarette but no one ever came to the window. So I left and went somewhere else. 2 1/2 hours later I got a call from somebody asking if I was coming to pick up my order. When I explained she offered to make it again. No offer for a discount or comping it. I will never order here again.
