This was our first stop on our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. Karen made us feel so comfortable. They deliver these lovely gourmet breakfasts in picnic baskets in the morning. We were in the brand new Gifford Suite which had its own patio. The room was clean and comfy with good A/C. Huge bathroom with nice jetted tub. Little kitchenette which was nice. Also they gave us champagne in our room to celebrate. Loved this place and would recommend to anyone going to Zion.

WOW!!! It's been so long since I've gotten as good of customer service as I did at the Red Rock Inn. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I had emailed ahead of time to see if they could hang up decorations. Karen got right back to me, and it was super easy to nail everything down before we came. She also offered to make us restaurant reservations AND provide apple cider in the room (at no extra cost.) I've got to admit, which customer service the way it is, I was really surprised to get this level of service. Once we arrived, the decorations had been hung, and chilled cider, with two flutes, was waiting for us, as promised! It's in a great location too, you walk just 5 minutes and there's all sorts of restaurants and gift shops. Of course there's also the spectacular view of Zion. It's so nice and refreshing to get great service anymore, not to mention the room was very nice and comfy as well! There's also a hearty breakfast served right to your door. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 4 nights on a recent trip to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. As a single female traveler, I felt right at home and safe during my entire stay -- an important attribute in my view. Reservations and check-in were easily accomplished and the price was very reasonable as compared to the surrounding options and amenities. Breakfast was brought to my room at 7am sharp which was great -- I am an early riser and wanted to hit the park early to hike before it got too hot. Breakfast each day was SPECTACULAR -- there was always a main dish, side dish, bread selection(s), and fruit/yogurt. It was a ton of food but it worked out great. Each day I packed the extra bread or yogurt in my hiking pack so I had a nice snack for later as well as a good start to the day. My favorite dish was the cream cheese stuffed blueberry French toast...to die for! I also liked the dine-on-the-front-porch approach as I'm not always the best conversationalist at shared B&B tables. It was honestly just nice to sit outdoors and soak in the scenery as I enjoyed by breakfast and coffee alone. The location is ideal given its proximity to Zion, the park shuttle, Bryce, a grocery store, and the shops and restaurants in town. Karen and Lisa were wonderful inn keepers and very helpful in making suggestions on where to hike, where to get good pictures, and where to eat. I would definitely go back to the Red Rock Inn if ever in Springdale again!

My wife and I stayed here on a Friday night during the off season. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back. The service was fantastic. Karen did everything she could to make sure our stay was great. She delivered home made food at 8am to our room - the food was plentiful and delicious. The room was charming and clean. The location is great - right on the main road (easy to find) where it's safe and close to the park. Overall I recommend this b&b if you're planning on going to Zion National Park and need a nice place to stay at.

We stayed here two nights in the Gifford room. Loved it. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated. We had a mini bar area that looked out to the mountain side, living room, big bath tub with jetted tub and a bedroom with king size bed. There was a patio in front we could sit at or go to the patio off the side where you felt surrounded by the beautiful mountains. Also you could walk up the hill in the back yard area. They had a sitting area way up there. Great view and very peaceful. They delivered breakfast in a basket each day on the patio. It was awesome. First day we had eggs, sausage, beans, fruit and huge homemade cinnamon rolls along with coffee and juice. Next day pancakes and sausage and fruit. The people that ran the place were so friendly and helpful. It was in a good location. We walked to Bit and Spur for dinner, walked to Oscars for appetizers these are two local favorites. We went to the flying monkey for take out pizza and sat on the patio out front. Close to the Zion entrance. Very convenient location.

Room - The good: Clean and has flat screen tv with DVD player (with a good selection of DVDs you can get from the front office 24 hours, around the clock). - The bad: The A/C is very loud and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Location - Supermarket is just across the street - Walking distance to a few restaurants and close to shuttle stop; About a mile from Zion Nat'l Park Service - Breakfast was ready each morning at the time we asked for. Karen was accommodating and served our breakfast at 7:30am instead of the normal 8-9am breakfast schedule. Full breakfast was served outside the room and was more food than you can eat. - John and Karen were helpful with suggesting hikes and areas in the park to visit and places to eat.

Immaculately clean! Customer service was great as well. The owner served us breakfast in the morning on the patio--it was a nice touch and a great way to start the day---in peace, gazing at Zion. Food was a bit above average, but it was very homemade, so it was fine. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were thick and plush. We had 2 great nights of rest in the little bungalow. Would definitely stay there again if we were to visit Zion again.

My husband and I stayed at the Red Rock Inn to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, and we were so glad we selected this location! Things I loved: -Breakfast delivered - this was so awesome!!! We loved not having to get up, get ready or be social that early in the morning, so this was perfect for the people who love B&B's but sometimes prefer a more secluded stay at one. -The location!! Less than a mile from the entrance of Zion and easy walking distance to some fantastic little restaurants and other fun stops in Sprindale -The private hot-tub was SO AMAZING!!! Where else can you sit in your private hot tub after a long day of hiking and stare at the awesome stars of the Utah sky? So relaxing, and a huge amenity to me! -Room size was great, it was actually nice to have two bathrooms, a sitting room and a bedroom, made it feel very homey. -The staff was wonderful - Candice was very helpful, very accommodating and easy to talk to. I really appreciated our delayed checkout and recommendations for hikes and things to do in the area. -Free/on-the-honor-system dvd's and games, very fun touch, since there is not a ton to do in Springdale at nighttime Things I really disliked: -The bed...soooo uncomfortable! I am a huge proponent of spending decent money on a high quality bed, both in my home and at hotels/inns/etc., and this was one of the lower end, most uncomfortable beds I have tried to sleep on to-date. It was the one thing that brought my rating down from 5 stars. Comfy beds are a must. -Occasional noise - our room was adjacent to the office so we could hear a lot of noise during portions of the day when we were there. It wasn't too terrible but definitely detracted from the stay. -No online payment options for reserving rooms...this is 2015, get it together guys! As far as breakfast, we have stayed a lot of B&B's and typically the breakfasts are ones to remember, but I did not feel that way here. There was good variety however the quality of items was only ok, not bad but not great. I can say that the despite the delivery, the food was always served hot, which was great. The first morning we had a blueberry French toast, it was not very sweet and was sort of dry and had no syrup included, which was kind of strange to me. The sausage potato hash was good, but some of the sausage was really crunch and over cooked. The next day we had a polenta side with an egg zucchini bake, which was better, and the fresh salsa was good. The coffee had limited cream with it and only two packets of sugar, so it would have been nice to get some more condiments. The presentation was awesome though, really cute plates, cloth napkins, the basket was great and the selection of breads and the fruit dishes were all very delicious. Both of us were always full after breakfast, so it left us not-wanting which was good. I definitely enjoyed our stay and would totally come back here again! This place was wonderful and also has some opportunities to continue to improve - hope to be back to enjoy the beauty of the inn and the park soon!

We stayed here 1 night after a grueling hike in the Grand Canyon. We usually camp but wanted to treat ourselves to a nice relaxing end to our adventures. Our room was spacious, comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed washing away the week as we relaxed in the bathtub and got a very nice message from its jets. We even watched a couple of DVDs from the large selection provided in the office. Karen was a wonderful hostess, she was very warm, friendly, and was a fantastic cook. She delivers breakfast to you on your patio in the morning at whatever time you would like it. The breakfast baskets were very cute and she loaded them with delicious food. We were lucky that morning as she had made biscuits and gravy with a poached egg. There was also delicious blueberry cake, peach yogurt, coffee, orange juice and toast and jellies. We were so full half way that we got take the leftovers with us on the long drive to SF. We ate our breakfast on our patio, with the beautiful red rock cliffs in view. She had laid a cloth tablecloth on our table, and included napkins, glass plates and stemware so that it felt so much like eating at home. Karen was also very knowledgeable about Zion and what hike we can squeeze in before we had to leave. She was positively a pleasure to meet and was so warm and giving, that we truly felt she had our every interest at heart. We can't wait to return, if for nothing more than her home cooking.
