I've been to this Wendy's a few times and my meals have either been room temperature or incorrect. My experience today will be my last at this location. I waited for 20-25 minutes in line for an Asian Cashew Chicken salad. Not only did I pay over $9 for a salad (I ordered extra chicken), I did not receive salad dressing and they put corn instead of edamame on the salad. Thanks a lot for an over-priced, dry, Southwestern salad.

Came 10 minutes before closing, hate doing that but was craving some baconator fries, and they still hooked me up and we're super cool about it! Food was as good as always and was really pleased with the service. No complaints on this visit.

I arrived 15 minutes before the dining room closed at 10 pm. Some off duty staff were socializing with those behind the counter. I had to wait for 5 minutes, as they discussed their after work party plans. I did not get a receipt for my purchase and the clerk spelled "Paul" - POLL. I instantly knew I was dealing with a superior intellect. After she walked away, I had to snatch my own receipt off of the machine. The ice machine was not working or had already been shut down for the night. Either way, I was offered some melted ice for my soda out of a bucket. The ice melted as I added my soda - lukewarm soda at best. Forget being able to obtain a refill for the road. The dining room was clean, though the staff had already turned off some of the lights. The night shift is kind of lazy. The pimply faced girl asked if I wanted wanted to wait for some "fresh fries" of would I accept the ones sitting in the tray. When I said "fresh," you have thought that I just shot her dog - by the look on her face. She then turned around and dished up soggy fries from the tray anyway! At least my chicken sandwich was hot. I ordered my food for 'HERE," but got my meal in a bag, instead of a tray. I wanted to sit inside and relax. Apparently they had other plans for me. Corporate WENDY'S needs to do some QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS and MYSTERY DINER INSPECTIONS at this location. The food quality just is not up to par with my Wendy's back home. I'd give this WENDY'S "the finger" as well. Drive to one of the other location in town - you'll be glad you did!

I've eaten at this location twice now and each time I've drawn the same result, which is bad Wendy's food, for a Wendy's. I've always pretty much considered Wendy's the better choice of the three big burger chains but this location just doesn't seem to get it right. Fries were saturated in cooking oil, like the oil wasn't hot enough to get them done so they had to leave them in the oil longer than normal. Chili was cold. Next visit I had a baked potato, and it looked, and tasted like it was yesterday's offering, just re-baked. Chili this time wasn't much better, but a little warmer. The chili served as my potato topper, which helped me choke the bad potato down. Spicy chicken sandwich had similar values as the potato, tasted old and drier than what I normally get at a Wendy's. Trust me I'm not looking to get a five star gourmet meal, but I know what I've come to expect from this chain and this location definitely could use some quality control.

The night crew at this place is a joke. Expect soggy fries because they don't come any other way here. Once I ordered two hamburgers ketchup only and get two cheeseburgers instead. Another time I ordered a spicy chicken Caesar salad and got the dressing for a different salad. Both times when I pulled up to the window the lady taking my order is joking around with I'm assuming the manager and not paying attention at all as to what she puts into my bag. It's not like they are even busy or in a rush to put orders together. Steer clear of this place!!

I've been to this location many times (since it is right next to the best car repair shop-hillside tire) and I have been disappointed every time. I've never gotten good fries there. They are either cold, soggy, or too greasy. The chicken nuggets are bad, almost as bad as the ones at McDonald's. The burgers always taste like yesterday's old meat. I don't know what they do differently at this Wendy's, but it's no good. Drive the extra mile to get to the Wendy's on state and 12300 s. You will be grateful you did.
