"Three Strikes Rule Applied" In a 2 year time frame we have come to this Wendy's 3 times and every time the SIMPLE orders have been messed up. I know, I shouldn't expect much from a fast food joint. But, no mayo & extra onions shouldn't be that difficult. However it is EVERY time. I'm sure there has been much turnover but listening & comprehending are general skills that should be required of any establishment. The fries were like someone dumped a bottle of salt on them. Of course there was no receipt in the bag so I looked up the number and 1/2 hr later made it through. (Wondered if non-stop complaints were coming in.) The manager David was snide and overly defensive as if he filled the order himself.. All he focused on was the wayyyy over salted fries & how a machine salts them per batch. (Well, then that system needs a serious calibration!) I have never had fries that salty in my life. He didn't apologize and all he said was if we come back, go inside & tell him. He did say next time tell them no salt on the fries. (???) There wont be a next time! Had David any customer service skills, I'd not have gone out of my way for this review. (We just wouldn't have gone back - no matter how many years.) Seems like this Wendy's promotes from within & that's how David landed this management position. Maybe he should set his personal goals a bit higher & possibly strive for paperboy as a next job. Of course every place needs a janitor and that doesn't require any customer skills.

This location may not be super fast, though at 10:30 Sunday night I ordered & requested they make everything fresh which they happily obliged. Food is usually fresh & service is usually friendly. It's Wendy's so I'm not sure what the 1 star review people expect.

The cashier that ususally helps me is very friendly, but the service is slow and they will not get your order right if you modify yoir condiments

First time at this location and it was terrible. There was no one in line and no one in the drive through, we walked in and stood by the counter, a guy looked around the wall at us then walked away without saying anything. We then waited 5 minutes before my friend called out "hello?" And a lady looked at us and told us they would be with us in a minute. Then the guy who looked at us when we walked in came and started taking our order with an attitude. I looked at his name tag and noticed it said 'manager' and when my boyfriend asked if a sandwich had jalapeños he rudely said "no. We don't have jalapeños." After we finished our order our friend ordered and asked him for no ice in his fresh lemonade 3 times and the "manager" still put ice in his drink. After we ate I decided I'd take a frosty for the road and when I went to the counter, of coarse no one was there to help me. So when I said "is this going to be another 10 minute wait" a lady looked at me with a nasty look, asked what I wanted, and told another girl to help me.. Needless to say, I'll never go to this Wendy's again.
