I go to Carl's Jr because it is quality fast food compared to other places. however this location has burned me multiple times. I don't like spending money on a hamburger that has two pickles and a little slice of onion on it put together extremely sloppy. there is a five guys in the same parking lot and I will be going there next time

It's fast food right? So maybe my expectations need to be set lower? Maybe I'm just picky? OR maybe I just want what I pay for. Especially with the prices paid nowadays. So, they totally splooged my order through the drive thru so I came into the lobby. It happens, right? The guy was super friendly, but after explaining in great detail what my order was ( 3 double, All Natural Burgers, no buns, lettuce wrapped, add bacon, extra pickles, and NO mayo). I know, it's a hard one. In the drive thru they put them on buns. Easy to spot and understand the error. He reassured me they do not come with mayo and he would personally check the order. I waited for some time (understandable due to my request.) He brought me my order. I half teased with him and asked if I had to check it? He said no, it's exactly what I requested. Crap, I trusted him and left without checking. I get to work and am stoked to share my favorite burger with two of my co-workers. WELL, no bacon, one pickle per burger and they made sure to add mayo to each one. Gross. So we pulled them apart, threw off the first meat patties that touched mayo, went without bacon and pickles and ate them. We are a busy company with no time to waste so I couldn't waste another 30 minutes to go back and fix it for a 3rd time. I've tried since Friday (today being Sunday) to reach the store. It has one phone number out there. I have called for three days. It rings and rings and goes to a fax tone after a very long wait. I've finally resorted to submitting a form on their corporate page and writing this review. I wonder if they plan to make it right.

This place is a hole. If you want good service go to McDonald at least they're trying to win back customers by making it right.

Standard Carl's Jr. The food was of good quality, but the service was horribly slow. Pretty sure staff was either getting in late or called in sick. In either case, waiting 30 minutes for "fast food" breakfast was pretty ridiculous.

Sure don't know what has happened to this location but I've been there twice in the past two weeks and each time my order was messed up. First off the young man who works the drive-thru has a hard time understanding English and the whole process became very frustrating with having to repeat myself. How does one get a teriyaki burger mixed up with turkey? I won't be going to Carls ever again. At least McDonalds has employees who can both understand and speak English.

I've gone to other Carls Jr's and always had great food. However this Carls Jr is different... I went through drive-thru, and I got a #1 combo meal - Large- and paid $7.10 Which is VERY reasonable. I felt like I had gotten a great deal! But, when I got home and opened my bag I was very disappointed. The fries were cold and tasted old. I immediately spit them out. I went onto my burger and it was old. You could tell it wasn't fresh. It was very old and terrible. After eating a few bites I put it back in the bag and threw it away. A few hours after eating, I got huge stomach cramps and knew it was from the nasty burger. As if their commercials weren't enough!? The only thing I was satisfied with was my Powerade. McDonald's dollar menu is 10x better then what I got.. I'm never eating there again.

The food quality is very good for a fast food restaurant. The place feels outdated and dirty. The soda machine is messed up. But their bacon is amazing and their chicken is great. I also love their breakfast biscuits.

Went there for lunch for the first time in a long time. Ordered the famous star with cheese. Short on time for lunch so I started eating it on the way back to work. I took one bite and spit it out. Cold cold !! Hamburger was cold, lettuce was old and half brown, the 2 little pickles they put on it were like rubber and the buns were hard. That very same thing happened the last time I ate there, that's why I stopped going there. Never going back.

Lunch rush... Kids are out of school... One cashier! No chocolate milk, out of condiments... short staff... play place reeks of bowel movement....confirmed BM in the play place! Maybe just an off day, but enough for me to say NAY to this place again.

Their $6 burgers are the best hamburgers from a fast food restaurant. FInd a coupon and get a better deal.
