    Nice people. Fast service. Excellent tamales! Really good salsa. Lunch specials are a great deal. Haven't had a bad thing on the menu yet, been going there for years.

    We have been twice now. Very good both times. Family owned and operated. First trip our 'hostess' was maybe 8, very sweet lady. Had the canre asada burrito first time and steak fajitas the second. She had Chile relenos and pork tamales. Everything was awesome, very flavorful and fresh. Tortillas are clearly hand made, beer is cold and prices are reasonable. We'll be back often.

    This place is not good. The beer was cold and the food very hot. But everything was smothered in some sort of sauce, covered in cheese and whether you had an enchilada, burrito, or taco, it all tasted the same. The salsa was so mild it too had no flavor. The staff was pleasant, the service prompt but the food was tasteless. Wish it were otherwise.

    I love this place and eat here often. I especially like combo #4 but have liked everything I've ever eaten here. Their salsa is the BEST and they are very generous with it. My wife loves the Horchata but my special drink is half pink lemonade/half diet Coke. I like that it is family-run, not a franchise. The servers are extra-nice!

    Passable Mexican food, nothing spectacular. I moved to Utah from the Midwest, and I find the Mexican food to be quite different that what I was used to. For Utah Mexican food, it's fairly good. I ordered chicken fajitas and the chicken was a little blackened and the veggies thoroughly cooked. The salsa was very bland and the chips were quite thick (I like 'em thin and hot). Also only the first basket is free, the rest they charge you for.

    The food was pretty good, huge portions. The ambience was a little lacking, but service was great and everyone was polite. Very casual place.

    Have been going to this restaurant for two years. We were originally from SLC and were looking for a good Mexican Restaurant. This restaurant has great food and service. They have daily luncheon specials around $5-$6. They give you chips, salsa and drinks as soon as you walk in, and always refill the drinks the second they are empty. It is clean. The way the booths are situated, you don't feel on top of each other. This is our favorite Sevier County restaurant. ;

    Most authentic Mexican food in Richfield. Nothing super special but better that taco time.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
