Legers Deli is under new ownership as William Broome bought the franchise from its namesake in late 2010. Owner was on hand and was fun, friendly and easy-going. Legers is obviously a labor of love for him. He enjoys talking about it immensely. Easy parking but watch out for the car swallowing potholes. It is a little bit hard to find since the sign out front is small and non-descript. I think Leger should be short for Legendary since...wait for it... the sandwiches are! Attention to detail with huge fresh fully-loaded sammiches made to order. Takes a few minutes but it is worth it. Excellent customer service. French Dip sandwich: The french dip was tender roast beef piled high on fresh hoagie and complete with a small container of au jus sauce; which I translated as 'oh yeah!' since it was so stocky and tasty. Kitchen Sink sandwich: More like bathtub gin: H-U-G-E. Fresh thickly sliced sour sourdough bread. Fresh, crisp vegetables. Lettuce was perfect. Special mention for the tomato slices: forget beefsteak; this bad boy would be more aptly described as kobe as I imagined that it spent its nursery years on a silk pillow enjoying pan flute while suckling on saki. Clever and functional Jimmy Johnesque/FiveGuysesque use of the restaurant staple supplies as decor. Free wifi and a flatscreen set to sports for dining area. Their menus says that they are "behind Wendy's" even though they are light-years ahead of any fast food place. Well, except for the fact that they have the same boring commercial fountain drinks and chips sides as Subway. But who is keeping score since I only came for the sandwiches. Count me in as a new regular. It is that good. I am also stoked that they can make packed lunches togo. This should be a perfect complement to all the outdoor recreation that Summit County offers when the snow melts. Au jus!

Like the other reviewers, I'm astonished that the Subway a few doors down is still in business. Legers is comparatively priced, with significantly better ingredients and produce. An added bonus is the friendly management and staff. This place is worth a visit if you're in the Kimball Junction area.

Local, check Family owned, check Awesome food, check Leger's Deli is everything that a good Deli should be!! When you arrive there are pre-printed order sheets on the counter where you can check off exactly how you would like your sandwich prepared, while they are getting your sandwich ready you can select a drink and some chips and they will call you over once it is ready. I ordered a turkey on rye with my favorite odd group of toppings which makes up my favorite sandwich, the sandwiches are a typical size for most deli's and they pack them full with all of the different toppings that you request. Now, I am not a bread guy usually, for me it is all about what is in-between the bread not the bread itself but I have to say that the rye bread at Legers is the best bread I have ever had and I seek out deli's wherever I go and I have found some good ones so that is a big deal to me. The owners, Will and Deb are very friendly and work hard to greet their customers and make sure that you get everything that you ask for. I went the first time on a Thursday and enjoyed it so much that I found a reason to drive back over to Park City so I could get another great Legers sandwich. If you are in Park City and looking for a great place to have lunch head over to legers, you will not regret it. Remember to support small family owned businesses, live local, buy local!!! Best Sandwhich I've ever had. Enough said. Amazing house-made bread. Delicious meats. Fresh from the garden veggies. Cheese that actual tastes amazing. Friendly and attentive service. I got the #10 - I wanted a full hoagie but I accidentally got a half. The man who took my order corrected it for me before I had to say anything (which is good because I'm SUPER shy). The prices are similar to Jimmie Johns - but if Jimmie Johns is "gourmet sandwiches" these are "Celestial". I'll be coming back as much as possible. *** They also cater and do packed lunches.

I've been coming in for several months and if I'm in town I will come here once a week. I live going to a place where they recognize me and know my name. The sandwiches are fresh and served on great breads. I personally love the French Dip sandwich but will mix it up occasionally and 'build my own' as well. If you want a great sandwich and great service then this is the spot.

This place is exactly a 3 star deli because the sandwiches are mediocre. If it were a Wide Receiver in the NFL, it would be Michael Crabtree. The sandwiches aren't bad, but certainly nothing to write home about. It's pretty much your basic deli meat sandwich. I tried both one of their "speciality sandwiches" and one that I made myself. After eating these sandwiches, I felt just okay: I felt that I could check off that I had lunch for the day, but I certainly wasn't overly satisfied or extremely enjoying the after tastes left in my mouth. The meat quality seemed average as well, but only time will tell when my intestines get their hands on that turkey. Personally, I don't think I will return to this place. If you are #basic, this is your spot! Oh and the fountain drinks are $2 bucks..therefore, I'd recommend sneaking soda in your boot or something because that's way overpriced.

The day we arrived at Park City, Utah for Sundance Film Festival, we stopped by this local deli for light lunch. The sandwiches looked ok, but tasted soooo good! When I got my sandwich, I saw only a leaf of lettuce and not so generous amount of egg salad inside. Such a sorry looking sandwich...and I took a bite without any expectations but wow, this was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! This poor looking sandwich actually gave me a joyful moment. Looks can be very deceiving. You never know until you actually experienced!

Somehow on my trip to Salt Lake City, I feel like I managed to hit a number of amazing places. This was one of them. We spent the morning on a great snowmobile tour just outside of Park City, and we decided to stop here on the way back. Man, it did not disappoint. You start your experience by ordering a sandwich, either by choosing à la carte which items you want or choosing one of their premade selections. I went with the premade selection, but I could see it going either way. After ordering, the two women behind the counter went to work, assembling the sandwiches carefully on fresh-baked bread. Once done, the sandwiches were huge handmade works of art, piled with meat and toppings. DE-LISH. Overall, the sandwiches were outstanding and were a great way to top off the day of winter sports. I would definitely check this place out again.

I just tried this place last month on a recommendation from a local, and wow! It is really good! The small, unassuming sandwich shop is just a tiny hole in the wall next to a grocery store, but you can find it by seeking out the lunchtime crowds (there is always a line). Ordering is simple; there's no menu per se, just take a notepad and circle your choice of bread, meat, cheese and condiments. The ingredients are fresh and good, and the prices are reasonable. The sandwiches are really big here so you may want to split one. They come wrapped in cellophane so it is easy to put the leftovers in your fridge for later. These sandwiches are akin to what you would make up at your kitchen at home, but with more variety. I would recommend Leger's.

I am a HUGE Legers fan, and usually visit the one in town at Snow Creek when I visit my parents in PC. The last time I had gone to the Junction location, a few years ago, the service was terrible and the sandwich was mediocre-it was like night and day. I stopped back into this one, however, when I was heading out of town to the airport. Luckily, and to my great surprise, the quality has gone wayyyyyyy up since the last time. Unfortunately...so has the price. A full sandwich, chips, and a drink ran me $14-not long ago, I remember getting all the same things for under $10. That definitely irked me a little. Nonetheless, the sandwich was delicious as usual and the service has gone way up.

Loved our sandwiches here! They have a set menu as well as an easy sandwich customizing sheet that is simple and much nicer than subway or another deli. Terrific sandwiches! Best lunch place we had in Park city!

Rather than visit Subway a couple of doors down, do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich at Leger's. Sandwiches come in whole or half sizes. Unless you haven't eaten for a day or two, I'd recommend going with the half size. I was unaware of how enormous the bread was so I ended up with a whole sandwich. They must know that many people only make it through half because the other half came wrapped in plastic. This made it handy because I ended up eating it for dinner later! Bread is fresh and the sandwiches are made to order based on what you indicate on their sandwich order sheet. Chips and very large cookies & Rice Krispie treats are also available. Prices are higher than what you'd find at Subway, but you'd be wise to support the local owners. Two whole sandwiches, two bags of chips, and two drinks (1 fountain and 1 bottled tea) was $24. But considering it lasted us two meals, we thought it was worthwhile. Leger's is located conveniently behind the Chevron gas station just off I-80. If you're lucky you can grab a seat at the single table they have outside. While it faces the parking lot, it also provides fantastic views of the beauty that is Park City.

My husband and I were in Park City for our honeymoon and found this deli. It was delicious! We got the Oh, Rhett! It was flavorful and fresh. The marbled rye was amazing. The customer service was fantastic! Such a nice staff.

Tough giving a place like this a lower review site due to price, but it is what it is. Big sandwiches and decent soup. Paying $16 for it is excessive. Noticing prices for other items on the menu after I paid, and I think I got out cheap. $2 for a drink?! Wow.

I came here while visiting SLC because it had some of the highest reviews on Yelp. And this maybe my east coast bias coming out but these sandwiches/subs were mediocre at best. My biggest concern was that the bread was soggy by the time I got to the second half I had a blowout. The meats were also just ok and nothing to write home about. There's a subway next door which in my mind is about the same quality.

Love these people and they always show their appreciation to their customers. We recently moved away and really miss this place! This is a big part of what makes Park City so cool!! This deli should be number one on the list! I had a great time meeting the manager...Such a personable woman...With class! Easy menu...You get to create your own sandwich...Beware the sandwiches are really large...So a half sandwich may be the best for you petite Nochers. Cool spot...It's very kid friendly. There's a play area for children...So while your waiting in line...Your child would have some entertainment. It's located in a busy shopping center. Parking is great too. Please check out this shop! You will not be disappointed.

Stopped by here for lunch, the place is incredibly small but the food is great. I got a half sandwich that was massive (as big as any whole sandwich I would make at home.) The bread was soft and delicious, all the ingredients were great, veggies were fresh. Loved it, definitely will be coming back.

I've been to these deli's a few dozen times. They are consistently good. The soups are good. Sandwiches are good. I noticed they don't include a "bread" with the soup any longer. Little story. When I work in Park City I go here for lunch. I called ahead and ordered a sandwich so I wouldn't have to wait. When I walked in the girl said there was no order. She then concluded I called the other location. I DIDN'T know there was another location in PC. She called them, cancelled my order, and made my order there. I appreciated that service. Good folks. Good food.

This place is consistently awesome, last visit was on Friday (02/15/13) for lunch. Great food & great staff. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly. They are also quick & efficient. My boyfriend gets the egg salad everytime, which we were impressed to see they make that fresh to order. I have gotten a few sandwiches and soup before also. The bread is yummy, fresh and soft. Deli meat and vegis taste fresh. Baked goods are great too. The whole sandwich is large, but they wrap up the other half for you without having to ask. So, you are good to go. Also, great prices.

Definately a locals favorite. This small quaint cafe sits tucked in the shopping area of 1612 W Ute Blvd (Near Wendy's, Subway, Loco Lizard ect...) I have been eating at this Legers since it opened. Throughout the years the ownership has changed hands several times. The current owner (Lee) just might be one of the nicest people I have met. He is always friendly and wearing a smile, and he will remember your smiling face next time you come in. When you enter Legers you will be delighted with a "diner" type feel. It has red and white checkering with several paintings on the walls. From far away they look like pictures but as you get closer you will notice they are actually paintings. This is a place where you truly get to have it your way. There are pads and paper on a counter where you check the boxes for everything you could want to build your sandwich. If you like rye give their marble rye a shot, you wont be dissapointed. All of their breads are made right there, you cant go wrong with any choice. Unless you come in with a HUGE appetite you may want to start with a half sandwich. They are fairly big and loaded with meat and whatever else you checked on the paper. Check out their daily lunch specials like half a sandwich of your choice with a cup of soup and breadstick. I reccomend the potato cheese soup with bacon. Its very good, especially on a cooler day. Also the do breakfast, a good alternative to the fast food options. They use real ingredients. As said before, the parking in this lot sucks. Also watch the signs as the lot is one way traffic...people still dont get the concept. There is additional parking in back. Be sure to say hi to Lee and the rest of his friendly staff.

The sandwiches here are less than average. The meat they use is decent quality, and they do give you more than say Subway, but those are the only pros. The bread is nothing special and they do not make any unique sandwiches or choose quality ingredients that would shine in a sandwich. While this may be a step up from the subway in the same complex, if you are looking for a tasty sandwich, choose great harvest or whole foods. Or better yet, drive to town to back door deli and you will get the best sandwich in town.

Subway refers to its employees as "sandwich artists" and we all laugh... but that term truly applies here at Leger's. They have pads of paper on the counter where you check off your sandwich ingredients (type of bread [sourdough, rye, wheat...], meat, toppings) and hand it off. However, I am notoriously indecisive when it comes to selecting ingredients. So I just asked them to make me whatever they like, so long as it didn't have tomatoes. My resulting turkey-cranberry-avocado-provolone sandwich was AMAZING. I scarfed it down. The sandwiches here are truly huge. My companions told me to get a half-sandwich, and I figured they were exaggerating. They were not. A half-sandwich is easily larger then a normal sandwich. All the breads here are healthy - freshly-baked with all-natural ingredients (said the woman behind the counter). They also serve a variety of soups, along with a full fridge of bottled drinks, shelves of chips, and a soda machine. There are about eight tables inside that sit 2-4 people each. Parking is kind of a bitch in this shopping center.

There are actually two Leger's in town, but the one out in the Junction is the "real" one. You order by grabbing a pad of paper and selecting your bread, meat, veg, etc. Marble Rye is the way to go--its really fresh and different. Half size sandwiches are generally more than enough food... when I order a whole, I have two meals. Its not the cheapest deli in the world (its a couple doors down from a subway, I think it might be a buck more a sandwich) but its definitely fresher. I'm a big fan of the egg salad and enjoy an all veggie sandwich there also. The decor is simple, the hours aren't late, and it can get busy from 12-1.

Ordering is simple; there's no menu per se, just take a notepad and circle your choice of bread, meat, cheese and condiments. The ingredients are fresh and good, and the prices are reasonable. The sandwiches are really big here so you may want to split one. They come wrapped in cellophane so it is easy to put the leftovers in your fridge for later. These sandwiches are akin to what you would make up at your kitchen at home, but with more variety. I would recommend Leger's.

I am a HUGE Legers fan, and usually visit the one in town at Snow Creek when I visit my parents in PC. The last time I had gone to the Junction location, a few years ago, the service was terrible and the sandwich was mediocre-it was like night and day. I stopped back into this one, however, when I was heading out of town to the airport. Luckily, and to my great surprise, the quality has gone wayyyyyyy up since the last time. Unfortunately...so has the price. A full sandwich, chips, and a drink ran me $14-not long ago, I remember getting all the same things for under $10. That definitely irked me a little. Nonetheless, the sandwich was delicious as usual and the service has gone way up.

Loved our sandwiches here! They have a set menu as well as an easy sandwich customizing sheet that is simple and much nicer than subway or another deli. Terrific sandwiches! Best lunch place we had in Park city!

Rather than visit Subway a couple of doors down, do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich at Leger's. Sandwiches come in whole or half sizes. Unless you haven't eaten for a day or two, I'd recommend going with the half size. I was unaware of how enormous the bread was so I ended up with a whole sandwich. They must know that many people only make it through half because the other half came wrapped in plastic. This made it handy because I ended up eating it for dinner later! Bread is fresh and the sandwiches are made to order based on what you indicate on their sandwich order sheet. Chips and very large cookies & Rice Krispie treats are also available. Prices are higher than what you'd find at Subway, but you'd be wise to support the local owners. Two whole sandwiches, two bags of chips, and two drinks (1 fountain and 1 bottled tea) was $24. But considering it lasted us two meals, we thought it was worthwhile. Leger's is located conveniently behind the Chevron gas station just off I-80. If you're lucky you can grab a seat at the single table they have outside. While it faces the parking lot, it also provides fantastic views of the beauty that is Park City.

My husband and I were in Park City for our honeymoon and found this deli. It was delicious! We got the Oh, Rhett! It was flavorful and fresh. The marbled rye was amazing. The customer service was fantastic! Such a nice staff.

Tough giving a place like this a lower review site due to price, but it is what it is. Big sandwiches and decent soup. Paying $16 for it is excessive. Noticing prices for other items on the menu after I paid, and I think I got out cheap. $2 for a drink?! Wow.

I came here while visiting SLC because it had some of the highest reviews on Yelp. And this maybe my east coast bias coming out but these sandwiches/subs were mediocre at best. My biggest concern was that the bread was soggy by the time I got to the second half I had a blowout. The meats were also just ok and nothing to write home about. There's a subway next door which in my mind is about the same quality.

Not sure how the Subway two doors down stays in business! The sandwiches here are the best and the customer service is even better. Love these people and they always show their appreciation to their customers. We recently moved away and really miss this place! This is a big part of what makes Park City so cool!! This deli should be number one on the list! I had a great time meeting the manager...Such a personable woman...With class! Easy menu...You get to create your own sandwich...Beware the sandwiches are really large...So a half sandwich may be the best for you petite Nochers. Cool spot...It's very kid friendly. There's a play area for children...So while your waiting in line...Your child would have some entertainment. It's located in a busy shopping center. Parking is great too. Please check out this shop! You will not be disappointed.

Stopped by here for lunch, the place is incredibly small but the food is great. I got a half sandwich that was massive (as big as any whole sandwich I would make at home.) The bread was soft and delicious, all the ingredients were great, veggies were fresh. Loved it, definitely will be coming back.

I've been to these deli's a few dozen times. They are consistently good. The soups are good. Sandwiches are good. I noticed they don't include a "bread" with the soup any longer. Little story. When I work in Park City I go here for lunch. I called ahead and ordered a sandwich so I wouldn't have to wait. When I walked in the girl said there was no order. She then concluded I called the other location. I DIDN'T know there was another location in PC. She called them, cancelled my order, and made my order there. I appreciated that service. Good folks. Definately a locals favorite. This small quaint cafe sits tucked in the shopping area of 1612 W Ute Blvd (Near Wendy's, Subway, Loco Lizard ect...) I have been eating at this Legers since it opened. Throughout the years the ownership has changed hands several times. The current owner (Lee) just might be one of the nicest people I have met. He is always friendly and wearing a smile, and he will remember your smiling face next time you come in. When you enter Legers you will be delighted with a "diner" type feel. It has red and white checkering with several paintings on the walls. From far away they look like pictures but as you get closer you will notice they are actually paintings. This is a place where you truly get to have it your way. There are pads and paper on a counter where you check the boxes for everything you could want to build your sandwich. If you like rye give their marble rye a shot, you wont be dissapointed. All of their breads are made right there, you cant go wrong with any choice. Unless you come in with a HUGE appetite you may want to start with a half sandwich. They are fairly big and loaded with meat and whatever else you checked on the paper. Check out their daily lunch specials like half a sandwich of your choice with a cup of soup and breadstick. I reccomend the potato cheese soup with bacon. Its very good, especially on a cooler day. Also the do breakfast, a good alternative to the fast food options. They use real ingredients. As said before, the parking in this lot sucks. Also watch the signs as the lot is one way traffic...people still dont get the concept. There is additional parking in back. Be sure to say hi to Lee and the rest of his friendly staff.

The sandwiches here are less than average. The meat they use is decent quality, and they do give you more than say Subway, but those are the only pros. The bread is nothing special and they do not make any unique sandwiches or choose quality ingredients that would shine in a sandwich. While this may be a step up from the subway in the same complex, if you are looking for a tasty sandwich, choose great harvest or whole foods. Or better yet, drive to town to back door deli and you will get the best sandwich in town.

This place is consistently awesome, last visit was on Friday (02/15/13) for lunch. Great food & great staff. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly. They are also quick & efficient. My boyfriend gets the egg salad everytime, which we were impressed to see they make that fresh to order. I have gotten a few sandwiches and soup before also. The bread is yummy, fresh and soft. Deli meat and vegis taste fresh. Baked goods are great too. The whole sandwich is large, but they wrap up the other half for you without having to ask. So, you are good to go. Also, great prices.

Subway refers to its employees as "sandwich artists" and we all laugh... but that term truly applies here at Leger's. They have pads of paper on the counter where you check off your sandwich ingredients (type of bread [sourdough, rye, wheat...], meat, toppings) and hand it off. However, I am notoriously indecisive when it comes to selecting ingredients. So I just asked them to make me whatever they like, so long as it didn't have tomatoes. My resulting turkey-cranberry-avocado-provolone sandwich was AMAZING. I scarfed it down. The sandwiches here are truly huge. My companions told me to get a half-sandwich, and I figured they were exaggerating. They were not. A half-sandwich is easily larger then a normal sandwich. All the breads here are healthy - freshly-baked with all-natural ingredients (said the woman behind the counter). They also serve a variety of soups, along with a full fridge of bottled drinks, shelves of chips, and a soda machine. There are about eight tables inside that sit 2-4 people each. Parking is kind of a bitch in this shopping center.

There are actually two Leger's in town, but the one out in the Junction is the "real" one. You order by grabbing a pad of paper and selecting your bread, meat, veg, etc. Marble Rye is the way to go--its really fresh and different. Half size sandwiches are generally more than enough food... when I order a whole, I have two meals. Its not the cheapest deli in the world (its a couple doors down from a subway, I think it might be a buck more a sandwich) but its definitely fresher. I'm a big fan of the egg salad and enjoy an all veggie sandwich there also. The decor is simple, the hours aren't late, and it can get busy from 12-1.
