This location had screwed up an order I placed the other week and didn't include Cheese or Cheese Sauce on my pub chicken pretzel burger! The OWNER got me a new one! They won a customer for life!

There is a gentleman that works here named "Issac", wow, what a great guy! Worked hard, smiled, talked with us with respect and humor. He never stopped smiling and working the whole time I was there. What a joy, made my meal much better. We had the new mushroom cheddar burger, very good! Oh, the other hand I had a messed up order several months ago. When I complained to the workers and they ignored me so I asked for the manager and he brushed it off and rolled his eyes at me like I was a no body. They didn't even try to fix the order issue. I pay that man's pay check...I was very upset at this jerk and vowed never to go back but now with the positive experience that "Issac" gave us we might start going to eat there again.

I rarely eat at Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, etc. Today I had a gift card for Wendy's and decided to try the new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger. This is seriously the greasiest thing I've ever eaten. The bun was wet on the outside! Nasty, awful burger. Worse than their other burgers, which aren't any good to begin with.
