Waiters seemed really friendly, the place seemed nice - although, after waiting 40 minutes for our food, we kept asking when the food would be ready, and they kept assuring us it would be a couple minutes. We then saw the two other groups of people who ordered 15 minutes after we came in get their food. They even ordered more food than we did. Our order was simple and small. After an hour went by, we had to leave. Ridiculous. Had to resort to the Burger King down the road. If you're on a road trip with a time constraint, don't stop in this town.

Without question the worst restaurant experience ever. Cold food, long wait, never checked back, poor quality. They know it and simply don't care. Expensive. We'll never eat at a Dennys again.

One star and that's being over rated, bad food, bad service. If it doesn't take you an hour to get seated, it will definitely take you an hour to get your food. At which time it will be a salad with no dressing. Even when you reminder waitress that you didn't get dressing you'll still not getting any. No drinks that you ordered. Over all just a bad experience.

This is the worst Denny's I had ever been too. It took over an hour for our food to come out, and most of it was cold, than they forgot items and we had to wait another 20 minutes for that to come out. Not very impressed, we did complain to the manager, we got some excuse of people not showing up and they were busy, yet they only had maybe 5 tables and 2 servers. We could see the cooks back there and they didn't look like they were in any rush. Needless to say we got 20% off our bill, but we vowed to never come back to this Denny's again.

My husband and me got there on a business trip. Usually we enjoy breakfast and lunch at Dennys. I like the soup plates you can have for the soups. But the visit in Nehi, Utah was one of our worse one. We both ordered for breakfast the "Ultimate plat ter", consisting of tomatoes, potatoes, sausage and spinach in. Including covered with eggs of your choice. When we got our order there was no sign of any meat or tomatoes visible. Or spinach. It has green and red peppers, and onion. That was all ! This food combination was not even on their menu ! When we mentioned it to the server, we got told that the cook was not there and the manager has to make the meals ! My advise to the managers : learn how to prepare the menus on the list. We left disappointed and a little wiser. Not to visit this one. Because of the helpfulness of the waitress, she kicked the price down a bit, I gave it 2 stars.

WORST RESTAURANT IN UTAH!!! Seriously, if negative five stars were an option, it still wouldn't describe how awful this place is. Took more than 20 minutes for a server to actually come and take our order. We ordered nachos to start and my wife and I each ordered a burger. The nachos and my wife's burger arrived at the same time 15 minutes later. They were delivered by the manager who asked me if I had even ordered anything. The nachos had been sitting under a heat lamp so long that the sour cream had completely melted to liquid. My wife's sandwich appeared to have been constructed by a five year old and just fell apart the first time she tried to pick it up. When my burger finally arrived another ten minutes later, it was swimming in the bourbon sauce and the "burger" was really just a pile of unformed undercooked ground beef. I called the manager over to complain and told her the only thing I was willing to pay for was our drinks. She said "ok" and walked off. Ten seconds later the waitress brought us a bill for $35. I just said "forget it," threw three bucks on the table, and we left. We love Denny's, but if you're traveling through Utah, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HERE AS POSSIBLE. If you can wait, the Denny's off exit 261 in Springville or off exit 279 in Lehi always have good service.

I hadn't eaten at a Denny's in over a decade before I came to this one late at night while traveling through. They have changed a lot in those 10 years! Kids eat free until 10pm and the kids menu is great, with lots of options. I never would have thought that my whole family could eat at a Denny's, but I was wrong. This location had a great server, but was pretty slow seating us, getting our food out, and paying our bill when we were done.

Worst Dennys I ever been to. Slow service, bad food and the waitress cami should be fired immediately. Place was really busy and everyone just stands around talking. If it wasn't connected to the flying j I'm sure it would be a dead duck. I won't ever eat here again untill management gets off their ass and fixes this place. Ate here last night and it took over half a hour to get a simple plate of food. Had to ask for refills, a straw and took over 10 min to seat me with open tables. Went back again for lunch and the waitress just ignored me and let other people go in front of me yeah you cami. I waited for her to seat me and she tried to put me at the counter with all the other Lazy people working there to stare at. Not having it so I just walked out.

This is a standard Denny's with the same good 'ol American coffee shop fare. This location is attached to a Flying J truck stop so it's a good place to grab a quick bite if you need a break from the road. Lots of truckers are always dining here. They do a good job of getting your food out to you fresh and fast so you can be on your way.

This Dennys is a waste of time. I waited 20 minutes for a water and didn't even get a menu. They must be way understaffed. I gave up and left. The bar area was dirty. TV wasn't on, this was just a bad place. I would avoid it if possible.

The food is typical for Denny's but considering the lack of choices around (especially once you get south of Nephi) its not terrible. What is terrible is the service, the servers and cooks are perpetually in the parking lot smoking and performing other shady activities and you will likely wait at least 45 minutes for your food. If I were rating this place on service alone it would get zero stars. Beware of the Flying J bathrooms as well, the restaurant is attached to a gas station and they are not well maintained. I give it three stars because if you are hungry this is your last decent dining option for quite awhile.
