Great atmosphere and an awesome staff. We went here for the annual Frosty Balls and Headlights ride with Harley and had a great time. There's a bunch of picnic tables and a fire pit out back during the nicer months, live music, and plenty of beer. The decor is what you'd expect from a roadhouse. It looks like a log cabin inside with wagon wheel lights, and lots of ladies undergarments hanging from the lights. The owner, Kelly, is part of the attraction. I challenge anyone reading this to go to the place, meet the owner, and not immediately think of the scene from Lord of the Rings where Gandalf stands against the demon from the pit on the bridge in Moria . Seriously, this guy was standing in front of the door before his place opened and as soon as I saw him I said "You shall not pass" out loud before I could stop myself. He is a very cranky version of Gandalf. Definitely going back to this place, but I hope he doesn't read this review.
This is a great place for bikers. The parking lot is lined for bikes and not cages. The service is very friendly and quick. The burger was pretty good. I had the bacon bleu cheese with fries. It is priced higher than comparable burgers, but was still very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves on a ride in Morgan.
Biker friendly bar in a great location for riders moving through Weber canyon. Food is OK, but too pricey in my opinion. The menu is basically burgers and wings not much else of note. I would opt for the The Post further up the road in Morgan, better food, same cold adult beverages, and awesome owners all at a more reasonable price.

One of our favorites! It's a beautiful hour drive from Salt Lake. Take the scenic route east up I-80 and down I-84, it's a wonderful drive any time of the year. We haven't had a bad meal there yet. The diversity of dishes and spontaneity of flavors is always fun. Eat outside if you can. The sounds from the highway can be a bit close, however, the peacocks, mountain views and garden areas are stunning. Taggart's Grill is a destination!
Peacock welcoming committee, amazing deserts, and the jalapeño burger was amazing. The only thing that could make it better is if it had more room. Waits can get a little long. The good news is that the setting of the restaurant is beautiful.
How have I missed this place?? I mean seriously, a little place, barely visible from the freeway, 10 miles from anywhere. And the best food for several counties! Being a Friday night, we had about a 40 minute wait. They cruelly make you sit across from the dessert counter and stare at the most delicious cheesecakes, carrot cakes, and other goodies. By the way they were flying out in to go boxes I knew that 1.) this was going to be a big meal and 2.) I better pre-order the coffee cheesecake before my piece gets eaten by someone less deserving. We started with the chips and homemade salsa. Chips were a solid "meh" but the salsa was fantastic and made up for it. Just the right balance of garlic, spice, and heat. The soup, oooohhh the fantastic soup. Creamy chicken with artichoke and this honestly would have been a satisfactory dinner with the homemade bread they serve it with. Divine. We both ordered the sirloin. One medium and one medium rare. Both cooked perfectly and dressed with mushrooms and a bit of hollandaise sauce. Served with sautéed squash and the best scalloped potatoes you've experienced. At a $27 price tag the value is great for the perfection of the steak matched with the great sides. And yes, the cheesecake made it home in a to go bag.

Ate here during the Ragnar Wasatch Back. They were (predictably) slammed from the extra customers but handled it pretty well. Service was friendly and they had a nice selection of beers (got a Uinta Gold Spike Hef on tap). We ordered the spin dip as an appetizer and the pita it came with was pillowy and warm. The dish itself was MASSIVE. It was too much appetizer for the 5 of us. Everyone's entrees were enjoyed. The back patio area where we sat was charming and had some nice lights strung up. Their dessert case was exceptional-looking but we didn't partake. This little place is nestled in a canyon and we all really enjoyed eating here.
The food always seems good, but this experience was awkward... We came 30min from home for my wife's birthday dinner on a beautiful evening with hopes to be seated outside on the patio. Little did we know that when dining with children the establishment will not allow you to be seated outside even with very few patrons. Said it was because of "rattlesnakes, and ambiance". So if you'd like to sit outdoors for a family event don't bother coming to this place... I would like to say that the food and service is usually really good here and I would come again. But I guess I will need a sitter next time.
Brought my family here based on recommendation from friend. Loved the atmosphere and service was great. I ordered the chicken burrito which was lack luster. Just crockpot pulled chicken stuffed into a flour tortilla with flavorless white sauce. Really disappointing. The wife's burger on the other hand was great. Cooked well on a fresh homemade bun. Beer batter fries are also really good. Got a bunch of cookies and desserts to take home and found ourselves greatly disappointed. We tried them that same night and they were stale and flavorless. My wife put it best - they are trying to hide something when they pile on the toppings. We ended up throwing away most of the desserts. Really feels like the place has lost their way with cooking great, fresh, & homemade food. Really don't see myself craving or wanting to come back anytime soon. :-/

This is the best fried chicken in Utah. We have been coming here since we where kids. Get the white chicken lunch or dinner the best.
Good Chicken - Good Steaks - Nothing above average - but its Morgan Utah after all - not Manhattan. Nice place to stop if you are driving thru and hungry.
Yeah this place isn't the classiest place but who cares? Its a small town restaurant and you can tell by the handmade items. The French fries are made in house and the fried chicken can't be beat. No don't come in if you are in a hurry but if you have a few minutes for them to batter and fry your chicken it is well worth it.
