This Dylan's employees are so rude and called me a liar because they messed up my order. I ordered a combo meal, kids meal and a salad for my family. They handed me my large cup for my combo and said they'd bring out my food in a bit. They brought out the kids meal and salad and when I mentioned the hamburger combo meal the lady who took my order said oh ya I'll go get it. I heard the manager in the back yell at her and say it wasn't on the order and so the lady came back and called me an idiot and I never order it. I explained she handed me the cup for the combo and she said I was dumb and never ordered it. I asked for the manager who said I never ordered it, I said okay I'm willing to pay for the combo but your employees shouldn't be treating customers that way. It clearly was her fault and the manager did not want to fix the issue. Avoid this location all the employees and the manager treat their guest badly.

We thought the food was pretty good. No complaints. There was one thing I hated about it though. It's "All Country Music, All the Time." When I asked about it, I was told that the management refuses to play any other kind of music because, and I'm paraphrasing here, : Country music is good, wholesome family music. Huh???? What with all the themes about cheating lovers and such, how is that wholesome? And family music? Maybe if your family is the Beverly Hillbillies, it's good family music. Otherwise, something like mainstream pop music is likely a lot more popular and family-oriented and wholesome. I won't go back just because of the music which frankly just grates on my nerves.

Wanted an ice cream and we were in the area and saw this little gem! They had a sign advertising pumpkin shakes! My hubby and I shared a large shake (super glad we shared because it was huge)! It was wonderful! I had never had a pumpkin flavored shake before but I'm totally craving that one again! It was creamy, smooth and tasted like pumpkin pie! The best thing ever!!!! I didn't try the food here but next time I'm in the area..you better bet because I'm going back!

I come here cuz my kids love their grilled cheese. That's it. I've never been impressed by the food and if you're in a hurry, forget about it. It's takes an eternity to melt some American cheese on a piece of white bread. Sitting here at the drive through and I'm almost positive they forgot about me.

Good service, yummy salad! Had the front runner salad and it was big and filling. My husband had a blue bacon burger, he doesn't love blue cheese but loved that burger!

Clean and neat, the menu and salad service were set up a little differently than any place I've seen in this cross between sit down grill and fast food burger joint. My turkey sandwich on rye was very good. We were able to catch a good, reasonably priced meal at 9 PM Monday.

I agree with another review about the fries tasting so awful. They really are that disgusting! Please change your oil or use fresh food!

Starving mom, starving 2 yo ankle biter. About to make the hour long drive home after visiting friends. What better place to grab a bite than a local establishment? Unfortunately for me, Dylan's was nearby. I made the fatal error of reading Brooke S's review about manure fries after I had ordered but before I received my food. I laughed, "How bad can they possibly be?"...well... Honestly, I've never had worse fries in my entire life. And guys, I love fries. They were overcooked, to start, but the taste is what did me in. It was an unholy symphony of burning playground ball pit plastic mixed with three day old skunk roadkill. You think I'm being dramatic? No. Surely something inorganic fell into the oil? I can't imagine they are knowingly serving their customers these garbage fries? The grilled cheese was only slightly above the garbage category. There was a sad lack of "grilled" on the outside and the cheese hardly qualified as melted. Whatever they use on the outside of the bread was incredibly over salted. Basically, the meal was inedible. I'm not even sure it qualifies as food. I didn't bother flipping a u turn on i15 to get my money back, but hopefully I'll save you from wasting yours. The non-food aspect was the only saving grace with the icy cold diet coke and the very friendly and clean employees.

Yucky food. Their fries taste; the way manure smells. Today, I stopped at Dylan's. I ordered at the drive-thru. Two of my kids had chicken nuggets. The other child had a corn dog. The cornbread coating in the corn dog was gross. It tasted like old grease. I'm assuming it was because it had been cooked in a fryer that hasn't been cleaned in a while. I ordered a half-size Chinese chicken salad. When I got home, & opened the container I made a disgusted face. All of the greens in my salad were wilted. And there was an unidentifiable piece of something mixed in with the chicken. Not good. I think it's the first time I've ever asked for a refund on food. The manager was nice, and apologetic. He gave me a refund. But it wasn't enough to change my mind about the food. I am definitely not going to frequent Dylan's.

Shakes good, new coke machine good, supporting locals great, food well below average, small portions, heavy grease and no flavor and more expensive than surrounding restaurant

This is your typical burger joint, but they do have a good Caesar lunch wrap - I highly recommend that, and their salads. Their drive through takes forever, but they do have a good dirty coke! I have only tasted a couple of their burgers but they were pretty good. I like their buns, and their Piccadilly chips with fry sauce are good. Update: they lost a star. I avoid this place at all costs now. The last several times I've gone its all consistent sucked.

I love their diet coke with fresh lime! They serve your drink in a thick plastic cup that I think is really unique! I also love all their shakes, sundaes, and cookies & candy bar "blizzards". Drive through is fast and the service is great!

This is a perfect place to get a diner style burger and some shakes, great fish and chips. Diner style entrees for dinner. They feature the new coca cola machines for the soda freak in you. I haven't had the onion rings but they sure look great.

I've been here a few times. Sometimes the food has been great and sometimes the good has been nothing but a grease-ball that sits in the pit of your stomach and makes you ill.

I really enjoy the quality of food that is avaliable at Dylan's Drive-Inn. The BLT is very good, and so are their burgers and fries. I really enjoy the Chicken Strip basket and their English Chips are heavenly. I also really enjoy the scones, which are the perfect size for breakfasts for small people. I also really enjoy the jumbo Cherry-Lime aids. The staff is very kind and courteous and quick to offer suggestions if you are first time diner. If you dine in, I have zero complaints. However, going through the drive thru is very slow-going. I usually have to turn my car off while waiting. It's ridiculously slow. I understand that this is because everything is made fresh, but when you go through a drive thru you have an expectation of it being "fast" Despite the slowness of the drive-thru I am still a fan. I only use the drive-thru when I have time to wait.

The people were really friendly, and didn't mind that my party hung out and chatted in a booth until closing time, but the food left something to be desired. I got a chocolate peanut butter oreo shake. The chocolate was fine. The peanut butter tasted totally fake, nothing like normal peanut butter. The oreos were totally stale and pretty yucky. Despite my love for milk shakes, I didn't even finish this one. I'll never go back.
