I work at home in Helper, but I have to head down and hang out at Happiness Within at least 2x per week to partake in their excellent coffee and specialty drinks and pastries. It is a treat to have such a great coffee place with fast internet and friendly, hip people in our small town. It's a great place to catch up on local news and chat with friends and travelers passing through. It's also impeccably clean - a nice respite on the hot and dusty trail between Moab and SLC. And I wouldn't survive the cold winters if I was "without" Happiness Within. I'm here now having an espresso and a biscotti! : )

Sooooo overpriced!!!! $5.75 for a 12oz. latte is just too much. Beautiful space. Cozy and nice, but very limited bakery items and just couldn't handle the price. I got one of their seasonal specials, but I couldn't taste most of the flavors. Very disappointing especially with all the fantastic reviews on here.

Great coffee, great little coffee shop with 2 pleasant, accommodating young ladies providing the coffee. Worth a stop if in the sea.

This place is great for anywhere much less a tiny town. The prices are definitely what you'd expect to pay for good specialty drinks, but totally worth it if you're craving fancy coffee!

Nice coffeehouse on old fashioned Main Street! Quiet and cool, a great place to revive and rev up after driving across the hot and dusty desert!

Happiness Within is going to become the winter place to get coffee on a cold winter morning.... if they would open a little earlier. That's my only constructive criticism, 8am is a little late to open for a coffee shop but I'm sure that will change as the market for coffee in Helper develops. On to the Good stuff. They have done a great job of creating an atmosphere that fashionable and welcoming. Pulling from both the historic nature of the community and the recent infusion of local art. All surfaces are clean, staff is friendly, specialty drinks look like something Martha Stewart would make, and the homemade pastries are novel. I live in Price and drove over here just to have a regular coffee and internet while doing my business at the coin laundry next door.

This cafe would be popular even if it was on Valencia street in San Francisco. In the middle of Utah it's a godsend! The coffee and the pastries tasted great, the interior was stylish, WiFi was fast, music was cool and the barista was friendly. The town of Helper is definitely worth a stop. It's probably the best place to get coffee between SLC and Moab!

Maybe we caught them on a bad morning, but both staff seemed completely clueless. One was clearly a trainee but the gentleman training her seemed way out of his comfort zone. It shouldn't take ten minutes to make two drinks, but he only made one at a time and had to pause to remember each step. The chai was from a powder, and my husband's hot americano had something added to it from a pitcher in the fridge? What? Results were drinkable, but just barely. I'd have ordered a pastry but they were just tightly cellophane wrapped muffins that were hard to identify. The cafe was small town cute but it would stick out like a sore thumb in any sizeable city. It's your one option in town, but there are other towns.

Now, I've only tried their matcha green tea twice, but I can tell just by entering this coffee shop that it is infinitely better than anything else nearby. The decor is adorable and inviting, and the baristas are friendly. It amazes me that this place exists in little Helper, Utah, but I hope that other establishments of similar standards open up in the area.

Super cute, cozy and friendly! On a road trip from Denver to Salt Lake and wanted a little break. Perfect place to stop! Got a recommendation for a tea and a pumpkin gluten free cookie. Highly recommended!

This is a darling place, you walk through the door and it is amazing! I had the Italian Soda. I would tell everyone to support this store.
