With little to choose from in this freeway-side town, it was just what we needed. Chain, yes, but predictable. HATED the three flat screen TVs on the walls blaring away and everyone's eyes glued to them in a trance. Could barely hold a conversation with the noise of them.

We stopped here this morning on our drive back from Salt Lake and the lady who took our order was on top of things. Hands down the best fast food server I've ever had. Food was on par with what you would expect for fast food. Five star though for the service. She was so pleasant and thoughtful. I hope she owns the franchise.

Sorry, needs organization and leadership. The staff is not trained and it is not a efficient store with some employees standing around while others are hustling. Our server threw the tray down on our table, mumbled something, and left. Poorly trained in customer service. This place Is surviving because it is the only eating establishment on this off ramp.

My friend Lori and I drove from Salt Lake City to Fillmore today with no a/c. It was such a hot and dusty ride. We came upon this beautiful oasis called Carl's, Jr. Being tired, hot and thirsty and hungry we ventured In. We were met by the most wonderful staff members who served us up a very delicious meal of chicken flautas and ice cold ice tea. I happened to mention my iphone battery was dead and the young man charged it for me. The young lady gave us good directions to where to stay next to the Grand Canyon. We are on a road trip to Maine and our stop here at Carl's Jr is a happy memory of our trip. We all felt much better when we left than when we went in. Thanks Carl, Jr for hiring such excellent, capable and respectful employees. Can you open a chain in Maine? Pleez???

Spend 30 min at the drive thru for a chicken sandwich. The person behind us got their order completely wrong but after waiting 30 min for the food, you just want to eat. They never explained or told us what was going on as we waited. Turned off our car after waiting for 28 min because we didn't know how much longer only for the food to finally come out.

If you're wanting fast food avoid Carl's Jr. in Fillmore. Waited 35 minutes in line to get a 3 piece chicken meal and a bean burrito never again

The food here is gross, don't bother. Wait till you can get to Moab or wherever you're going.

Normally I don't eat fast food but we were desperate because the road we were driving did not have many options and we were starving. I wouldn't even post a review but everything about this place was horrible. The lady at the counter got our order wrong at least 3 time. My son's chocolate milk was rancid. We had to swat off flies in order to eat our food. The food was so terrible even my 11 and 7 year olds said the food was gross and they love fast food. Do not go here.

Should have been wary of the food after the staff got something wrong with every part of our order. No joke. After eating a chicken taco salad for lunch here today, I am now, 7 hours later, dealing with stomach cramps and diarrhea, my guess is from undercooked or cross contaminated chicken. Salmonella anyone? Do yourself a favor. Unless you relish spending your trip sick and miserable, skip this fresh slice of hell. Off to the bathroom I go again. Ugh.
