Tried it again for some reason unbeknown to me aaand it didn't change. Complained to our table that he didn't want to cook so many waffles. Surprised hes still open.

A great place for breakfast! The portions were substantial, the flavor was terrific, and the prices were reasonable. The cook & waitress were very friendly, and both did their jobs very well. We had the Veggie Omelet & the Cowboy Scramble, and both were delicious. We checked out the lunch & dinner menu while we were there, and they appeared to also have a good selection. We'll definitely be back!

Best chicken fried steak and white gravy I have ever had, hands down. My family eats here regularly. I find the staff to be very friendly and service is pretty quick, too.

Not the best place I've eaten. I'd recommend heading to Manti to eat at Dirk's Farmhouse instead, Cavalier's Pizza in Mt Pleasant or Lisa's Kitchen in Nephi. Locals do come here - but the food is really greasy and the service is not the nicest. Wouldn't recommend it.

There aren't a ton of eating establishments in this part of the state, but this seems to be a welcome addition. The menu offers a variety of burgers and chicken, a few other entrees. My mom and granny are regulars, and big fans of the 'lo cal' plate, which includes your choice of meat, toast, fruit and cottage cheese. The country decor feels a little old and dusty, but there's two different rooms with seating, so plenty of space. The staff, meaning, the one gal working there for the lunch shift, was nice to answer my questions, though not particularly enthused about her job. She did stop by to check on us once but and didn't refill water. Luckily my granny had a coke, so I snitched some of her water. One thing I'll say though, she undersold the roast beef. I ordered a half cold roast beef sandwich and cup of soup. I asked if it was lunch meat, or like, BEEF. She said it was a little thicker than lunch meat. It was a healthy slab of beef in my book and very tasty. The soup was also reasonably good and pretty big for just a 'cup'. I'd say that if ewe stopped and ate there, ewe'd definitely feel satisfied.

It's been a while since I was at the Satisfied Ewe, but I have fond memories. I went to a geology field camp based in Ephraim and we ate 2 meals here every weekday. The servers were nice and the food was consistent, if nothing else. It is definitely a place for local regulars and a place where I felt at home.
