I wasn't sure whether to give three or four stars. I erred on the side of generosity. 4/5 times, you'll get food that is worth coming back for. Sometimes, the food is incredible by any standard. Sometimes, it leaves a lot to be desired - as in "I should have just gone to Subway." I wouldn't say the recipes are the problem, it's the consistency in how they are prepared and sometimes the freshness (or lack thereof) of the ingredients used. I'd say it's worth a shot to check them out. Go a few times before making any judgments. Chances are good you'll like what you eat.

To put it simply, the pizza is a spin off of Papa Murphy's. The sauce and dough were definitely someone's backyard science project, the cheese tasted dated and grainy, and the toppings came from a can. Whoever calls this good pizza needs to move out of Coalville and see the world. The customer service was poor and the employees struggled to know their job roles. We tried the Chicken and Garlic pizza & the Hawaiian. They both lacked in taste and we were unable to eat it. Very poor!

This is a nice little staple in Coalville Utah! They have great options with great prices. I was craving some pizza and since I was just driving through and had no access to an oven to use the take and bake option, I had my pizza cooked there. There's so many pizzas to choose from and since I only eat chicken I went for the garlic chicken. And it was delicious. The thin crust holds up nicely and it's very crunchy but not too crunchy. Our pizza was a tad overly cheesy which kinda hid the garlic taste of the chicken but it was still great. Also a nice tip to know is that there is no alcohol here, but you have the option of taking your food next door to a local bar where you can get your favorite adult beverage. I was very happy with this little staple I managed to find by just walking around Main Street.

Very Impressed. We found this place quite randomly as we were scavenging for restaurants around the Best Western across the freeway. Pizza is great. We got the Scotty's and chicken garlic pizzas. They tasted great and delivered to our hotel room. The garlic is satisfying without being overbearing, and the combination-style Scotty's really hit the spot after a long day on the slopes. We may stop by again tomorrow. The fried mushrooms deserve its own shoutout. I'm definitely not an avid mushroom fan, (wouldn't order it on a pizza) but these were delicious. They were gone within seconds. The staff was also friendly and patient as we were deciding on our order. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful and courteous. A+ for those guys. Thoroughly impressed with this place. Stop by after a day on the mountain. Super satisfying.

I have to think Siri for this one. I was hungry after leaving Park city. And as I approached Coalville I asked Siri if there was " a restaurant nearby"? There were a couple. I chose Vic's. There were few cars on the main street in Coalville. most of them were pulled in front of Vic's. I'm gonna start right off by saying place is tiny,.... probably seats 14 people. The restroom is spotless even the chrome on the fixtures had no water stains on them. Spotless! On the blackboard it said "we are back, your original owners " The best bargain in Utah is their lunch Personal pizza. Mine was loaded with meat and at least 8 inches across. It Came with a large fountain drink. it cost $5.99!!!!! Very friendly girl behind the counter ..looked like maybe her mom was making the pizzas. While I didn't have one, the salads looked amazing ...fresh ,,lots of ingredients! I took the menu and stuffed it in my glove compartment. I plan on making this trip many times and have an encore!

I was staying at the Best Western Holiday Hills on the other side of I80 from town. I had no clue where to have dinner and after driving through town I knew the choices were limited. I asked the hotel front desk for advice and they threw three choices at me. One was Vic's and the others were a deli sandwich place and a Mexican-American place. I went with Vic's and liked it so much I grabbed food to go two nights in a row from Vic's. The first night I had fettuccine alfredo with chicken to go and the second night I had a personal-size combo pizza and a small salad with the works to go, all excellent, obviously with fresh quality ingredients. If Vic's was located in my home town or a more populated area, I'd give it four stars. But given the dearth of choices in Coalville and the excellent food here, Vic's gets five stars.
