I love in and out. The food on the menu is excellent. Best burgers and fries hands down not too mention exceptional service especially at the Centerville Utah location :) I am a lover of everything animal style and so the onions and spread go on everything!! I do not eat the regular burgers (I use too :( lol) but I can't anymore. I dig into the protein style and my absolute favorite of all time, the flying Dutchman! ! Youve gotta top off your meal with either rootbeer float, a neopolitan milk shake or a tasty lemon up! If your not sure what I'm talking about, Google the in and out secret menu and get educated!! Happy Eating!!

Best burgers and fries. The wait is usually kinda long for a fast food place, but the food sure makes it worth it. The menu is very limited, which makes it kinda cool. You can go online to find websites that tell you about "off-menu" items, such as ordering your burger "animal style" or "protein style." Overall In N Out is awesome, highly recommended.

So in the realm of fast food burgers these guys are king. Don't compare them to a 5 guys, Habit burger etc. My usual order is a double double and an ice tea. The fries are just average. Value wise this place rocks.

Couldn't be more thrilled that Centerville has an In-N-Out!! Double Double Protein Style is my "go to" order! Don't forget the grilled onion, and fries ordered "animal style"! The service is always great AND fast! Love, love, love it!!!

3x3 animal style! Do it! Best fast-food burger E-V-E-R!!!

I'm from California and this reminds me of home. You can't beat their burgers and shakes. It gets really packed on Saturdays, you can't find a seat anywhere. Great place and staff is friendly.

Being from Southern California we grew up with In-N-Out. I don't eat fast food much. Meanwhile, at 11 pm driving back to Salt Lake from Logan there isn't much open, which prompted me to return to this familiar place. It didn't take long to remind me why this chain continues to grow. It's rare to see workers at a fast food chain excited to be here, which is refreshing to customers. And, these burgers are much better than competitors like McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's etc. Why anyone would ever eat that when you can come here and get something fresh and tasty baffles me. For a true fast food burger, you can't go wrong here.

This place is always busy, but they have 12 people working at a time, so things move fast. They don't have a huge menu, which I almost prefer. If you do it well, you don't need a mile-long menu. The big detractor to this place are the french fries. They are lacking something. I think it's necessary to order them animal style just to get some sort of flavor with the fries.

This place is one of the best chains out there. Delicious, cheap, and always fresh, I just wish they were located in more states.

Of course I came in during the dinner rush so I expected some chaos in the air. I was however impressed at the constant and seemingly genuine smiles on each workers faces. The food was prepared and delivered in a delicious and timely manner. It was a pleasant experience.

  • Denise L.

I always avoid peak times and to me 10 minutes at the drive through is a little much. I feel like I am putting the workers out because they always seem to be chatting with each other constantly about their own lives. Too much lettuce and a burnt bun makes me wonder if that is the new norm. I take my food home and wish I could get it wrapped up different to keep heat in it. I get extra napkins because they always get messy from the burger. Fries are always cold and I know because I sample a few before I get out of the parking lot. I think they pre make the fries then box them then wait for the burger to cook. I keep thinking this will change and it doesn't.

We had such a nice lunch at In-N-Out! Hubby and I were in town for a medical meeting and had a bit of time beforehand to have lunch. We each had a burger and shared an order of fries. Everything was delicious and hot. The restaurant was very crowded, but there were no dirty tables or overwhelmed employees. Everything was very nicely kept. Upon preparing to leave, a very nice staff member asked if she could take our tray to the trash. Yes, please. We even commented to each other how helpful and happy the staff seemed.

  • Kadin W.

Terrible. That is one word to describe it. Burgers are small, buns burnt. And the fries are the worst you will ever have in your life. The selection is absolutely horrid. Never go ever.

In-N-Out Burger is a regional Americana restaurant located in the Western part of the United States. It was founded in 1948 by Harry Snyder and his wife Esther with the first establishment in Baldwin Park, CA with a headquarters in Irvine, CA. It is similar to a Five-Guys Burger and Fries restaurant chain and both are in a way part of an east versus west coast rivalry among burger fans. I personally don't think that there is much distinction between the two restaurants as both are similar in price points for the menu selection. Both reportedly use fresh and natural ingredients in that they cut their fries for each order right inside the restaurant and cook in more healthy oils. The standard menu selection consists burgers, fries, soft drinks, and a milk shake for desert. There is an cook's or employee's created secret recipe menu for the restaurant chain that can be found in a general search query of the internet for those not wanting to order from the posted menu. One such location is this web site innoutsecretmenu.net where one can customize food to one's satisfaction. In my first visit to this burger chain it was while out on a vacation to San Francisco, CA and I have been craving it since after returning home to the east. Naturally while visiting Utah the family decided to visit this place as one of the last few must do stops before returning home. Like the first time that I visited this place when in California the food and the wonderful staff did not disappoint. Even while knowing of the secret menu I decided to order the Double-Double Cheeseburger with french fries and a soft drink. The food was tasty as usual and I was hungry that day so I was tempted to order a second burger but I knew that if I did that I'd regret it later cause my eyes would have been bigger than my stomach. The food at the place is tasty and but can be a bit messy while eating so it is wise to not eat while on the run or while driving a car. The restaurants do have drive thru at each location but tempting as it is I would recommend getting home or being at table for eating for digging into the food. Just be prepared to use plenty of napkins while dining out and eating the burger with the dripping melted cheese and sauces and the delicious and greasy salted french fries. The food is very wonderful to eat but one doesn't leave the place with an out of this world experience that couldn't be repeated at a competing location. The burgers are distinct from fast food chains like McDonalds, Burger King, Carl's Jr., Hardees, etc. to be sure but not necessarily so from other locations. Some of the comparable restaurants to which the In-N-Out burgers could be compared but places at which one will pay more for a burger meal among other menu options are Red Robin, T.G.I. Fridays, Cheddars Restaurant, and Ruby Tuesday just off the top of my head. Do give In-N-Out a visit if it is your first time and I promise you won't be disappointed or leave the place hungry.

This location is AMAZING. The drive thru line can get mighty long, like stretch all the way around the parking lot long, but they are really fast. Perfect food every time and there are some really friendly employees taking care of you. Awesome joint.

Great burgers, for a great price with a great and friendly staff. Can't ask for much more from a fast food joint.

My cheeseburger was warm. The lettuce and tomato was cold. The fries were fresh. I love In N Out and I like it even more now since I read that book. It's always a first stop whenever there's In N Out around. Get picked up from the airport. Drive straight to In N Out. Then we can go where ever we want to but at least we got our fix.

I had visions of the best fast food hamburgers I ever ate before I walked into this place. I was sadly disappointed. Burger was below average, fries tasted like they had been sitting out. they are handcut and fresh potatoes, but poorly executed. I figured out the ordering double-speak pretty easily, but don't get the need for the inside code. I love burgers and trying all kinds of different types and establishments. My experience here made me want to go to the McDonalds across the parking lot. At least you know you are going to get consistency there. If you are heading north, go to the Crown Burger in Roy, UT instead. another 20-30 minutes up the road, but worth it.

Decent burgers at a decent price. I don't get the hype about the fries though sorry. Secret menu is cool, I like the grilled cheese and the BBQ bacon ranch burger. I didn't like it enough however to buy a tee shirt. I don't wanna look like a poser.

  • Cobra K.

I recommend two options: 3x3 Animal Style Fries Strawberry Milkshake Or 4x4 Animal Style Water Oh wait...did you know about Animal Style? In N Out Burger has a 'secret menu' to make you feel 'cool' when ordering something not explicitly stated on the menu. Fries Well Done - self explanatory Cheese Fries - self explanatory Animal Style - mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, grilled onions and extra sauce Fries Animal Style - ditto Extra Toast - your buns are left on the grill for 1 extra minute Protein Style - Burger sans buns and sandwiched between lettuce 3X3 - Three patties with 3 slices of cheese 2X4 - Two patties with 4 slices of cheese 4X4 - You get the point Mustard Grilled - patty is slathered with mustard prior to grilling Flying Dutchman - two patties, two slices of cheese...no veggies there's more...but they suck.

I hate to say it, but I'm a burger junkie.... And this place used to be on my top ten places to grab a fresh cheap burger.... That is, until they moved to Utah (right down the street from my house)..... When I traveled to Las Vegas or Cali, it was one of the first places I would stop and grab a burger.... But now that they're right down the street and I can get one just about any time I want, they have lost some of the appeal... When they first opened I wouldn't go because the locals owned the place (45 minute wait at the drive in - no seating inside or out- it was crazy), so I waited for a few months & finally the newness wore off and I was able to go in.... And I must say, they were better when they were a few states away.... Don't get me wrong, I will still go, & they are good burgers.... But not as good as they once were.....

Classic, awesome in n out. Exactly in line with other stores. So good! If you go only for the hype you're not going to grasp it. Go because you like the food. Where in-n-out excels is the quality of ingredients. A hamburger from mcdonalds or burger king leaves me weighed down and dissatisfied. I don't get that feeling at in-n-out. The ingredients are fresh and well prepared. I don't have to wonder about what I'm actually eating. The menu is simple by design. If you want chicken or fish or pork or tacos or whatever - don't go here. If you want a great burger - go here. It's about as inexpensive as fast food can get.

I love In n Out burgers! We travel from Wyoming and whenever we find this joint, we quickly change our plans and pull in here for lunch/dinner and midnight snacks! You always get a quality burger with fresh cut fries. I love the atmosphere and fun employees. One worker was cleaning the chairs and doing her best to get the place spotless. Try the cheeseburger with grilled onions and don't forget the "spread" for your fries. Another little secret nugget--they have little jalapenos type peppers. For some added spice, grab a few and add it to your burger. (located to the self serve ketchup bar) We love the prices the very best. We can feed our cute family of 5 for about $20 bucks. Easy to enjoy a burger on the road, when the prices are great. Shakes are from a machine, not hand mixed or anything fancy, but pretty good none the less. Chocolate is my favorite, of course! ---Tips and Tricks--- Get a free hat or the stickers for the kids. Check out the large pins that hold their aprons on. Too cute and fun. Also make your own drink by serving diet coke 2/3 of the way in your cup, then top it off with Dr.Pepper. Called "diet splash" Delish!! For the vegetarians in your group, get the cheeseburger with no meat. Also caters to the gluten free diet with the "protein style" with no bun, wrapped in crisp lettuce.

Great food bad location for traffic flow right by McDonald and chick filet. Typical in and out burger but hey it's all good

Been here twice on the way to and from Montana...In-N-Out needs to step up their game in Utah.

It's not just a great burger, it's a state of mind. The overall experience with supremely fresh ingredients (no frozen beef, potatos that drop from a cutter and into a frier) superbly trained staff and the ambiance make for an awesome experience. I've eaten at eight In-N-Out's in three states and this location is by far my favorite. I love the outdoor seating, the beautiful gardenias, and the great staff.

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes! Really? Burger was great - but fries were nothing to write home about.

  • Dale D.

I don't get it. I made my in-out-urge sticker years ago but that's hardly enough to carry a chain with average burgers and aok fries. Been there 4 times thinking I am missing something. I won't go back. I don't get it. All average, nothing special at all. OK, better than McDonalds or Burger King, but why eat something average. I'm messed up since I can't eat IOB fries there knowing Sego Lilly fries in Bountiful is 5 minutes away.

Five guys vs In-n-Out, let's do this. Ingredients/toppings: 5 guys wins. Fries: 5 guys wins. Speed/convenience: In-n-Out wins. Flavor of the actual beef: In-n-Out wins. Cost: In-n-out wins. Verdict: In-n-Out is the place to be. The fries were hot, crisp, tasty. The staff was ...wow. Nice. At a fast food joint? Really? It's like they didn't read the rules on that. The burger was great, and the price was cheap. My favorite aspect of this place was the fact that there are literally, like, 4 things on the menu. Choose what to do, do it well, and to hell with marketing, research, and kids meals with toys.

Psssstttt. It's In-n-Out in Utah. Things you must try here: - anything Animal Style... don't be shy. Just ask for it. They will even do the fries animal style. fries, spread, grilled onions, and grilled cheese. Heart stopper. - Lemon-Up 7up and their Pink Lemonade - Protein wrap. They wrap the whole burger in lettuce and knock 80-120 calories off your burger. Been having it this way for years... off and on. - For you big eyes/stomach eaters out their, order the burger 4x4. Four meats, four cheese.

I'm with the others who don't "get" this concept. I agree, the employees are service-oriented and friendly, but don't ask the cashier about all the super-secret ways to order your food. It's like you have to join a cult. They just refer you to the website, as if you expect them to wink at you after referring you there. Onions in animal-style are chopped, steamed in beef bouillion and fried in lard. Like a salt-lick in grease. The fries have the water removed, before they're dropped in the fryer - they're like eating foam peanuts. I heard they were better when double-cooked, or whatever the secret word is. They aren't. The chocolate shake is too thick and has a cocoa after-taste. I want to understand the phenomena. I just don't. After 4 tries, I'm In and OUT... I'm done experimenting. And, no - I've never taken the time to look on their website for the silly decoder ring. Wink, wink.

I frequent the Centerville location as a "Yay the week has been awesome!" reward for myself. The saying goes "Quality is a lack of Variance". In-n-Out is a prime example of Quality over and over again. They have figured out an amazing process that every person says the same thing assigned to their role. I love the fact that in the drive through you can see all the food being made kind of putting all the employees on display. But this I think helps establish this great culture they have. Everyone that I have seen is happy, always smiles and they always seem to be having a good time. I give props to the Centerville location and not just for how close it is to my home but also the fact that you can tell they really do enjoy what they do. I love knowing the 'lingo' and feeling like a part of the experience there. Knowing they have a "secret" menu is half the fun! But having unique ways of providing their classic experience of eating it in the car, which I hardly ever see anyone do BUT the point is they don't break away from how they made themselves known! They always have the "Will you be eating that in the car? No? Ok, we will Bag It Up!" When I go through the drive through with my wife and say "2 Double Doubles with Onions and Please Bag It Up", she kind of looks at me puzzled like she is not in on playing some part of a game haha! Keep up the good work my friends!

Very impressed with how quickly and smoothly we went through this drive thru. And not only that but Amber took our order like a champ. Which is apparently really hard for other fast food places to do.... All our food was correct too. And it was a tad bit of a complicated order too. Very happy with this!

  • Joshua S.

So, what can I say? The fries have grown on me. It's nice to have variety, right? I also enjoy the double/double with grilled onions.

Soggy Fries and plain burgers with too much lettuce. I gave this place 2 stars for excellent service and a burger that isn't the worst I've ever had. I've eaten at In-N-Out a few different times over the past 7 years, and they are all the same: Soggy fries and plain burgers with too much lettuce. I don't care how fresh all of the ingredients are if it taste like crap. It amazes me that people think so highly of this place. Then again, the people that frequent these fast food places think that going "out" for a nice dinner is another burger from Chilli's. I could make a better burger with frozen patties out of a box and better fries from a bag of off-brand frozen french fries. Smother anything in ranch or fry sauce out here in the west, and the locals think it's awesome "food." I would rather eat at Wendy's and spend the extra dollar for my meal than eat at In-N-Out.

This is the most customer service oriented team I have ever seen. What a great group of young guys, what a superb-tasty food!

In and Out burgers = heaven. This location was the busiest I have EVER seen a fast food restaurant be but they did a great job keeping the line moving. Only took 15 mins. or so to get the food.

  • David P.

Honestly what else is there to say about In-N-Out burger? Food is awesome, fresh, and fast. The fries are to die for and the burgers are out of this world. I always make it a mission to seek out one of these gems whenever I travel anywhere out West. A+ as always!

    (5)
  • Lora W.

I love In-N-Out, but be careful if you need to order from the allergy menu in the drive through at this location. More often than not I've had an error in my order, though inside they have been spot on. Take the extra few seconds to make sure you get what you've asked for.

    (4)
  • Jessica S.

The most awesome staff! A young man named kael took our order and was so awesome. Incredibly friendly lad regardless of cooking in the summer sun. Food was on point as always. We always stop here on our way home from lagoon because it's fast and yummy, at a reasonable price. Thanks again!

Who can say anything bad about in and out. It has great burgers and service. Very friendly people I love this place

    (5)
  • Aaron S.

In n out is good. Growing up with IN n Out and listening to everyone tell me it was the best burger in the world always confused me. It may be the best fast food burger in the world, but anyone putting processed cheese on the top of my burger won't be close to the top. There is always a huge line, but they are extremely efficient at moving the line along, so don't be discouraged when you see the drive through is 20 cars deep. The staff is always super friendly, the food is always good and very reasonably priced. They have branched out quite a bit from california. If you live in the west coast you probably have one near you. Try it out, don't expect it to be as glorious as everyone says or you may be disappointed, but as far as fast food burger go this one is on top. Try their shakes as well, they are pretty good

  • Haley N.

What I love about this restaurant is that the name says it all: you get In-n-Out in no time with a satisfied belly and a full smile! While we were eating, one of the workers was scraping and wiping the cracks in each of the chairs with a straw, talk about dedication to cleanliness! I was impressed with the whole atmosphere, from the workers opening doors for us and welcoming us with huge grins, to the promptness of our food and the fact that everything was filled and ready to go (ie. salt, ketchup, little peppers). TIPS & TRICKS: * Try a cheeseburger with grilled onions, it definitely broadens the menu of just burgers and fries. * Ask for "spread" when you pick up your order, it's a great dip for your french fries. * Check out the bottom of the cups and sides of the packages that hold your burgers and fries, there's always a nice reminder of what really matters. * Ask for a free In-n-Out hat, then be sure to take a photo and document your time at a tasty joint!

I love in n out burger! Cheeseburger animal style! Seating area and bathroom were clean! Employees were friendly!

    (5)
  • Harin G.

Yes, oh yes. As a midwesterner, I have been privileged only a handful of times to the deliciousness of the Double Double, fries, and a happy old shake. What is there to say besides....WHY WOULD YOU EVER GO TO A MCDONALD'S if you could come here? Tip: If it makes you this happy, then it makes the meal calorie free and cholesterol free right!?

    (5)
  • Ryan D.

Better than most fast food hamburger joints. The hamburgers are great and the price is even better. But I don't care for the fries!

    (4)
  • Kristina M.

I feel like every In-N-Out is the same, so rating them is a little difficult. The food, yummy as always. The milkshake, perfectly creamy. The staff, incredibly friendly. The prices, reasonable. The crowd, too full, like usual. The location is a little weird, although I suppose it's fairly central. (I mean, it's in Centerville...) It was clean, though! An abundance of parking, too. I'm never overly-impressed with In-N-Out, I think it's more just a touristy thing. The fries aren't very good on their own and the burger is pretty thin. But, when in Rome, right? Do yourself a favor, get your fries animal style and your burger with grilled onions. You'll thank me later...

    (4)
  • Chris W.

The double double, animal style, is a very good hamburger. Though I don't agree with the cult status that some ascribe to In N Out. It's a good hamburger, but you don't walk away feeling like it's something only they can do, or that it's such a unique hamburger that it stands out from everyone else. It's pretty good, but it's not the god of all hamburgers. It's worth a visit once in a while, but it's not a regular go-to place for hamburgers. They're not doing it better than everyone else. Crown burger is more distinctive than In N Out. You may crave a crown burger (with the pastrami and fry sauce) but you don't crave an In N out burger...you just crave a hamburger and In N Out is one of several places that will do just as well to satisfy you.

    (4)
  • Sam S.

For quick, cheap and delicious fast food you can't beat In-N-Out Burger. I love the double double cheeseburger with ketchup, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. Their lemonade is also really good! When I want something quick, satisfying and cheap, In-N-Out Burger is the place to go. I'm marking this location down one star because their fries were a little overcooked when I ate there yesterday and my burger was really oily. The food was still good, but not as good as it usually is.

    (4)
  • Zack T.

I got no complaints on the burger itself, but the fries are not the business. Burgers are very juicy, but I wish they had a few more options for toppings. Not a fan of the thousand island style sauce. The underground menu is interesting and gives ya a few more options if you aren't into the basic menu options.

    (3)
  • Michael W.

What more is there to say? In n Out is the absolute best around. Whats better is the service. The cleanliness and the speed. The food id always fresh and hot and oh so delicious. Im so glad in n out came to Utah!!! I tell everyone to go! I'm a fan for life!!!

    (5)
  • Rob S.

I love the shakes, but not the burgers. Although I would have to say that Animal Style and the Flying Dutchman are my two favorites. The french fries are terrible (order your burger here and then go next door to Mc'Donalds). Dont come here for lunch as it is usually standing room only!

    (4)
  • Joey P.

My all time favorite burger (after much experimenting): Double-double, Animal Style, no lettuce (I like lettuce, but I also like being able to fit the burger in my mouth), add chopped chilies. Perfecto! I tried a burger "Protein Style" the other day (lettuce wrap instead of bun) and I was not a big fan. One of the special things about In N Out is their bun and without it, it's just not near as good. It's also a bit messy.

  • Eric A.

Your classic burger joint. Not held back by the need to have fish sandwiches or chicken nuggets. Burgers. You want variety? Add another patty. Wrap it in lettuce or have some grilled onions. And for the God fearing, there are bible quotes on there. For the less devout, someone has already blessed your food so your chances of getting into heaven are increased. Now that's service!

  • shane b.

It's In-N-Out, this place is always slammed so I don't think its necessary to say more. For a cheap fast food burger at a great price with great service this is your place. Don't talk 5 guys here because yeah 5 guys is better but you also pay almost double too. Not in the same league. In-n-out stands as the best fast food burger for the money PERIOD friends.

For a burger joint this is definately a great one! I have never even heard of a place like this before but on my way back from the Salt Lake City airport my friend drove me thru here to get some lunch. At first I was suprised at the lack of options on the menu until I was told all the other things I could get. Animal style is the way to go! The burgers are great tasting and the fries are even better. The fry sauce is good too even though I cannot tell what is in it. The people here were extremely nice which was odd...I thought they were a little too friendly. LOL! Our cashier gave us lap mats and I could not help but stop laughing because I never heard of them before. As soon as we got the food though, I completely understood....it's so Lil Messy Lizzy...(myself) would not get fry sauce and burger juice all over my jeans. How did it taste? Better than any McDonalds, Krystals or White Castle does! I would go back in a heartbeat! Plus, it was not even that expensive.... Inner Fat Kid says: mmmmmmmm Goooooooooooood!!!!!

In-N-Out is a great place for a burger that does not cost much but tastes great. That is about all that I like about In-N-Out but gives them a 3.5 star so a 4. If they ever raise the price then it would be a 3. Ingredients are usually top notch and tastes great on the burger. The hidden menu is what you should order from as the base menu is really bland. Animal style burger with banana peppers (they call them chillies sometimes) is how I order my burger usually in the double double size. I like how the spice of the peppers mixes with the animal style condiments of the burger. That is why I like this place and makes it worth stopping at if in the area. Fries and other things at In-N-Out are not the best I have had and not that great in my opinion. Shoe string fries are something that I do not like so it is not just them. If you do get fries there the animal style are decent. The shakes are really basic and if they ever get into doing mix ins then they might be more worthwhile for me to get. That is what I do not like about In-N-Out and makes it not worth going out of your way for.

The burgers are bland and the service is poor. The menu (even the secret menu) is small and they do not have many options for toppings or sides. If you want a good burger, head down the street to Tonyburgers.

I have heard all the hype about this place for years, finally ate at one in Carson City Nevada a few years ago, and couldn't for the life of me figure out why people rave about this place, so when they came to SLC I thought I'd try it again, I came up with the same conclusion, it's just got this cult following, but aside from the fact that all the followers say "you have to order animal style" when you say how terrible it is. Well if animal style is the only way it's good, then why not just serve them all animal style, and you may not know but you can also order fries animal style, but you'll be diassapointed to know you'll spend $3.50 just for the fries animal style. I think I'm going to go order a turkey sandwich and tell the employees it's on the secret menu. What else is on the secret menu? This really is my last choice for a burger in this town...

The burgers are good, but not the life-changing experience that people from California would have you believe. The fries are really good...as long as they are warm. If you wait too long and they've cooled off, you might as well toss them in the trash. The staff is extremely service oriented. The only complaint I would have is the length of time it takes to get your order. "In and Out in awhile" might be a more appropriate name for the business. I've been a few times and I'll go again.

Never understood the raves about In-N-Out. Just average burgers, in fact I usually end up at McDonald's for faster service and I like the fries better there.

OK, my second time at In-N-Out. First was in Vegas, now Centerville. At least I can say they are absolutely consistent. I really didn't care for either experience. Service - Went in, ordered, sat down, and waited... and waited... and... You get the idea and it wasn't even crowded. Took about 6 minutes for my double-double combo to come out. Way too slow especially with a practically empty dining area. The Buns - what the heck is sponge dough? It seemed fresh but had a bit of a stale, dry consistency. Didn't like it. The burger - smallish, hot, juicy. I'm ok with the meat. And now the Fries - A Definite Big Fat Zero!. No flavor, dry, the outside is crisp, the inside is... well, it doesn't seem like there is an inside to the fry. Almost seems a bit powdery and absolutely tasteless. Even Five guys has better fries. I'd just as soon go to McD's - gasp! But yep, McDs is better. OK - went back June 2013 so my wife could try it. Burger was still the same which was quite good, but the fries were better this time. Maybe they were over-fried the first time. So I'll bump it up to a 2 star just because. Still want to know what sponge dough is.

Tasty, tasty burger. Very small menu. If you want a burger and tasty crunchy fries this is the place to go. Good prices, no frills, friendly staff!

In-and-out has started opening in Dallas. It's still a 30 min wait to get a burger, so I hadn't tried them yet. But driving back to the hotel at 11pm, this is the only place open. We stop and load up. The fries are shoestring which I'm not a fan of, other people in the car were, and liked them. The burgers are delicious. I will be going more often once a few more open up where I live and don't have to wait so long

I have been to the In-N-Out in Vegas and it's way better than Utah for some reason. Don't get me wrong, it's better than McDonalds, but it's so sad that McDonalds is the comparison!

I have to admit that when I was first introduced to In-N-Out several years ago, I didn't get it. I appreciated that everything was fresh but I thought the menu to be sparse and the burgers to be so-so. But then I realized that the secret to a great burger at In-N-Out is NOT on the menu. It's how you order your burger that makes it great. My favorite (so far) is the Animal Style Double Double. I'm now glad that this place opened up in Utah. I don't have to wait to be in Vegas or California to satisfy the craving and try out all the other options. On a side note, I think it's funny that INO set up shop right across the parking lot from McDonald's in Centerville, Utah. It doesn't get any more in your face than that. LOL!

Fantastical, fresh and delicious burgers for a reasonable price. Why would you pay more for a burger at the McD's next door? Let's be honest about the fries. The Styrofoam matchsticks called fries, even animal style, at In n Out are overrated. Go next door to the clown's for better fries and get a Happy Meal for 3-year olds that can't appreciate a good burger.

after an extremely tiring day at lagoon, we decided to drop by in-n-out for some burgers. kale, the boy taking orders outside in the hundred degree weather, was so ridiculously cheerful and stoked to be doing his job. he told us to "stay awesome!" as we drove away and i definitely will! just for you, kale! what an awesome employee! oh and the food was good too. :)

What can you say? It's In-N-Out. The most boring hamburger in America unless you use the secret menu and then they come alive. I will forever be at odds with people who think these fries are great. Like dehydrated tots out of can. The staff is nice and it's busy, but clean.

  • Zack T.

I got no complaints on the burger itself, but the fries are not the business. Burgers are very juicy, but I wish they had a few more options for toppings. Not a fan of the thousand island style sauce. The underground menu is interesting and gives ya a few more options if you aren't into the basic menu options.

What more is there to say? In n Out is the absolute best around. Whats better is the service. The cleanliness and the speed. The food id always fresh and hot and oh so delicious. Im so glad in n out came to Utah!!! I tell everyone to go! I'm a fan for life!!!

I love the shakes, but not the burgers. Although I would have to say that Animal Style and the Flying Dutchman are my two favorites. The french fries are terrible (order your burger here and then go next door to Mc'Donalds). Dont come here for lunch as it is usually standing room only!

Honestly what else is there to say about In-N-Out burger? Food is awesome, fresh, and fast. The fries are to die for and the burgers are out of this world. I always make it a mission to seek out one of these gems whenever I travel anywhere out West. A+ as always!

Better than most fast food hamburger joints. The hamburgers are great and the price is even better. But I don't care for the fries!

  • LuvverofaNordicqueen A.

So, what can I say? The fries have grown on me. It's nice to have variety, right? I also enjoy the double/double with grilled onions.

  • Jason N.

So in the realm of fast food burgers these guys are king. Don't compare them to a 5 guys, Habit burger etc. My usual order is a double double and an ice tea. The fries are just average. Value wise this place rocks.

  • Allison M.

Couldn't be more thrilled that Centerville has an In-N-Out!! Double Double Protein Style is my "go to" order! Don't forget the grilled onion, and fries ordered "animal style"! The service is always great AND fast! Love, love, love it!!!

  • Jonathan B.

    (5)

Terrible. That is one word to describe it. Burgers are small, buns burnt. And the fries are the worst you will ever have in your life. The selection is absolutely horrid. Never go ever.

This location is AMAZING. The drive thru line can get mighty long, like stretch all the way around the parking lot long, but they are really fast. Perfect food every time and there are some really friendly employees taking care of you. Awesome joint.

  • Robert R.

Wink, wink.

I have been to the In-N-Out in Vegas and it's way better than Utah for some reason. Don't get me wrong, it's better than McDonalds, but it's so sad that McDonalds is the comparison!

Family owned and operated since 1948 the first drive thru burger joint and still the best by far. Quality and taste win every time, that's winning ( ask sheen)

LOL!

The staff are great! Friendly, helpful, they go out of their way to make your In-n-Out visit a delight. Went to high school in CA so having a double-double brings back memories. :)
