Very fast service. Wide selection, different kind of sandwiches than you'll find at Subway. They're not quite as big but the taste is better, fresher. The Italian Night Club is an awesome sandwich. The Beach Club (turkey & avocado) is pretty good, too, though I don't care for the avocado spread over just sliced avocado. I don't know if they mash avocados up themselves but I would guess it's a pre-made item and tastes like Costco guacamole without any spices or flavor. The guy at the counter said that the majority of all sandwiches ordered are one of these two. Bread has been hit and miss. When it is hit--moist, soft and fresh--it's great, 5-star sandwich. When it's miss--dry, hard and crunchy--then it seriously brings the whole sandwich down, to probably a 2.5 star. It's usually more hit than miss. The Italian dressing tastes great but for me it tends to have a strange after taste. On occasion it makes my stomach a bit sick afterward. A popular add-on is peppers and bacon. It adds I think $1.50 to the price. I like the Salt Lake location by Costco better than Bountiful, it is more consistent with the quality of bread.

Pretty good sandwiches! I haven't tried all of the orders yet, but I do like what I have had. The bread was yummy!

I'm a sucker for Jimmy John's. This place always amazes me with how fast they can make my sammy. It's ready before I pay. I feel if that happens, I shouldn't have to pay. What do you say Jimmy? Want to take me up on that? Oh the smells are free.

Traveling for business... Called in an order for delivery and they said I was too far south to deliver... I was less than 2 miles away. So I placed a Turkey Tom order for pickup, got back to my hotel and the sprouts were left off!?!? Disappointing service for Jimmy John.

I used to love JJs. They were "freaky fast" and never got my order wrong. I got quite spoiled not worrying about my order, but the last few times (not just this location) it jas gotten frustrating. They have gotten our order wrong the last four visits. I want to blame it partly on their ridiculously loud music. I love loud music and energy, but it just adds to the frustration when they take.forever and them get it wrong. The last visit I got a hunter club on wheat, no tomato, add cheese. I had to repeat myself twice because the girl couldn't hear me. My husband got a bootlegger on white, with tomato add cheese and dijon. He had to repeat himself because it was too loud of course. We waited 10 minutes. I'm really not impatient, but when you have 6 people making one sandwich and you're the only two people in the store, thats kind of slow. I opened mine and it was my husbands sandwich on wheat with no tomato. His was my sandwich on white with tomato and dijon. We took them back and told them they were all mixed up. So they stripped everything off the sandwiches and put them back in some order. They were messy as heck. Dijon mustard all over tomato carnage all over my lettuce .I can't stand tomatoes, so I lost my appetite. They were still wrong. They left the cheese off both and added more dijon to mine. I was very frustrated and hungry.

Love Jimmy Johns. Very good sandwiches on french bread, I get the #12 with turkey and sprouts. I am always satisfied, they make the sandwich in like 2 seconds, its quick. Employees are always friendly and they do deliver, but i have never tried that out. Also you can order a delivery with their iphone app or online which is pretty cool. Try them out, you wont be unsatisfied.

Drove here because they did not deliver to my offices. Slow service. Granted, they were very busy with delivery orders but I was standing right in front of them with no line and I couldn't get the guy behind the counter to stop stapling receipts together and take my order. Just use a bit of common sense, if a customer is right in front of you, don't ignore them.

This is a great place to come if I am in need of a sandwich. They are quick and accurate. I like they are open til 10pm. They always welcome me when I walk in. I like they are busy and not just standing around being stupid during down time. The place is clean. One day I may order something other than my favorite.
