I only came here because I prefer little mom and pop shops over anything and I thought I'd give it a shot. First, lets talk about the food. I had the burger steak special with Mashed potato and macaroni and cheese. The steak wasn't seasoned well and had little to no flavor and the sautÃ©ed onions that came with it was very flat. The sides were nothing to brag about either. Did i mention that this was the special? It was $6.95 for the meal but it was a total of 9 bucks if you wanted a drink. They might as well asked me to hand over my watch at that point. The decor was very tacky and ugly. They tried their damnest to be a country western theme restaurant but putting up neon signs of beer companies and tacking on old pictures and horseshoes and calling it a day is not how you go about it. People tend to look around when they want to distract themselves from your gross food. If you want to see how it's dont right, go to Rudy's. Just a side note; this place is so old that they dont even have a credit card machine. They actually had to take your card, swipe it through an old slide machine, and took the slip and made you sign it. It took them 5 minuetes to do this. All in all, I honestly have no idea how this place has managed to stay in business. My only theory is that since the surrounding area is devoid of any other options, people are forced to come here that isn't a 5-10 minuete drive from their work. This place is garbage in every sense of the word.

Low key in every way, from decor, service, and food. You order at the counter and take it to the table yourself. The food is served on paper plates. The drink dispensers are self-service. The decor is not even kitschy. There are various "Texas type" things on the walls, such as horse shoes and beer signs. Some of the chairs have torn vinyl upholstery. Honestly, I can see no reason to go back. Period.
