Fantastic B and B!! Highly recommend without reservation for a romantic getaway or anniversary celebration. 5 star service at the top of the smoky mountain. Kathleen, the owner is attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. She provides excellent directions and can also provide alternative routes to avoid traffic. Amazing view! There are four unique suites with very comfortable beds and a lot of character . Kathleen offers great restaurant recommendations or allows you to grill on sight to take advantage of the breath-taking sunset. If your willing to splurge I recommend blackberry farm for dinner and to come back and relax in the hot tub. In the morning you receive a wonderful 3 course breakfast! I have recommended this place to many friends and family.

My husband and I stayed at Gracehill for two nights. It was our first time staying at a b&b, and it was great! The innkeeper, Kathy, is a great hostess. Kathy is so knowledgeable about the Townsend/gatlinburg/pigeon forge area and is able to give great recommendations on things to do in the area and back roads to use to avoid some of the tourist traffic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing! It was so evident that Kathy loves what she does and her heart goes into every meal she creates. I can't say enough good things about it. You will not be disappointed.

Gracehill is nothing short of extra-special. Perched high atop Little Round Top, the trip up the mountain drive to get to this B&B is quite exciting. It's not quite the winding roads of the south of France but it's equally as exhilarating. Gracehill is a beautiful three story building built to maximize the ability to enjoy it's location and surroundings. The vistas and views of the mountains and the valley below are mesmerizing and make even the night owls amongst us rise before dawn to see the sun dress the mountains in luscious pastels before drenching them in light. The rooms at Gracehill are beautifully appointed and very comfortable, Kathy, the Innkeeper, hasn't overlooked a single thing. Breakfast is enjoyed either in front of the fire in the kitchen, in the splendid dining room, or, in warm weather, out on the veranda. Poached pears and an egg enchilada is a typical breakfast, accompanied by hot coffee and juice, and everything is served on stunning place settings. Kathy is a true artist ... really! We were here in the early spring before the trees and gardens were in full bloom but the promise was there for brilliant greens and bright flowers throughout the warm summer months. A beautiful Bed and Breakfast situated at the highest point in the county. The food was tasty, our room was nice, and the view was great. Each morning we had breakfast out on the veranda. It was almost like having breakfast in the clouds. The innkeeper really has an eye for details. A couple of things to note. 1. The road to the B&B is pretty steep. We drove it with no problems, but it made my wife a little nervous. 2. It's right next to the Great Smokey Mountains national park, so there is wildlife about. We saw a bear our first morning there. The Innkeeper gave a blast on an air horn to scare it away. My wife thought it was exciting!
