Worst D&D ever. When the drive-thru is open, it's slow. When it's not open, and you have to go inside, it's slow. (Not to mention terribly inconvenient). Coffee is mediocre at best, and no one seems to know how to ice it with some cream and sugar. Do yourselves a favor and head on down the road to the other one. Haven't been there yet, but it just HAS to be better.

Worst experience ever. The drive thru line had about 3 cars in it and it took us nearly 30 minutes to even order. They were out of hash browns (but still charged us for them) and croissants. My husband and I ordered our coffees different ways but the cups were not marked. When we asked which coffee as which, they laughed and said they had no idea. Needless to say neither coffee was correct.

Ugh this place was terrible. I don't know why but I ordered a breakfast sandwich that I had and didn't like but this time was even worse. I don't think the bacon was even cooked. I ordered a caramel hot chocolate which I've always had before and didn't like but I had to get a drink with the sandwich. After giving up on the sandwich we got doughnuts....and they were still doughy! Ridiculous.

If I could leave a ZERO this store and the one in Kodak are a disgrace. 9 am and they are out of half of their donuts, two varieties of muffins. Staff is horrible, leave your attitude and issues at home or don't work with the public. Having been born and raised in Mass. And uses to great service and top notch products, the DD run by the same owners all around this area should have their franchises taken away. They just DON'T CARE

My wife and I went to the Gatlinburg DD yesterday, and the 2 out of 5 star review it had was far more than what it deserved!! Absolute horrible experience! So today we went to the DD in Pidgin Forge, great good, service and all around experience! We will be back!

Order was totally messed up & they didn't have the donuts we wanted after they had already charged us for them.. Donuts were stale & the staff were extremely rude. Please save yourself the trouble & go to a different one! Just awful...

Their speakers are not good, so I would recommend walking in rather than using drive-thru. Otherwise we stopped here 3 times when we were in town and had nothing but good Dunkin food. Their iced coffee was well balanced with vanilla syrup and cream. So far, it has been the best Dunkin vanilla iced coffee I have ever had.

Disappointed! I asked our friends if we could go get a coffee, as I was in need of caffeine. The restaurant is filthy. It's not just grime from a busy day. It seemed to be the kind of dirt that's been around for a while. The floor was sticky and counter dusty. After seeing how yucky the place looked I changed my mind for anything and the friend I was with decided to play it safe with bottle water. Instead of wiping down tables or tidying up, the clerks all went out to the enclosed patio to smoke. They are nice enough but cleanliness is not important here.

No, we are not in Seattle, nor is this joint staffed with expert baristas. However, the staff are genuine, kind, and sometimes of the colored hair variety. They are fun, and make me feel welcome and comfortable. I like the enclosed front porch, which reminds me of an old fashioned garage conversion. It is a bit more private, and good for folks with running toddlers. (Although I suspect this may be a smoking porch when it is busy? I see no ash trays. I just base this on other local set ups.) I was surprised to not be able to hear the road at all, when sitting on a big comfy couch inside the main room. They gave me a pamphlet with nutritional information when I asked about low calorie options. Today I had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant (heated to melt cheese) and a vanilla chai for $5.56. So much better then other fast food, and cheaper. I am going to try to remember to use the drive through here, instead of other crappy places, when I work late and am starving.

Horrible experience at this DD. They refused to make me a sandwich because it was too much work. Only two employees and the lines were too long so only serving doughnuts. I told her I would eat a plain bagel, no need to heat it, but they were out of bagels. Well they were out of juice, milk, hot chocolate, so the only thing they had was water. The other thing they had was attitude, the server seemed annoyed that I wanted to order. I recommend going somewhere else.

If I could leave a zero, I would. We were in town for a convention and stopped for breakfast and coffee. The line for drive thru and counter service was crazy long. We quickly saw why. Two employees in total at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. After waiting almost 15 minutes, we finally heard the girl tell another customer in front of us that it was donuts and coffee only, no breakfast sandwiches. We were okay with that, so decided to wait. When we got up there I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and was told coffee or donuts only, the toasters were broken. I said I'd take it without being toasted. I suggested they put a sign up letting their customers know and was told they didn't have time to put up a sign. They left out the muffin my friend ordered and the floors were sticky.

Went Christmas Eve morning, was extremely happy with the service. They were out of the donuts we wanted but they gladly made fresh donuts for us! Very helpful.

We were at this Dunkin Donuts location for breakfast today, they did not have any muffins or hashbrowns. We ordered egg white flatbreads, twenty minutes later they told us they did not have that either. We were traveling home from vacation and the idea was to save time on breakfast at Dunkin Donuts... This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. Will never go here again

WORST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. This experience was just ridiculous. We just wanted some donuts to go and ended up sending them back 3 times. It was a 20 minute ordeal for a dozen donuts. They told me they did not serve chocolate glazed donuts. They were out of milk. They didn't have biscuits ready. They messed up the order and when we got to the window we had to repeat the order several times. Really needs improvement.

The only Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to from Florida to Missouri were I've been asked to make my own coffee after it wasn't made correctly. The attendant handed me packets of sugar and told me to make it myself, this also occurred when we were the only customers in the drive thru or the restarurant.
