Ok, so this little joint just opened up a few days ago, so they are working out the kinks. At least, I hope so! Went in yesterday to get donuts. They were out. A sign on the door read, "temporarily out- taking orders." Ok, take my order. Took my name, number and order. They were not sure what time they would be ready. Went back several hours later, found a box in the display window w/ my name on it. That's mine I tell her. She checks the box and says it's empty. I say, "Oh, so they will be ready tomorrow then?" Girl tells me yes, come back tomorrow. So I return the next day at 8am, the display has 3 cinnamon donuts, 2 apple fritters and 1 fruit filled fat pill (I mean donut). Any-whoo, I tell her my name and that I am there to pick up my order. She says she doesn't have an order for me. What!? Not a good way to start a business! I realize you just opened, but to take an order, have it written out on a large box, ( gift size shirt box) and now the box is missing!? What!? So I tell her to give me the 3 cinnamon donuts in the display window and I AGAIN order the remaining cream filled do nut for my MeeMaw. The girl called me back several hours later to tell me the donut was ready, so I picked it up. And again, I notice the "temp out" sign in the front door. This place also sells 4 flavors of frozen yogurt sold at .49 cents per oz. They have toppings for the yogurt too, my son said the yogurt was good. I wish this place success and hope they are able to learn the donut business quick if they intend to keep customers. The donuts are fresh and tasty, but for now if you want to try them be prepared to pre-order!!!
