I start craving the Buggy Wheel sandwich as soon as I know I'm heading toward Nolensville. It's filled with generous amounts of smoked turkey and swiss, and has this strawberry jalapeno jam in it that just makes it. There are other sandwiches here I'd like to try but haven't yet. The market sells tons of Amish made goods like breads, cheeses, candy, biscuit mixes, and much more. I've tried both the saltwater taffy and the peanut butter cups and they were both very good. The man who works at the front cashier is extremely friendly; may be the owner but I'm not sure. If not he should be employee of the year. The floors appear to be original wood and I feel like I'm in a large cabin in the woods when I'm here.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I found the best horseradish cheddar cheese there!! They have all kinds of yummy little treats you'd have a hard time finding anywhere else. It's going to be a regular stop for me!!

THIS. PLACE. When my wife and I walked in here, we didn't expect to have our taste buds literally explode. Yes, I know what 'literally' means. If you walk in there now, you will find them, scattered about the floors and walls of this establishment. We purchased a sampling of several things, and continued our merry way of taste explosions until we had consumed all the things we purchased, and now we're planning to go back soon, with a cooler in tow, so that we can purchase more and safely transport it back to our home (an hour away). If you want some good wholesome local eats: this is your stop.

Chicken cranberry pecan salad was delicious, however the inside could be so much cuter. The tables were scattered with folding chairs. Table cloth was stained. The interior could still be rustic but needs an update. Not a cute place for lunch. Would rather grab take out next time than eat in. Very cute area for shops but this restaurant needs and interior update and cleaning.

It's easy to work up an appetite looking at antiques The Amish County Market makes greats sandwiches at a very reasonable price. I also love their fried pies and usually take some home whenever we're in the area.

Over priced but tasty. Wouldn't go again. Had a chicken salad sandwich. Bought some cinnamon rolls to take home. They were good.

Living in Boston, it's hard to find wholesome cooking like this. The food was more than what we can eat. I miss the South!

We wandered in here for the first time while exploring the local antique shops, not sure what to expect. What we found was a GEM! We were there at an odd time, just before dinner... not a soul was in there other than us and a single employee. She allowed us to sample several of their meats, cheeses, cinnamon rolls and chicken salads. Everything was SO delicious that we ordered a ham for the holidays from them! We took home some cinnamon rolls that day, but we're still planning to get back over there with a cooler so that we can stock up on some meats and cheese!

As has been stated before me, it's one of those places so special you hesitate to write a review about it. Everything about this place is magical, the smell, the food, the decor. Everything is fresh and top quality. The cheese, bread, and butter make excellent staples to have in your home...everything else is literally icing on the cake. Don't miss the Orange Juice Cake, the Amish Rolls, or the fried fruit pies.

yay! i love this place. i want to camp behind it and live there. i want to become amish for this place. it's like the amish table at the farmers markets, but bigger and better! all kinds of homemade amish great! amish cheese! amish butter! pickled everything! amish meats and sausages! turnovers and pies! milk (not raw, because that's illegal :( ), and other snackies! oh! and they have a glorious breakfast there on saturdays!

Nice country store, it has many varieties of cheeses, breads, noodles, and an area to have food. W got some Amish bread, some artisan cheese, and some fresh butter on our trip. Only thing I would like more is more of a local flavor on the Amish products. The breads and eggs are local, but the cheese, meats, noodles and bottled goods are made out of state. I would spend more if it was contributing to our local farmers and Amish.

I hate doing this given all the great reviews but for the first time ever, Yelp has led me astray. This place is no more Amish than Cool Springs Galleria. Maybe my expectation was way too high because of the reviews but I was far from impressed. My wife, two kids and I went on a Saturday morning for the buffet. The adult "buffet" is $6.99 but it's one trip only and the variety is limited to eggs, bacon vs sausage and pancakes vs biscuits. You can pay $9.99 for an all you can eat adult buffet but are still only allowed to pick from either bacon or sausage and pancakes or biscuits the first go around. The kids buffet was $3.99 and basically offers the same thing just smaller helpings. Not a bad value for the kids but they are making a killing off the adults. I must say, the food is better than average but far from outstanding and it's definitely not worth what I paid. The drink situation was frustrating as well. The kids milk was über expensive ($2.00 +) and my coffee was $1.75 which wasn't horrible but if you have 3 carafes available and you sell 10+ varieties in your store, offer more than one roast variety. The ambiance was far from what I had envisioned as well. It features oversized tables arranged very close together making it cramped with very uncomfortable chairs, many of which are metal folding chairs. There is a market feel but pretty disorganized. My other frustration is when a self serve establishment leaves tip jars everywhere when I do all the work. The counter, each table, the buffet table, the condiment table, everywhere had a tip jar. Also, leave each type of jam and condiments on the tables. Don't make me work for everything including cleaning my tables and then expect a tip especially at those prices. EVERYTHING is spread out. The food is on one side, the drinks on the other and frankly, it just leads for a confusing experience if you have never been there. Even if you are a regular it would be exhausting. After reading a post from someone earlier saying this place made them "want to be Amish" I guess I was just expecting something else. If this was a market where I grabbed a biscuit sandwich to-go, I'd be all over it but it's just not a good dine-in type place. I seems from the reviews that this place has a pretty stellar lunch menu but unfortunately, a second chance for this place is not in the cards. Lebanon Levi would not approve!

the store is adorable! I was extremely impressed with the fantastic customer service I received from the very nice woman working there today. she immediately offered samples of the chicken salad and cinnamon rolls which were out of this world! I was only passing by but before I knew it I bought pies (yes in plural form) chicken salad, and their fresh white bread. 5 stars!

Get there early !!!!! It gets crowded and will lower your experience. The food was the very best simple breakfast I have ever had. Everything was fresh from the farm and simple delicious. The buffet is 12.99 and unless you are starving one trip will fill you up at 8.99. The pimento cheese in the store is awesome. The chocolate milk if you have had better I would be very surprised. Take a trip its worth it.

Sometimes there are places that are just as cute as a button and the Amish Country Market at the Feed Mill is just that. The old timey exterior and warm, friendly interior, and yummy food has made this one of my favorite spots to dine in Nolensville. My favorite sammy is the Buggy Wagon. The fresh turkey, sourdough bread and spicy fruit spread was so tasty. My mom loved her chicken salad too! It had big chunks of chicken with great flavor! Also, there is a wide variety of food to take home with you. Bread, jams, Hatcher milk, and fresh meat all for the taking. I would totally stop at this place before going to Arrington Vineyards to pack a lunch of dreams to pair with wine!

Come here for the breakfast on Saturday or the fresh sandwiches, baked goods, or Amish goods. The breakfast served on Saturdays is good and very filling, despite it's relatively limited variety. Who knew Amish sausage was so good? The pancakes were rich and thick. The rustic interior is charming, as is the staff. They provided samples of various hand made treats, from cheeses to cinnamon rolls. The store has a variety of local and organic honeys, butters, cheeses, pickles, pastas, candies, and snacks. I probably left some stuff out, so check it out yourself. It's worth the scenic drive.

We to this location on Saturday.. Why? It was something to do and a few friends raved about it. For less than $20 bucks, the 3 of us had a great breakfast. You arrive in what you feel is a little bit of a barn situation and pay for a plate. You then go through the line, sort o a buffet and you get really amazing comfort food. Biscuits and Gravy were fantastic--but the pancakes were off the chain. Those pancakes were awesome, tasted just like cake. Love this place... Best part, after we had breakfast, we were able to take my 1 yr old son outside and take a walk by the babbling stream. It was a nice, crisp morning and couldn't have been better. You don't need to be fancy here, most of the patrons are coming in from the night before, but the best part is that you can sit inside or out. You have every differant kind of style in this joint. A+

I loved this place once we set foot inside. It smelled amazing. We weren't expecting to find as many food items inside as we did. It has a little cafe you can get breakfast or lunch at, and a little market at the front where you can buy their breads, meats, jams, and many other items. We got a chance to try to chicken salad. It had grapes. Yes .... fabulous red grapes. You can get it without nuts if you so choose. It also had cranberries. It was amazing. Seriously maybe the best chicken salad I've ever had. They also had tons of baked goods. They are very good at giving you samples. We sampled the cinnamon roll and pumpkin roll. We bought the cinnamon roll. So good. I also got a container of Frog Jam. Can't wait to taste it, but it sure looked good. The staff is friendly and helpful AND NOT PUSHY. Next time, we're going for breakfast. We will be back.

This Nolensville establishment is rustic and quaint-looking from the outside, and houses some serious deliciousness on the inside. Jams and pickled eggs and tasty-looking breads and mouth-watering looking pies line the tables and shelves in the market section of the store, and there's even a section with old fashioned candy! In addition to being a market, they also offer food, which your order in the back and pay for up front when you leave. I've been getting sandwiches here while working on a job site for the last couple weeks, and they are delicious. They're known for their chicken salad, which is really good, but my favorite options are the Buggy Wheel (featuring their delicious strawberry jalapeno jelly!) and the Milk the Cow (all cheese, no meat, so good!). Their rosemary garlic bread, when they have it as an option, is a super tasty addition to any sandwich. I did foray once into the desert section, not being able to resist an enormous whoopie pie I saw in the refrigerator. It was heavenly. I was also a fan of the fact that the drink options here involve throwback Mountain Dew and Pepsi, as well as what I call Mexican Coke - all made with pure cane sugar, making them so much better than the regular stuff. I know they offer an Amish breakfast on Saturday mornings, which I sadly have not yet been around for; however, I'm definitely thinking this should change. If their breakfast is anywhere near as good as their lunch offerings, I think I'll be very happy I made the trip! The staff is very nice and friendly, always very cheerful and eager to help you pick something out, or simply engage in conversation. I am absolutely coming back here, and definitely planning on trying that breakfast!

We stopped in recently to check it out and I'm pretty sure we'll return when in the area. We picked up a pecan pie and chicken salad. They were both very good. I could've easily spent much more but restrained myself...this time.

So many great things in this store. The top two for me the homemade chicken pot pie and the bacon and jalapeño pimento spread. They also have really good bread, deli meat, and cherry turnovers at counter. People are very friendly and always willing to help when I walk in. I eat a grilled cheese sandwich with that pimento cheese spread every day for lunch.

Arrington is a very frustrating place to visit on the weekend. There's the Vineyard, but I don't drink. There's Hatcher Dairy and Delvin Farms, which close at 1pm on Saturday. If it closed at 5pm, I'd get it. If it closed at 3pm, well whatever, but 1pm? So, flipping through options on my Yelp App on my Android Phone (shameless plug), found out the Amish Country Market in Nolensville, not far off. Having Pennsylvania Dutch heritage, and the promise of a good hamburger, I decided to check it out. So I showed up. and the burgers were gone. Um, why? If you're going to have a recommended high-quality menu item, why would you allow it run out so quickly? Everyone is really friendly, have a warm, inviting attitude, and have a good sense of humor, but it's overpriced, in my estimation. They still had deli style sandwiches, which were 6 dollars a pop, before drinks or sides. I got a white bread turkey sandwich, and it was pretty good. The bread was nice, but I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth. They've got a decent selection of pastries and breads. They've got a few neat sodas, but I just wasn't thrilled about my experience.

What a rare find! I absolutely love a good ole breakfast on Saturdays. This place rocks. Breakfast is great. Taste like grandma's homemade breakfast. The buffet on Saturdays is packed make sure you go early. They serve biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, and pancakes. You must try it!

good locally run shop for buying things for the sake of buying. they source tn products and dont overload you with selection or low prices. food is typical deli, breakfast was buffet style. people are nice, not much in terms of service or comfort, but more rustic feel.

They have the best bread...period. We no longer buy bread from grocery stores as a result of none of it being able to compare to the sourdough and wheat loaf at the Amish Market. We only eat fish so I was unable to try a sandwich (I don't like cheese sandwiches.) The jury is still out on the Strawberry Jam...my husband loves it but I don't think its that great. The caramel corn puffs are to die for. I will continue to buy bread from the market but overall I was not impressed. The only reason I gave it three stars is because of the bread.

It's my first time here and I'm blown away. I just had The Famous Buggy Wheel Sandwich and I want another (not to say it's small - it's very girthy) It has this strawberry-jalapeño jam in it that I've never tried before nor would I have even thought to put it in a sandwich. The bread is baked fresh every day, so it has that softness and fresh fluff to it. Everything in the store is Amish. Everything looks amazing. The free taste test of the day was their cinnamon roll and I won't be buying those cylinders from the store anymore. This place has made me an instantaneous regular. Ps They have pure local honey - so anyone with allergies needs to make a medical visit here and get it. Hard life eating honey and ridding yourself of Nashville pollen allergies..

How country can you get? Darrin is one of the coolest guys you ever meet....On Saturday mornings they have breakfast, sometime music, and always a "feel good" emotion when you step in this adorable place.

Had the Buggy Wheel and my DH had the Washboard Sammich. Both quite tasty. We love the independent places that are owner operated. Darin checked us out, and shared his growing vision for the business (and a great card trick). Hopefully folks will partake of the newly planned dinners - sounds like a blast. He also shared that they would like to lean towards serving mostly locally sourced foods - PLEASE let him know how you feel about that! Wish we lived closer. If I were to make one constructive criticism, it would be that the "store" part looked very poorly inventoried when we were there. This can be a problem for repeat business, as it looks as though you are going out of business - kind of a self fulfilling prophesy.

So many reasons to love this place! The Saturday morning breakfast is amazing. Biscuits, pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, & gravy with fresh Amish butter, syrup, & jams. Their weekend evening BBQ's are also delicious! Burgers, chicken, & sides. Their deli sandwiches are so good and they're huge! Everything in the store was hand picked by the owner, Darin and he will be more than happy to explain the origin and additional facts about each product. You can tell he's proud of the products he sells, and he should be because most, if not all are local, including farm raised organic beef, cheeses and other dairy products from Hatcher Farms, and some of the best bakery items you'll ever have! They also have a section of old fashioned candy and Coca-Cola in a glass bottle. The only thing in the whole store that I'm not crazy about is the Pied Piper Ice Cream. I'm just not a fan. Go see Darin and the rest of the crew at The Feed Mill. You won't be sorry you did!

Honestly, I would like to just whisper this nice and quiet to everyone. This is one of those places you really want to selfishly keep to yourself...but, the truth is, the way our economy has been I just can't do that or it might just disappear one day...and, that my yelper friends, would be an injustice. I'm really embarrassed that I live so close, but until recently, had never actually driven down into Nolensville to check out all they have to offer. But, I'm so glad I finally did, and now I make just about a weekly detour that way...never missing the Amish Country Market. I've never actually eaten in (I purchase to-go), but they are, of course, completely set up for that. The amish white bread and chicken salad (with your choice of add-ins...grapes, dried cranberries or stuffed olives ?) are my staples. I have also purchased their milk, some deli cheese, various candies from that section (the gummy bears are nice and soft and offered in some different flavors than the norm), cinnamon rolls and other baked goods. All have been well received on the home front, but as I said, the chicken salad and white bread are our go-to items. Yum yum! They also have some antiques for sale that are dotted around and throughout the store. And, you just aren't going to find friendlier, more personalized, service anywhere else...I haven't at least! Someone will be attempting to stuff samples in your mouth, and once they do, there's no looking back...you'll be making a regular jaunt there too!

Yum! All you can eat breakfast...and then some! The sausage, biscuits and eggs were great. The pancakes were awesome though. I seem some visits in my future just for the pancakes. The staff was very welcoming. Unknowingly we got there five minutes before bfast was over, but they let us know that they would keep everything warm until we had our fill. They sell a variety of things that I want to go back and browse when we have more time...homemade soap, pies, breads and pastries and a wall I'd homemade candy. I think that they actually serve lunch, dinner and ice-cream as well.

This gem in "downtown" Nolensville is a pleasure to browse for Amish baked goods, pastas, candies, jams, and jellies, and for Hatcher Family Dairy products. The deli sandwiches are original and delicious, and their Saturday morning breakfast is simple, but reasonably priced and tasty. Worth a visit.
