While this Wendy's is quick during lunch rush, and they only occasionally forget my sour cream for my potato...or the dressing for my salad...this place is a friggin' ZOO! What truly makes it so crazy is the location. I would be curious to know how many car accidents occur in and around their parking lot on a monthly basis. Sheesh. Yet, I still trek over from time to time for a quick, cheap meal when I'm in a hurry. Tip: Exiting from the back of the restaurant via the one way to Powell is highly recommended.

On a lunch run with a moderate sized order. Ordered a "strawberry fields salad with no chicken and no bacon". I checked the salad before leaving the window and it did indeed have chicken and bacon on it. Politely handed back the salad and asked for one that had not touched any meat. Salad was handed back with pieces of bacon still inside it. I have worked in a drive-through before and know that sometimes an order gets put in incorrectly, but when someone hands something back to you that you made wrong, it's on you to fix it and give them what they wanted, not simply take off part of the order and hope the vegetarian doesn't notice the large chunks of bacon still embedded in her salad. Other food was fine. Just wish there was better customer service.

Consistently dirty, bad food and service. Unfortunately, my kid likes this dump and it's on the way to school, scouts and the movie theater. Food is always gross - eating area and bathrooms always dirty - employee attitude is always apathetic at best and they are not too smart... This is not a new thing - this has been the same at this location for 12 years. I travel across the country weekly and I have eaten at hundreds of Wendy's locations. Most are pretty good. This one is not. The owners either never visit this location or they have no pride. Either way, the result is the same. Terrible.

To start off, this parking lot is a nightmare, I saw multiple near fender benders during my attempt to get served at this Wendy's. I was craving some chilli on a brisk fall morning and thought I'd run the through the drive thru and get a cup of Wendy's Famous Chilli. I went during a time at which you can usually expect places to be a little slower. The inside didn't seem to be packed but the drive thru was backed up almost nearly to the street. I attempted to patiently wait for service to get the Chilli I craved, however, after 15 minutes of waiting there was still three cars between me and being able to place my order, let alone get to the service window to get my food. The chaos in the parking lot was starting to increase as the line to the drive thru was blocking off the exit to the main road so I decided to simply turn off before being committed to the drive thru by the concrete curb that serves as a barricade between the rest of the parking lot.

Employees used to be ALWAYS rude. But I can say I've never had my order messed up! I usually just get a junior bacon cheeseburger, small fry, and occasionally a small chocolate frosty. I've been more recently and they have some new faces there, finally!

Where do you go after your Trivia Team has dominated at The Melrose and you're heading back? Um, this place was all we could think of. We ordered 3 things, paid, got a bag she said "here's your order, thank you" and closed the window... opened bag, 1 thing we had not pulled away, she came back to the window said whoops, hands another bag.. checked this time, nope... not done... wait wait wait... and third thing... Not horrible mind you, but the food was not quite Wendy's late-night quality... which was kind of sad.

I'm not a fast food eater but a recent babysitting gig brought me through the Wendy's drive through close to Vanderbilt's campus. The service was quick and the food was assembled as requested. We emphasized no tomatoes. The thing that blew my mind are the prices! For $7 my little friend got a chicken club sandwich, small fry and small drink. $7! Are you kidding me? That is way too expensive and now I see why the dollar menu is so popular!

This is by far one of the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I live right down the road from this particular location and gave them a couple opportunities for redemption. haha. However, the food is almost always either delivered wrong or is cold. Its worth driving the extra distance to Harding for a decent Wendy's experience.

There are tons of options around the area which are both tastier and healthier than Wendys around the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Most run in the $8 to $10 range. In the potentially tastier category: 1) Sam and Zoes (this one is a hidden gem) and just across the street. It gets amazing reviews 2) Calypso Cafe (this one gets great reviews too) and its just down the road. 3) Chains like Applebees and Logans
