I came here a couple nights ago on a random midnight ice cream adventure.... Yes I know it's freezing but we wanted some dessert! We finally found this place since it's open until midnight (seriously) and got here around 1145. Overall, I'd say it's pretty average. I've been to better froyo self-serve places in other cities that have far more toppings, particularly more fruits, and more original ice cream flavors. I also wish they had a smaller cup size (it's kind of huge). Still, what really surprised me was the customer service. They're ABOUT to close, yet the person at the counter comes up and asks if we've ever been here before and if we want to try any flavors. Also, I noticed they had already put the Heath bar bits away, and when I asked they gladly brought it out for me to get some (cold Heath is delicious in ice cream!). Overall, average but definitely getting a plus for being so nice when they're about to close.

My kids are hooked. This is my favorite location. It is so much fun to eat at CPK, walk over to Sweet CeCe's, grab something yummy and walk with the fam around the Hill Center. Good times.

A pretty solid place. I wish they had a sign explaining how the pricing works. I didn't know if fresh strawberry topping would cost more than sprinkles which would cost less than oreos. Apparently, actual wholesale cost of the topping does not matter. Also, I assumed that it was like ordering a pizza... the price increases per topping type. Apparently not. If I had know that, I would have added a little of this and a little of that. They have a tip jar on the counter even though the whole thing is 100% self serve. They should have given me a dollar.

I already rated Sweet Cece's Yogurt in my other review but I wanted to say that this location is SO NICE! I loved the set up, the decor, and also the fact that there is plenty of room to sit inside and out. Will definitely make this a pit stop on my shopping trips to Green Hills!

Sweet Cece's yogurt prime location at entrance to Hill Center Green Hills is a bright healthy spot to indulge frozen yogurt desire. Most flavors are fat free and lower in calories too. It's great to swirl my own flavors into my cup at Sweet Cece's in precisely the quantity of each topping I like. I enjoy putting a little or a lot of various fresh fruit and other toppings on my personal yogurt cup. Sweet Cece's is a yogurt chain started in middle Tennessee by Cece Moore, and I like it.

This was my first visit to Sweet Cece's or to a new fro-yo place in general. I mean, what ever happened to TCBY? Wasn't that the OG fro-yo? Anyway, I went out for a lovely Sunday afternoon walk to get some exercise while seeing some sites in Green Hills. So sue me if in the middle of my workout I stopped to have a treat at Sweet Cece's. (and shhhhh - maybe I planned my entire walk around trying to find the Sweet Cece's but don't tell anyone). I was a little worried I would be overwhelmed with some complicated process to follow but it was simple (and clearly posted). Grab cup. Look at flavors of yogurt posted. Ask for taste if you want to try something. Put as much or as little in the cup as you want. Stop by the dry topping section, then the chocolate/caramel station, then the fruit/other toppings. The topping selection is truly out of this world. Like oreos, cereals, coconut, yogurt chips, various candies, fresh fruits, cookie dough, etc and on and on as much as you want to pay for. Then go up to register, they weigh it, and tell you how much you owe. So I got cake batter as my yogurt flavor and it did really taste just like yellow cake batter except cold and refreshing. But then I put toppings on it - caramel (just a touch), chocolate, and some cookie dough chunks (real, moist, cookie dough!!!). The yogurt itself was yum and I loved it. I think though that I prefer little to no toppings on my ice cream/yogurt. I got sick of the cookie dough after just a couple of bites and then felt a little sick to my stomach (like too rich - and I almost NEVER say those words!!). SO that's my bad, not theirs. Next time I'm getting straight yogurt with perhaps some chocolate sauce on it and be done. The great thing is that you can do whatever you want. It is all YOU!

I finally went to Sweet Cece's after living in Nashville for over a year. I was a bit over the fro-yo craze having lived it in it's heyday in California. It was nice to come back to it after taking a break from it. I went after the lunch hour as my lunch did not fill me up and this felt like a nice hearty snack without feeling guilty. I tried the regular tart yogurt and some chocolate with fruit toppings and it was a refreshing and filling snack. Be careful not to overdo it though as you have control of the levers that spew out the yummy frozen stuff. Kudos also to the friendly girl that was manning the store solo for awhile. This location also has music on certain weeknights and weekend nights. Keeping true to the soul of Nashville - love it!

This is my updated review as I have been here since Yogi's closed down *sad face*. Exceptional yogurt. One of my favorite places to go in Nashville. What is also impressive is their yogurt is made specifically for Sweet Cece's. The owner sure made a place for yogurt in the Nashville area. Props to you! 49 cents an ounce.

The Original Tart flavor is more tart than other places. There are very few fresh fruit options, even though the sign boasts "Fresh fruit from Whole Foods". Strawberry Kiwi flavor was good. Overall, it looks more like a candy store than a Frozen Yogurt shop.

Sweet Cece's kinda runs the show in Nashville as far as "do-it-yourself" yogurt goes. While their yogurt tastes great and they offer a large amount of toppings (including all the peanut-buttery ones I love), I still wouldn't call myself a Sweet Cece's fanatic like many others in town do. Here's why: 1. Cup size - pretty please help us Americans limit how much we eat instead of giving us an enormous cup that is easy to overfill. 2. Yogurt flavors - their flavors are pretty bland, in my opinion. It seems like every time I go in, I end up with simple vanilla. 3. Service - last time I visited this location, I took some verbal abuse for asking about free ice cream that was on my rewards card without understanding how the system works. Sheesh, cut me some slack. 4. Atmosphere - you'll feel like you stepped into a Willy Wonka room. But, let me end by saying that I still visit Sweet Cece's (especially since there are several locations around town and my old favorite, Yogurt Oasis, went out of business) and would recommend it to friends. It really does taste delicious and I always finish every last drop of whatever I purchase. And I'm so glad they took their rewards program online instead of having me keep 1,000 of those stamp cards that I always had to re-combine into one. And, come on, you gotta give it up for a local-started ice cream joint. Eat local!

Sweet Cece has become like the Wal-mart of frozen yogurt to me. When I need a frozen treat and want to make SURE they have whatever flavor and topping I could ever desire within a 2 mile radius I would head to Cece's. The problem arises when I get to the shop - I know it will be crowded, it will be noisy, I will have to deal with the nutty bulk dispenser and end up with a full cup of Golden Grahams - doh! That being said - FROverlord Cece and her chipperly decorated shops will have the largest selection in town, it is always consistent and it is always decent, cold and sweet. Just tread lightly with your portions and those tricky dispensers. You may also want to avoid this place if you hate pink, its like a unicorn threw up glitter and sprinkles and sunshine.

Mucho mejor! I really love this location over the one on 21st. The seating is great, with a wide patio. There's lots of room inside the shop too for those busy summer days. Today I got the kiwi strawberry and chocolate with a bit of fresh fruit. It was so lovely to enjoy some froyo under an umbrella on a perfect spring day. tip: expectant moms get their yogurt buy one get one free....you are eating for two after all....

I am just piling on. Everyone knows this is a simple format and it is very GOOD. I have almost nothing new to add. 1. Some reviewers did not know the rate per pound that they were charging. My families three bowls totaled approximately 1.9 pounds and my total bill was $15.09 with tax so the per pound would be about $7. 2. I ate the flavor of the day which was pomegranate sorbet. It was lite, tasty and tart, but if i could only have one flavor from their it would be the Hershey's chocolate or the vanilla. 3. The best part is this store is great for dieters that want a treat since yogurt has less calories than premium ice cream and you can completely control portion size since you get complete choice of type and amount. I will definitely return!

Really cool place. Nice varieties and good atmosphere especially with this weather. I had pista and vanilla flavor with all kinds of nuts and fruits with caramel on the top. Nice place to visit with your friends.
