We ordered lunch for our work crew one day. They delivered to the Omni Hotel so we didn't have to go out and pick it up. I personally love the unwiches.

Best sandwich shop in Nashville! The customer servers is amazing! They're freaking fast:)

Super fast delivery. Exceptional sandwiches every time! I live downtown and Jimmy Johns is a must at least once a week for me. I've always been super pleased with this location. I normally have specific instructions for my order, and they always get it right.

After finding Rae's closed and sitting in line at the Frothy Monkey for 5 minutes and not moving an inch, I ended up at Jimmy John's for the first time. They took my order quickly and made the sandwich just as fast. I was in and out in probably about 3 minutes. The sandwich was okay. Nothing special, but passible. They win on speed, not taste.

Ordered #12 Beach Club as follows: Italian Vinaigrette (Extra) add onions add oregano French Bread Cut in half mayo (Extra) Receive a dessert dry sandwich. I called the store and the guys say I could come by and let him add it to the sandwich. If I wanted to come to the store I would not have chosen delivery.

I used to go here regularly when I worked downtown. Then I found myself pulling a long blonde hair coated in mayonnaise from my mouth after taking a bite of my veggie sandwich. Seeing as how I am Asian, I knew it couldn't be mine. Never went back after that!

I have always enjoyed this Jimmy John's when downtown. Much like most I have frequented while working across the country on assignment, they make great sandwiches (JJs Gargantuan Lettuce Wrap... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm) and are usually very friendly and prompt even when it is packed and busy. Imagine my joy when I looked on Yelp while working at a friend's house just across the Cumberland and saw they were a little over a mile away. Imagine my disappointment upon calling for delivery they only deliver downtown because the "drivers" are all on bikes. Don't get me wrong. I am not hating on JJs for evolving their practices to suit their particular market. It just seems to me they would advertise said differences a bit more clearly for those who, like myself, expect they would otherwise operate pretty much the same as any other JJs establishment from cost to coast in which I have eaten. Otherwise, this would be a 4 star review. Great choice if you are anywhere downtown. Forget it if you want delivery outside that.

When they say "freaky fast" they weren't kidding!!! Friendly staff here and pretty consistent with all of the other locations that I've been to. Here is something I did learn on this visit -- you can get ANY sandwich as a lettuce wrap. So of course I had to give it a try. I got my usual (#12 Beach Club) and they did not disappoint. I so love their avocado spread ... pile it on! But I do miss the sprouts that they used to have. Be warned. When they ask if you want a pickle, you will get a WHOLE pickle. I'm thinking I'll get a little pickle spear on the side which is pretty standard at most other places. I could've shared it with 3 other people (& I like pickles).

The customer service was awful in a fashion. My arm is in a brace (severe work injury). I had to wind up bagging my own food while the ever so helpful sandwich(male) maker watched as I struggled. I was mortified! Beforehand I kindly show him my injured arm and he shoves a paper bag at me saying ....here..help yourself. I'm never eating here again. I don't know. I was just raised to be helpful to people who are obviously unable to help themselves to a degree.

I'm a huge fan of Jimmy Johns, and they are the restaurant of choice whenever I'm in a city that has one. I rushed back from a Sounds game and was just a minute late after closing. I wanted to get an evening sandwich and one for my flight the next day. One of the employees looked like he was going to make an exception, but the other shook his head, and turned his back but not before clearly making a expletive comment to me. There was no reason for this, I understood the locked door. A big fu to you punk, I am thinking of writing a letter to corporate about you, because this is not how this company operates and they surely don't need to have your rude a$$ as their representative. This review not against the store , which some have given great praise for the product and service. This is in protest for the worst act of customer service I have experienced in a long time!

Great sandwiches, BUT when I ordered my sandwich, the cashier casually asked "would you like a pickle?". I said sure, not knowing that she would charge me $1.25 for it. She did NOT tell me it was extra, and I feel that I was decieved into purchasing something I would not have purchased. SHAME ON YOU, JIMMY JOHN'S.

I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS. I would eat it every single day for lunch if I thought it was good for me physically and financially. However, I try to only have JJ's once a week or so. I do think the price is fair for the quality and amount of food and the friendliness and quickness of customer service and delivery. I either order online or over the phone, whichever I'm in the mood to do. My order is always there within 10 minutes and has always been correct. I was hesitant to order a drink because the delivery guys deliver on bicycles but it's not a problem. They have little sections in their backpack to hold it. I always get the Turkey Tom with no cucumber, add cheese. JJ's has the BEST bread and mayonnaise. And I LOVE their choc chip cookies and pickles. I never get chips because I'm just not a big chip eater. All of their sandwiches sound amazing but I haven't been brave enough to sway from my go-to because it's just so damn good!

A standard Jimmy John's. Their sandwiches are good and they make them quickly, I have never had to wait long for one. I am not a big fan of the roast beef, but otherwise hard to go wrong with a sandwich. Be advised, they put a lot of mayo on stuff.

This was the second time I remember eating at Jimmy John's, and the first time was back in 2006, so it had been a while. I ordered online and let me tell you - if I go back, it'll definitely be because of the great customer service. They had my name obviously and they used it! They were all, "HI, Meredith! Here's you sandwich, Meredith, See you later, Meredith!" I'd rate the food about a 6 on a scale of 1-10, but I'm thinking it's just a one time thing and I"ll order something different next time. I can't wait to go back.

Fast. Friendly. Good sandwiches. The sandwiches can be ordered as normal or as lettuce wraps instead of bread. You can get a cheap lunch if you don't have much cash, and it will even still taste good!
