I ordered online and was tracking my delivery. At one point it said Lativia (sp?) was delivering it and then 20 min later it said Darwin just left the store with it. 30 min later he showed up and was very pleasant but forgot a side item and the pizza was lukewarm. I called the store to let them know and they asked if I wanted to come pick it up... I asked for it to be delivered to where it was supposed to be and they said they couldn't do that unless I ordered something else. This is not the first time this has happened. A few months ago they called to say it would be 2 hours until it was delivered so I asked to cancel my order. 10 min later they showed up at my door. Worst place and people to deal with.

I got delivery from this location over a dozen times in the last 6 months. Probably about 7 or 8 of those times, my pizza was late and/or cold or my order was missing items. It's super frustrating, but I give them 4 stars because the delivery drivers and management are always nice and helpful. After each problem I had with an order, I would call the store to inform them and they would offer some sort of compensation or put a note on my account to throw in some free cheese sticks or a soda next time I ordered. Will your order alway be correct, on time and hot from this location? NO. Will they do something about it and do they genuinely care? YES. Hey maybe the freebies were just a ploy to keep me coming back, but they worked!

do not order here, you will never get your food. Placed a ordere for delivery and after 2 hours of not getting food i called to check on order. They informed me it would be another 3 to 4 hours.
