Stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday. Place was not that busy but service was very slow. I have been here a couple time and its always slow. Cool Springs locations is not like this. Had the sausage soup and sand. The soup is excellent and meatball sub just so so, just under 9 bucks.

Italian place, I will say I have to comeback in this restaurant again.. Clap! clap! for their entourage, I love how its romantic and peaceful on weekdays. Servers are friendly. Except she messed up on putting the cheese, she sprinkled it to me too! Anyways, if you come here make sure to order the crab meat for your appetizer, its the bomb. They only serve 2 small crab meat on your plate and you will never get enough of it. I would say the crab meat is expensive, its $9+ for a tiny crab meat I ordered the "Crab ravioli" and a "Champagne shrimp scallop linguini" for lunch and they are both served in a very good proportion. But the linguini noodles was kind of hard. I don't know if its how they served the food or they just messed it up, but make sure to bring it up when you order it, if you are wanting to have a perfect dinner. And for the win! Try "Roscato" not Moscato. A red wine that every Italian restaurant should have.

I got food poisoning here in March. Health department wasn't helpful and blamed it on an Arby's that I ate 5 days previously. My spouse called manager the next morning. Finally heard back from them 2 days later. Some child could have died eating the fettuccini or connoli. Guess we will never know. We have eaten here about 20 times and Will never go back.

Under new management. Place has brightened up and become better overall. Food is always great and happy hour 5 days a week is a plus. Definitely stop in.

I love Carrabba's, but this was absolutely the worst one I have been to in terms of service. Staff looked unhappy and we were called "honey, sweetie, and baby" by our server the whole evening. Yes, I know it's the south ( I am from middle TN), but I politely asked her not to address us that way and she continued anyway. Food was decent and cooked perfectly, I only wish there was more sauce on the pasta sides ( Alfredo and cavatapi). Overall, not a bad location, but the attitude of the servers (not just ours) really dragged down the energy of the restaurant.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
