I went in for some good donuts and coffee, and that's just what I got. If you like Dunkin Donuts, this location is a great one. It's a bit of a drive from MTSU, but this is a full service Dunkin, with K-cups and the full menu. I'll be back for sure.

I go to this Dunkin every morning Monday-Friday and they always do a great job. The coffee is fresh, the drive-thru is fast and the order is always right. The staff is extremely friendly as well.

Came for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up and had a cup of good coffee and a good doughnut. It wasn't Starbucks but the prices weren't StarBUCKS either. The store was empty and our server was polite and efficient. The interior of this fairly new store is new but dated. I haven't been for a while until today and it looks like they have expanded their menu to include breakfast sandwiches, bagels and wraps.

Worst dunkin donuts ever! Their drive through is so slow, the people working the drive thru are even worse! I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter. Asked for half Milk half hot chocolate. The man at the drive through said "here's your half coffee half hot chocolate" I said WHAT as my daughter took her first sip. I was pretty annoyed but it wasn't the mans fault he seemed frazzled. The girls in the back were all laughing at him when he said that. Not sure what the deal with that was. If your planning on getting a quick cup of coffee plan at least 20 minutes extra just to wait for your order! Their drive through is worse. Do yourself a favor goto Starbucks across the street!!! Dunkin donuts you need to hire people who can multitask!! How about training your employees?

Heck of a slick, clean, modern location with great service and a quick turnaround. The only problem is there's a Bojangles within sight and as good as their sweet tea is, it's tough for us to come to DD. Meanwhile, DD has bagels, muffins and donuts, which Bo-Time doesn't. If you're in the market for those items and coffee, this is your spot.

Fresh donuts...who can beat that? We normally stop by early on the weekend when it isn't busy yet. Service is fast and friendly. We don't eat in but take it to go. I love their custard filled donuts. My husband likes the cheese pretzel twist. My daughter likes their glazed donut holes.

I grew up with Dunkin. I was thrilled when they came here. I detest the greasy, sugar-coated wads that pass for donuts at Krispy Kreme. However, after my last visit to this shop, I would have to call it just that, my last visit. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for the (gee what was less toned, the ?mind or the limp wrists) nitwit to gather my change and aim it in my direction, thus went my experience. The limp, clueless hand aimed at me dollar bills, crumpled receipt topped with coins, most of which, surprisingly! fell on the ground and under my car. Nitwit's assessment of the situation, "Gee, I hate it when that happens." Period. Nothing else.No apology. No offer to make up for what was under my car. Gotta hand it to nitwit, rarely am I speechless. Nonetheless, I just drove off. It is not the coins, which I doubt totaled much, but the pathologic stupidity, cluelessness, etc.. Never had an experience like that at Starbucks, so henceforth will be going across the street for my coffee.
