Quality of food and service was excellent. Establishment was clean with a good atmosphere. Some items did not look as big as pictured in the menu, but they tasted great even in a more miniature form. Left stuffed and satisfied.

Really underwhelmed. I haven't eaten at one of their franchises in a long time, and now I remember why. The steak, appetizers, and soup all came out at the same time. The cut of meat was pretty aweful. The loaded potato soup tasted like fake cheese dip. I can probably say with certainty, that I will never eat here again.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites and then walked over to O'Charley's. I had the ribs and they were quite tasty! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food as this was my first time eating at an O'Charley's. Four stars for service (Amber was our waitress) and the ribs! Show your hotel room key and get 10% of bill!

I received an apology from O'Charley's management for the poor service we received per our previous review. I believe the apology to be sincere. Since they did contact me and desire to do better, I must give them a better rating and would give them another chance to do better.

I had a really nice meal here, when I was in town over Labor Day weekend. Nice ribs - would order those again. And hard cider was on the menu, always a plus for me. Good service, good food and a nice atmosphere.

OK, so I dig O'Charley's Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad...and I get it often. Was on my way from ATL to Nashville...and needed some dinner...low and behold...bang, there was O'Charley's...cool! So...go in, order my salad...but...I like mine WITHOUT blue cheese. Oops...forgot that...they take it back and then it comes out again...with WALNUTS and not the PECANS...ok...this time I forgive...but, it takes them from 4 stars to 3 stars...for MAKING IT WRONG! But...it was still pretty good...

For being a Sunday afternoon just before 5 service was very slow. Prime rib was cooked well. But the cedar planked salmon is what keeps us coming back. It is almost always excellent. Today was a little salty but still generally food

Post Bonnaroo drive resulted in a weary mix of tiredness and a drunken tired awake existence that only comes from a 13 hour drive, and what better than a stop into O'Charley's to fix the food craving a man get's after 13 hours. 12p until 3p you can order from their lunch menu, which offers deals on sandwich's, soup or a combo of them. I tried their lunch sandwich paired with fries. The sandwich was good, large and had a lot of flavor, though basic it really was good and pretty large for it's cost. The fries -- were well, fries. Pretty good. Happy hour starts at 3:30p until 6p which made draught beers slightly cheaper than they already were. On tap there is no micro-brewed options, except for Sam Adams seasonal; everything else was Budweiser / Coors-Miller. In bottle there wasn't anything else, either. To quince the thirst of everyone they've also added a full bar and wine too, with pretty low prices for mixed drinks and wine by the glass. Service was OK, we sat in the bar, were carded and sat and waited as we watched people around us getting drunk and eating, it took more than 15 minutes to bring the whole table of three people water and beer... Our server looked a little overwhelmed by the crowd of new hippies in her town. But i doubt this is normally how it is, just during this week in June, but I am sure service is normally great. In the end, the food was good, beer was cold and cheap and just a good place to visit any time for lunch dinner or a happy hour stop by, 3 stars A-OK.

We stopped in at this O Charley's on a Tuesday evening. The place was not particularly crowded. The host sat us immediately. And we waited. While we waited, we were able to peruse the entire menu several times. We also noticed a table of four people who had been there before us. They had menus, and no drinks. They were waiting, too. After a solid five to ten minutes, the host came to them, apologized, and took their drink order. Then he took ours. And we waited some more. We got our drinks and he told us that the waitress was talking to the manager. We waited, and waited. Then the waitress finally came and took our order. Those other people got up and left. The man said they'd been there for 30 minutes. I'm not sure why the waitress didn't care enough to go to them. A few minutes later the restaurant manager came by and explained that the kitchen manager had pulled the waitress aside to talk with her, and the host didn't know. Apology, apology, let me bring you some bread. So, let us recap things. First, there is apparently no communication between staff and management there. Second, the staff really doesn't really seem to care about things. Third, the management should not pull aside staff during their shifts unless they have done something critically awful. Anything else can wait. And if you must pull someone off, you tell another server to step in. The food was slow to come out. Way too slow for a salad, a small steak, and some chicken fingers. Especially when another table that came in after us got their food first. We don't have this restaurant chain up in our state, and I'm glad. While traveling we like to try places we don't have in our area. This was a big mistake. As we are driving through Tennessee right now and we see an O Charley's, we now refer to it as NO Charley's.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager was extremely rude and uncaring, the servers are too busy bickering with each other to even worry about customer service and the menu is just not impressive. When you do get your food what's hot is usually cold and vice versa. This Is a place I'd recommend to someone I don't like very much. Warning. .. stay far away from this mess!

Date night here in the rural areas for us pescatarians is hard! Thank God O'Charley's had some items we could have. For a Monday night at the beginning of the dinner rush, they were pretty full. We got seated in about 5 minutes and our server took our drink orders right away. We had an overly long wait for our food to come though. I would attribute that to the full capacity of the restaurant. She gave us plenty of bread to tide us over and those were great as always. When we finally got our dishes, we were not disappointed. Their Grilled Salmon is excellent! So was their Grilled Shrimp. We both had the Steamed Broccoli and Baked Potato for our sides. I also ordered their Mango Tea. It was a hit and miss drink. Of the three glasses I got, only 1 was great. The other two were overly sweet. I had to wait for my ice to melt so it would dilute the drink. O'Charley's also has some of the best desserts. I was tempted to get their Ooey Gooey Caramel Pie but skipped it because I was stuffed. My other half got the Lemon Meringue Pie. He enjoyed it! He gave me a taste and I thought it was too artificial tasting. That is coming from a guy that is very picky about lemon flavored desserts though, so order away if you are a lemon fan. I am glad we have a few options outside of our little town for our dietary needs. O'Charley's is a good option if you are hungry for a good meal.

The lynch special was excellent. It was fairly quiet and not busy at 2:30pm which made service lightening fast and the food outstanding. The mural of Manchester was beautifully done as well. I've eaten at several O'Charley's and service Was mediocre at bear. You will not find that HERE! I'm coming back!

have enjoyed O'Charleys in many locations over the years. Hadn't been near one in 2 years and then this was the worst one I have ever been to--shown to a sticky table with dirty bread plates (moved to another table), mediocre service on the slow side, refilled with wrong bev and had to flag someone else down to fix it, everything was extremely salty, loaded potato soup used to be my favorite but now it is too cheese-based (and salty). If you like salt, this place is for you! Won't ever be a first choice for me again.

While the entrees were great, the wait for service, delivery of said food was ridiculous. We were there for an hour at seating. Just got waters, appetizer, and two entrees. Ridiculous.

Good (nothing fancy) food, good cocktails. Very good service most of the time although I have had some long waits with some servers. Walking distance from the H.I. Express. Great for business travelers staying nearby or for popping in off I24 when passing through.

My family was on a cross-country road trip from Chicago to Atlanta. Seeing an O'Charley's on the side of the highway, my wife began to tell us all about the incredible dinner rolls they serve each table at this chain restaurant. We decided it would be fun to pull off the highway and buy a bag of rolls for our journey. I pulled into the lot and my wife ran into the restaurant to see if she could buy some rolls. About 2 minutes later, she came out with a large smile on her face and a giant bag of hot rolls in her hand. What made this so special was that the hostesses had given her a bag of 8 rolls for FREE. Upon hearing our story about being on a road trip and not having an O'Charley's in Chicago, they took pity on us and gave us a free bag. Now that's exactly the kind of Southern hospitality I've always heard about. We returned the favor by stopping for an actual family meal at an O'Charley's in Ohio on the way back.

We came here the night before Bonnaroo started and had a wonderful meal with amazing service. I was really blown away with the hospitality and the quality of food. We received our cocktails and beer promptly. The waitress was extremely friendly and she dropped of some hot buttery rolls and replenished them after we gobbled them down. We started our meal with Twisted Chips, which were butterfly ribbon chips with cheese and other gooey goodness smothered on top. It was large, very rich and very filling so I wish we would have skipped it but oh well it was very tasty. We then received our salads and they were very fresh and served on a chilled plate. Our entrees came out; we both ordered the steak and chicken fingers and I was not expecting the steak to be so wonderfully delicious but IT WAS! Perfectly cooked and well-seasoned! The chicken strips were fresh and hand breaded plus it came with a baked potato. The manager even stopped by and checked in at our table to see if everything was to our liking. I was very impressed with our experience and would certainly come here again.
