I'm from California, and on a visit out to my mom I experienced Logan's for the first time. Let me be the first to say that I have had many amazing steaks and BBQ experiences before. I am no beginner. But, this was by far the best BBQ meal I have ever had. Possibly the best meal of any kind in my entire life. There was a short wait, only about 5 minutes, which was acceptable because they were quite busy. We sat down, and our waitress immediately took our drink order and brought us some rolls. These were no ordinary rolls. They were hot, doughy, soft, and by far the best rolls I've ever had. We ordered our food, and during the wait the waitress would always check if we needed refills or more rolls. (heck yeah!) The service was fantastic. Now, the food came very quickly. I ordered my steak medium-rare. I always do. Often times, it's quite hard to get it just right. But, this steak was the most perfectly-cooked piece of meat I've had in my entire life. It tasted phenomenal. The baked potato was loaded with cheese, bacon, and sour cream. The whole meal was just remarkable. I salute the management, waiters/waitresses, and the cooks for their superb service. It was a great experience and you can bet the next time I'm in Nashville, I'll be going to Logan's.

I was there last night with my family. The service was a little slow and the waitress did not know the menu very well. The food was good but a little pricey.

This is a decent place to eat but the food quality and the staff are never consistent. The menu items are a little pricey for the style of dining that you're in for at Logan's. The steaks are sizes appropriately but they will either be cooked perfectly or over cooked depending on the day of the week i guess: and for those of you that like well done meat(I don't but hey to each their own) order the steak medium well because apparently Logan's cooks think well means burnt to a crisp. The side items are consistent and always good with the exception of the mushrooms which are way too salty, The staff is either super friendly or extremely rude there is not median here and you can guarantee that it will take them forever to bring your food no matter what the mood is on the day you go. I will go here every now and then but the lack of consistently good food & service keeps me away. The food is Normally good but enter at your own risk because that's not always the case at Logan's.

Jaclyn was an amazing server. We had the app sampler and two prime ribs with the add ons of ribs and a lobster tail. Our drinks never fell below half of the full level and she was amazingly attentive. Definitely ask for her. We had a great time. Best steak knives that I've seen at a casual dining atmosphere. Very impressed.

Had lunch with a friend here yesterday and had a great experience. We chose to take advantage of the two entrees with two sides for $14.99 deal which saved us about $5. My friend had the teriyaki chicken w/ a salad and loaded baked potato, and I had the grilled salmon with the same sides. Of course we had our delicious buttery rolls beforehand along with the huge bucket of in-shell peanuts. I must mention our waitress because she was awesome. Jennifer had new glasses of diet cokes for me every 10 minutes or so before I had even finished half a glass. She also brought out extra rolls for us to add to our to-go boxes-how sweet! The service was completely outstanding. Even the manager stopped by to check on us. The food here isn't anything spectacular, but it does hit the spot. I tried my friend's chicken and it was tasty. My salmon was great but I wasn't crazy about the dill sauce included. However I didn't even finish half of my meal even though I was starving so I really got two meals for about $8. Considering I just spent that much at Taco Bell the other day, that's not a bad deal.

We ate lunch here will on a road trip to Nashville. We were seated immediately, although the place was pretty busy. Our waitress was top notch, wish I could get more service like this locally. Our salads came out almost as we ordered them. Of course they wereade up earlier, but they tasted great. We both had steaks and these were great as well. Beverage refills came w/o asking. If I had to list one thing wrong with this place is our booth was close to the waiter/waitress station and they had plates on a ledge and kept making alot of noise grabbing them. I really didn't mind that though. Over all this is a place I would return to, especially if I lived in the area.

Excellent food and service. Our family loves this location the most because the owner/manager likes my family because we eat there twice a week and you get to eat peanuts and throw them on the floor. Good times good timesss!!!!

If you go half hour before they close. The quality of the food will come out bad. The steak is over done, vegetables not cook all the way!

Great food and service. We had a party of 7. Of the seven, 5 of us got steaks (all cooked perfectly), 1 got prime rib (he could cut it with his fork) and 1 got a burger. Our waiter, Anthony was the greatest!

Another great Pittsburghed steak! The baked potato took on heavy damage right away and the "mini buckets" desert trio was just enough to satisfy my craving for sweet yummies. The service was friendly and evident. Thanks L J.

Alright decor, should be better for the prices paid! Had a Sirloin w/ Blue Cheese, Mac and Cheese, Ceaser Salad, and a Corona lol. Everything was tasty... I got confused when the steak didn't have as much cheese on it that I thought would be....but I need to mention that the steak was juicy and excellent tasting, and there was more than enough cheese on it. Great service and I will definitely go back.... in fact, the next day I took my family there (had to have their steak again)

We had my sisters 50th birthday party there today. Kyle and Tyler were our servers. They totally took care of our every need. We were a party of at least 30 people. No one waited for anything. These guys we absolutely wonderful. Her party was a major hit. Thank you Tim (the manager) for giving us great servers. Couldn't have done a better job. Thanks to Kyle and Tyler.

Very disappointed in our meal tonight, our waitress was great but the food was horrible. Our steaks were dry and overdone, baked potatoes were cold, As well as the rest of the food. A $65+ meal, my money gone to waste. Sorry Logans we wont be back!!! I will take my money else where to eat and get a good warm fresh meal. At least you had a good waitress!

Good spot for a casual business lunch. I enjoyed the Brewsky Onion Chicken pretty well.

Went the other night, it was a Thursday night around 7:30pm when we arrived. There were 4 adults and 3 kids. We went for my birthday. The appetizer came out fast, it was good. We got the fried mushrooms. I got a jar of the non alcoholic peach tea, it was surprisingly good also. The main course, we all ordered, the menu said prime rib was only certain days but I asked the waiter and he reassured me that they did indeed have prime rib available that night. About 20 mins later he comes back and says no, they don't have it. So I switched to the filet med rare with the grilled lobster tail. He says since it's med rare it should be right out, no problem. About 5 mins later everyone else's food came out, but my moms lobster tail was not on her plate. 10 mins later he comes back, still dosent have my food. It we let him know about the missing lobster. 15 mins later he comes back with my side item, a veggie kabob, it no main course. No lobster for my mom either. 15 more mins later he finally comes back with my moms lobster tail. 10 more mins later he finally brings my main course. Needless to say by this time the kids were way past ready to go. The food itself wasn't too bad, but it would have been nice if my food had come out all together. Moms too. We couldn't even enjoy our food by this point. I took mine to go. It wasn't even busy. Needless to say, we won't be back. Couldn't order dessert, which is my favorite part. Happy birthday to me. :(

We keep going back because it's fun, close, relatively inexpensive, and we usually get good service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and poor service is rare. One exception was when our waitress brought our water under her arm, and another time, the waiter lost my son's order. Their rolls are outstanding, but pace yourself, and don't fill up on them before your dinner arrives. My wife really likes their pork chops and meatloaf, and she's never been disappointed with either. My daughter loves the fried shrimp. I'm a fan of their "porkies", which are their rolls stuffed with pulled pork and slaw. Porkies are served with their homemade potato chips, which I like better than most restaurant's french fries. I also like their ribs and shrimp combo, but I get the shrimp on a skewer instead of the fried shrimp. Logan's has a lot of interesting sides, but our favorites are the grilled veggie skewer and the grilled mushroom skewer. Even though they are a steakhouse, there are better places to get steaks. Their steaks look great in the display case look great but seem a little tough on the plate. We prefer sitting in the bar if seats are available there. It's more of a fun atmosphere there. However, we will not be seated in the back room, ever again. The backroom is connected to the patio, which serves as the de-facto smoking lounge. Every time someone opened the door, we got an icy blast of cigarette smoke.
