Sullivan's staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. It's one of the better steaks I've had and the sweet potato casserole is to die for! I always enjoy going for the food and for the friendly staff. :)

This is a very neighborhood oriented place, located in the Rocky Hill area and is quite family friendly. I think they have the nicest patio in all of Knoxville. This place is a bit more upscale than say a Cheddar's, nice bar area but no draft beer, tear. The food is very good, pretty reasonable too for the portion size and quality you get. They have a sunroom for larger parties too. I would call their menu comfort food. As far as appetizers, I would recommend the loaded potato skins or the chicken and spinach pizza. They have very good and massive (10 oz) burgers, the Northshore salad is good, last night I had a the herbed chicken pesto / goat cheese flatbread and was impressed. I also had a sample of the shrimp tacos which were scrumptious. This is a solid restaurant, could see it becoming a regular spot in the rotation.

I think "meh" says it all. They have really good desserts, and the home style food like meatloaf is OK. If you can get three people to wait on you, you have a 33% chance of getting a server who pays attention. They're really gambling by having a mediocre menu and mediocre staff in a shopping center with other places to eat. By the way, when someone asks what bourbons you have, please don't list Jack Daniels and Seagram's 7. I fainted. I would have come to much sooner but the staff didn't notice me for half an hour.

Don't ever get the coleslaw! I have gotten it twice and it's horrible and grey! I love good slaw, but not here. I'm surprised there is no baked potato on sides.

The food is consistently good and service quick. The bar is small and has tvs. This is a convenient stop for lunch or meeting friends and my favorite in Rocky Hill to avoid traffic around the mall. There's nothing exceptional or special on the menu and the salads are bland. However if you want to sit at a table quickly at a convenient location with decent food, this is a great choice.

The manager tonight was a jerk. First he made us feel bad for insisting we'd wait to sit outside even though there were tables available inside. Then we're sitting at the bar waiting and realize he's seating a pushy couple who just arrived outside ahead of us. When I call him on it, he seats us, but never acknowledges his faux pas. With that said, our waiter was pleasant and the Shrimp Charleston and Signature Salad was very good. My wife said her salmon was so so. She thinks it had not been very fresh. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Forget Sunday and Brunch Menu. Pork loin is dry tasteless pork chop. Biscuit is a bad frozen Nuked one. Fruit was green. Service very slow Sullivan's should stick yo what they know and east works And one other thing. ...... Don't serve a corn muffin to customers that order breakfast.

My husband and I have eaten here at least weekly for years - a great neighborhood restaurant. My favorite is the Northshore Salad and my husband loves the meatloaf. The service is efficient and friendly, and a manager often visits the table.

This is a great restaurant. I'm not surprised that it's busy after football games, but I've eaten here with a big group and did not wait long for a table. When I go I usually get the catfish fingers. They have great sides - try the spicy cheese grits or the mashed potatoes with gravy. The Northshore salad is also fabulous. My mom gets this every time she goes. Interior is nice, plenty of parking, never had an issue with service.

Sit outside and enjoy the shade under the massive tree. Have a Savannah BLT (Bentons bacon and pimiento cheese). Sip a fine Chardonnay. This place has been a local favorite in Rocky Hill for as long as I can remember, and it's one I keep coming back to. The Savannah is my favorite, but I've never had anything I wouldn't order again. I also think the service is top-notch. Enjoy!

This is one of your neighborhood restaurants for the Rocky Hill area. It is good and moderately priced with decent service. The restaurant is quite small so if you plan on going to eat at this place, think about when it is. If its a football game day, then you might have a little trouble getting a table without having a wait. The things I enjoy most on their menu are: Potato Skins; Northshore Salad; Baja Salad; Burger (decent and basic); and the Rocky Hill Club. If you are in the area and are hungry you should dine here. Pretty good - not as much character as the one in Maryville, although the patio is pretty nice. The food is pretty much "comfort food" and very good/reasonably priced. The bar could use some work: they haven't really put any work into it with no drafts at all and a pretty lame selection of bottled beers. The Northshore salad, voodoo burger, and fried corn on the cob are don't miss specialties
