I used to like this place, due to the fact that they offered pretty decent moes/chipotle/Qdoba style food plus cheap margaritas. Not the most authentic Mexican food, but decent, and there are cheap margaritas! Also the fact that they offered a teacher and student discount drew me in, since I'm a teacher and my husband is a student. Sadly, went to this location today and although the food was pretty good (too much sour cream and was a little tricky to get a non-fried corn tortilla, but okay), but they didn't have margaritas. They tried to pass it off as not having a margarita machine, but wouldn't make me one on the rocks either, a quick search of the internet finds a voided liquor license for this location and the one on Jack Dance road. Pretty much the main draw to go to this place instead of Moes or Chipotle. However they did honor my discount which I appreciated, and the tomatillo salsa was excellent. Probably will avoid this location in the future though, and will call other locations ahead of time to see if they serve margaritas.

We recently received an office lunch and Salsaritas was the food broght in. A lot of us were excited to try it and now, a lot of us don't want to eat it again. Maybe the food is better if you dine in, but we found the food to be quite bland. The hamburger meat had a funky smell and a texture that made us wonder if it was really beef. The rice and black beans were tasteless. The chicken was just ok . Even the chocolate chip cookies had an unusual taste and none of us finished them. Not sure how the entire meal turned out so poorly . We were happy we did not have to buy our lunch that day! Lots of other places with proven excellent food to choose from. Go elsewhere .

A two star review on Yelp says "Meh. I've experienced better" and that's exactly how I feel about this place. This was my first time in a Salsarita's, so I didn't really know what to expect other than it looks like any other Chipotle or Moe's you've ever been in. I felt a little pressured to order in a hurry because they were somewhat busy. I quickly picked a burrito off the menu and went down the assembly line. When I finally got down to the end to pay, I thought "Wow, this is expensive". I've never spent that kind of money at the competition. The staff on the line weren't really friendly. I didn't see any smiles or have any warm greetings... I actually got the feeling they didn't really want to be there. Looking around, a lot of the open tables were dirty, so I had a hard time finding a place to sit... I finally did find a table that was "mostly clean", it was next to the trash cans. Once I sat down with my food, I looked at the burrito and thought "That's kind of small". Although once I finished eating it, I was full, so I guess it wasn't as small as I thought. The food itself was just okay, not great... I could have gotten the same thing somewhere else for less money.

I am torn in reviewing this place. I like the chain - and I used to love this location. The food was always pretty good - its a fast food mexican like chipolte or baja fresh. A little more like chipolte in that you see them make the stuff and what you want in the burrito, etc but they have more options. I unfortunately got really bad food poisoning from this location about a month ago, 3 days of being chained to the toilet and it was about 5 days before I felt OK again. I contacted salsaritas to tell them about this but i got no response. I don't care that they didn't offer anything, honestly not sure i can eat there again because the association is so bad but I was annoyed that they didn't even care enough to respond in any way other than a automatic 'we recieved your response" form. I won't be going there again and I can't honestly say I'd reccomend that location to anyone, unless you want to risk getting really sick. (and I am at least 95% certain it was that meal, based on what else I ate the 2 days prior it was the only meal that could have done it).
