I keep my expectations low on food and service when I visit fast food restaurants. That being said, I've had consistently decent food and service at this Hardee's location over the years. Tonight the worker who helped us was especially cheerful and helpful. She really put extra effort into doing her job as a cashier. Based on that experience alone, we will continue to visit this location. I'm not going to comment on the food, it's just standard Hardee's fast food. Delicious though when you're craving it!

Can I just say that I am rarely impressed at a fast food restaurant. However, this place really wowed me! They were super friendly and pretty fast. The food was hot and delicious. I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location next time I'm craving Hardees!

My low expectations for fast food restaurants not withstanding I didn't expect to be served a raw chicken biscuit this morning. While the manager was apologetic and offered to replace my order that won't really comfort me much if I end up in the hospital later. I can forgive a lot of things but when you try to kill me I'm not as forgiving.....I won't be back.

I came here right before I went to go watch a movie. It's okay. I went through the drive through thinking it would be maybe 5 minutes? It took around 10. It seemed like some people were a little lost in the window and at the same time there was only one person operating the front. Maybe, a little understaffed that day. Then again, the person was talking to another person (I'm thinking a fellow coworker even though they didn't have any uniform on. Overall, not bad, not amazing. The food well, it's Hardees...You can figure that one out, just like every other one.

This location is terrible. Today was my third visit in four weeks. In all three cases there were only 1-3 cars in front of me in the drive through and all three waits were in excess of 15 minutes. Fast food? Not so much... In today's case, I pulled in with one car in front of me and placed an obviously very difficult order of a kid's meal and a burger. 15 minutes later I received an order of appropriately hot fries, a lukewarm burger and cold chicken tenders. The drive through attendant mumbled and had no idea how to respond to my complaints other than a blank stare. The manager of this store came over and said they were understaffed. I asked, for a month? Because today was my third identical experience. She advised yes. They've been understaffed for a month. At least I received confirmation of my original thought; this store is severely mismanaged. I will not be returning. My 6 year old, completely unprompted after today's experience commented, "we should never come here again... I hope they tear this place down and build a McDonald's, that would be nice." I agree with the kid

Tried to eat at Hardees today. I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands and was immediately greeted by an overflowing, gross, disgusting toilet. I tried to wash my hands and there was no soap. Used some hand sanitizer luckily that was there and then the trash can was overflowing. All while an employee is in the bathroom using the other stall. I approach the fellow at the register and tell him these issues. He then turns and tells the lady manager who is cooking about the bathroom. And she angrily barks at him "what's wrong with the bathroom? if you've got time go do it" and basically didn't care. And said she didn't have time to deal with that. It was at that point I decided maybe this wasn't the place to have lunch. So basically avoid this restaurant. And Hardee's in general as most other locations are poorly run too!
