Rex did the food and beverage for my daughters wedding. reception. To say his service was impeccable would be am understatement. Bradfords is full service. Provides it all. China service and stainless flatware. Not paper, styrofoam, or chinet. Top drawer all the way. No worries for the father of the bride on wedding day. On time, enthusiastic, friendly, and ready to serve. As for the food. 5 star restaurant quality. At the end pack up a to go box for bride and groom and all other leftovers for brides family. Best kept secret in catiering in Knoxville area. A go to contact for all events. FABULOUS!!!!

We used Bradford Catering for our wedding in Gatlinburg, TN this past May and I can not say how much we loved them. We booked them for our destination wedding without having the opportunity to meet with them in person which can be slightly unnerving. Elizabeth stayed in great contact with us throughout the planning process and helped us make choices on our menu from afar. My husband and I are vegan and wanted our menu to reflect our beliefs while still pleasing our guests and I must say they pulled it off extraordinarily well!! We had a 2pm wedding so we went with a salad station and heavy horderves. Upon arriving to our reception we were pleased to find that our seats already had food waiting for us! I know most of our friends and family had warned us that typically the bride and groom never get to enjoy the food, but that was not the case for us. The set up was beautiful and all our guests complimented on how wonderful the food was. They even had to go boxes packed before we left that we were able to enjoy that night!! We also used their bartenders and glassware for our bar which was equally as wonderful! They quoted us quite a bit less than the competitors in the area and delivered more. We can not thank Bradford Catering enough for the part they played in our special day. They delivered an amazing meal, friendly staff, and all for an excellent price.
