Went on Monday during down time afternoon. I'd been flying all day and this was the first food I'd had. Never having been here before I was really excited to try it out based on my collegues recommendation. Wow. We ordered the fried pickles: fried twice spears- sooo good! I also ordered the Frenchie Burger: Turkey burger with brie cheese and fries - it was so delicious I was blown away and everything was fresh, hot, juicy, well seasoned. Loved it! My phone was dead from traveling all dat and I had no car charger, my waitress was kind enough to take it a charge it in a discrete place for me. She was so awesome! Highly recommend!

My little boy chose this place to celebrate his first day of school because he liked saying "We're going to the booger bar" over and over again. Now I want to get the word out so that this place doesn't go anywhere because we loved it. We were going to Red Robin down the road fairly regularly for hamburgers, but we weren't happy. It seems like there was a problem every other visit, and the service was horrible. This place is completely different. We had a great server, and the manager was sincere and attentive when we had a small issue. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and even the hostess cleaning the window outside was friendly and nice. The food was very good with prices on par with Red Robin. My only complaint was that it was a bit chilly inside for shorts and short sleeves so I'll take a jacket next time. There will be a next time.

In short: Dude, you have to come here. Favs: - Bacon Cheeseburger on steriods (do it with tots) - Pittsburger (fries are good with this) - Nachos (enough for two) - The Veggie Burger is good too Perks: - Food is killer - Plenty of TVs in good view - Menu is easy to follow Quirks: - Shared parking lot is often full - Not a fan of the fried pickles...they come out in full length and not pickle chips

Bad daddy's definitely hit the spot. This Catina burger with a chicken replacement was the perfect lunch. The fries were a little small and felt like crumbs, but the bun and green chiles were great. Not really the best seating for more than 4 people, but I recommend it if you're in the turkey creek area.

Who doesn't love a good burger? As chains go, Bad Daddy's was pretty tasty. The best? No. But tasty. Competition is steep in the burger world, but they do a bang up job. The restaurant atmosphere is pretty cool, and the server was nice, especially considering I went with a large group from work. There's a do-it-yourself section of the menu for burgers, but you have to be a pretty picky mofo to need that kind of control. The main portion of the menu has over a dozen very different and delicious sounding items that made it really tough to pick. I went with the Sam I Am, which was a burger, topped with rosemary ham, pesto, and a fried egg. It was like breakfast and lunch all rolled into one meal. The rosemary ham is what drew me in, but to be totally honest, i didn't taste much of the rosemary because the pesto was the dominant flavor. It sounds like I'm complaining, but I really am not. I wish the egg was a little less done, so it blended better with the whole burger. All in all, a pretty scrumptious endeavor, and I was pretty happy with my venture to Bad Daddy's. Now, if they were anywhere else but Turkey Creek.

For the burgers and service, this place is 4 stars easy. Maybe 4.5. The side and appetizer that I tried were pretty dang bad though and I had to drop a star. The good: The burger was great. I ordered it medium and it came out medium. They were not stingy with the toppings. The service was very good. The bad: The seasoning on the fried pickles and house chips was so salty that both were inedible. I like a lot of salt on things and these were waaaaaay too salty even for me. I would go back, but I would get a salad or something else to go with my burger.

The lamb burger is amazing! I also love the Bacon Burger on Steroids! And be sure to leave room for the banana pudding. The food is amazing! Our waitress wasn't at the top of her game last time though. She was snippy and acted like we were inconveniencing her when we finally asked for refills. Hoping it's a fluke, service has been good before.

I was on a work trip in Knoxville and decided "heck, why not check out some local establishments." When checking out the Yelp app, I found out that this place had only been open for 5 weeks at the time, and seemed like the new hip spot. Being right by my hotel, I decided to check it out. I walked in and saw some awesome décor on the walls and an awesome bar area. The servers here were friendly and accommodating, but not overbearingly hovering. I already had some drinks and apps at another establishment with coworkers, so I decided upon just a dinner; the Bacon Burger on Steroids (light, right?). I got it, and man was it delicious. The beef patty was great, and if you like bacon flavor, it will give you one hell of a kick. The fries are nothing to scoff at either. My only gripe about this place was the price point. For a drink and burger, this trip wound up costing me right at $20; which I feel is a tad bit steep for a burger joint. However, I presume I cannot complain all that much, because if I lived in Knoxville, I'd eat here often, and I strongly recommend you give this place a try!

Bad Daddy's Burger Bar in the Turkey Creek area has an excellent burger. Pricey but with quality ingredients and great taste. The walls are filled with movie, music, and other various posters. They appeared to have a lot of people working. The crowd was rather large but we were able to sit right away. Service was excellent. Their menu is basically a collection of appetizers, salads, and burgers. They have some crazy combinations, all of which sound good. They're big on customization, allowing you to customize your burger or salad. I went with the Sam I am burger. It had a pretty large slice of ham, an egg, and some kind of Rosemary Pesto. It was just as good as it sounds. They let me order it medium-rare which indicates their not using low quality beef. (Or they could just be rolling the dice praying no one gets E. Coli) Nevertheless, it was tasty. They only downside to all of this? The price. You're looking at forking out $15 a person for a burger, fries, and a drink. I'm guessing their food costs (lots of Boar's Head toppings) are what is driving their prices up. Not a place I'd eat every day, but definitely the best burger I've had in a long time.

Really impressed! This is a great and needed addition to Turkey Creek. The interior is very nice and clean. Very nice bar at the front. Even though it's new, the staff was very knowledgable and accommodating. My mom is dieting, but our waitress was able to help her pick out a healthier meal. Don't think this is just a burger place! I'll write more on this below. The menu has a wide variety. Many great appetizers (fried pickles, nachos, truffle fries, wings, pastrami sliders, etc.) They also have great salad choices with house made dressings. They even have a build your own salad option with many different toppings. As for the burgers, they have many different toppings as well, several of which are unique, like buttermilk fried bacon, jalapeño bacon, spicy feta spread, etc. They have several house burgers, but you can also do a build your own. It's great because they have so many different bread, meat, cheese, condiment and topping choices. For meat, you can choose from a regular burger, buffalo, turkey, grilled chicken breast, fried chicken, lamb, black bean, or shrimp. For the bread, you can have a regular bun, wheat, lettuce cups, rye toast or Texas toast. (I'll post pictures of the menu.) I'm looking forward to trying the spiked adult milkshakes! I had the build your own (regular) burger on wheat with Swiss, onion straws, bad daddy sauce (a mix of mayo, BBQ sauce and chipotle peppers), lettuce, pickles and Dijon. It was seriously excellent. The burger was well cooked, juicy and full of flavor. I had the house chips as my side, and I highly recommend them. They are lightly seasoned. My mom got the grilled chicken breast (amazing chicken, it was juicy and had great flavor...not your typical grilled chicken) on lettuce cup. The lettuce cup is actually several slices of lettuce, so it's thick and does not wilt. She had a side fruit cup, which was quite large and filled with fresh fruit. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Great food, environment and service!

Hellooooo Knoxville! Bad Daddy's has come to town and let me tell you - this is the place to be! Great ambiance, great happy hour, and great food. I watched as tables kept filling up the night I came in and it's no surprise. I mean, these burgers are serious business. I had the bad ass burger (go big or go home, right?) and swapped out the cheese and toppings just the way I like it. Their chef-driven burgers allow you to customize without losing the gourmet all around. The meat was perfectly cooked, ingredients were fresh. Man, that burger was real tasty! Oh..and please don't tell my doctor that I just ate buttermilk fried bacon on my burger. (Uh-huh. And that I loved it.) The Bad Daddy sauce for your fries is also D-lish. Yum! I had to ask the waitress for more. If there was one thing I could improve..it would be the fries. Sad face. You just can't have soggy fries with your burger. I won't knock off a star just for this. That burger and sauce standing along comprises all 5 stars.

Great place to get a great salad. I was so surprised because this is a burger place. If your woman is hot she will love this place and you can have a bad ass burger hahaha. They have a nice bar as well.

I heard this place was fantastic. I compare it to Red Robin with different flavors. I wouldn't call it upscale. It's a bar like Wild Wing Cafe or Buffalo Wild Wings with sports playing on the TVs throughout the restaurant. There's a separate bar area and outside patio seating. The burgers were good and so were the fries. The peanut butter pie was average. I wouldn't order it again. I went two days straight to see if I would receive consistent service. The first night I went we had great service. It was also very busy. The second day I went for lunch and it wasn't busy at all. The waiter could not multitask and struggled the entire time. We didn't get everything we ordered and had to ask a manager for some things. All in all the place is average. It's a different tasting Red Robin in my opinion.

The burgers are great! The fries are good as well. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. The only downside is the price which is why I'm not giving it five stars. For 2 burgers, 2 fries, and one soft drink it was $29 without a tip. Even if the burger is good that's a little much for a burger meal. So if you go here expect be paying a higher price. We wanted to try the 10 wing appetizer but it was $10.50 so we decided to wait. The burgers are about as good as outback. The waitress we had was also friendly and it seemed like all the staff were staying busy and on top of everything.

The fried pickles were some of the better ones I have had in the area. The server checked up on us numerous times and communicated with us pretty good. If you like alcohol there is a good selection including shakes. The place made me think if a small sports bar had a baby with red robins. Could use a few more tvs but overall it is a good place to go. We didn't have a wait but business seemed to be picking up as we were leaving. The wings were alright, the meat on the bones were good but could use different sauces. I will be going back to test out other burgers.

Service was fast, burger was great. Everyone in our party loved their meal. We will definetly go back again.I am not crazy about the onion rings but the sweet potato fries and fried pickles are great. The waitress was very attentive.

Very expensive for what you get. Also noticed a non carry restaurant. Too bad we will not support a business that does not support the 2nd Amendment and can not figure out bad guys don't read those signs. Too many other places to eat for same quality of food for half the price.

My family ate here last Saturday night and it was WONDERFUL. Large selection of hamburgers and sandwiches. We all had burgers. Great choices of unique toppings for the burgers. Fresh mozzerella, shoe string fries, spciy aioli, pesto, etc. My husband and son had the tater tots and I had onion rings - all very good with their own unique sauces for dipping. The waitress we had was EXCELLENT! Very helpful and wanted to make sure that we were really enjoying our meal. My beer did not get topped off because the keg ran out and I got another whole beer for free! Great decor with a nice outdoor seating area too!

Awesome burgers and food! I wish you had the chicken burger like the one in Charlotte! So glad you came to Knoxville!

Went there with my wife for lunch. Great atmosphere and service was friendly and prompt. I ordered the "Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids". Now, I love bacon as much as the next guy (probably more so), but that was almost too much. It made my burger so greasy I could barely finish it. I ended up deconstructing it and patting both the bacon slices (which were just a tad underdone) and the burger patty dry with paper towels. Probably won't get that again, but I'll definitely go back to give some of their other fare a whirl.... Go check it out!

At least they get one part right on their name - BAD! The staff was nice and friendly but what it comes to food you can find much better and cheaper burgers elsewhere. The burgers took a long time to arrive even the restaurant was almost empty. The burger was extremely salty, to the point salt was only thing you could taste. French fries were just ok, nothing special. Two burgers for almost $28 is very expensive for the quality you get. Well, tried it but won't return.

Really good burger place. Good atmosphere. Friendly faces. Our server was Mckenzie. She was so good and attentive. Very informative and knowledgable on the menu. The manager came by and checked on us. All around great place. I got the build your own burger and everything came out perfect and exactly as I asked. We will definitely be back.

We've been here several times since they opened. Until tonight I've been very happy with my choices! I didn't want a huge salad so I ordered the create your own small salad with romaine one extra crunchie and one extra fruit This salad was $8.45. No bread or crackers The salad was very small!! The veggies are chopped so small they were hard to eat. The lettuce was leafy and barely crisp. I laughed when it appeared. It was the size of a small house salad you'd get at other restaurants. The server said people usually add chicken. With chicken at $4 this would have made it a very expensive small salad. Had I known, I would have gone to Longhorns and had a great salad for my money. Very disappointing. I will order a burger next time!

First time at this place and the burger was to die for. I had the Western Burger and it was great. Also loved the Bad Daddy's dipping sauce and the tots. Definitely will be back.

Just opened yesterday, and let me tell you: best atmosphere of any place here in Turkey Creek. Great food, good beer, several TV's, and great service. Definitely made regular out of me!

I was one of the first customers the first day they opened in Turkey Creek. Construction work on the patio was still going on. The first day was like training day for everyone. I ordered a regular burger and fries, because it was a little cheaper than the others. A $10 hamburger is something I'll never order again. Come on people, if you let places like this flourish, then the price of burgers will go up everywhere. Yeah, the burger was good, but stood so tall that you can't eat it without it falling apart. I wound up eating the last half with a fork. That first day had several managers and one corporate guy that were overseeing how things were going. I talked to one of the managers several times. A nice guy from Greenville SC. I was interested in something about the restaurant that I had to ask him. I asked if the restaurant will be a gun free zone, and will there be a sign on the door that patrons that are legally carrying a firearm are banned from the restaurant. He said he was not in favor of firearms in the restaurant, but corporate policy would not allow a sign to be posted on the door. I told him that if a sign goes up, I will not be coming back. I will never go to a place that I can not exercise my right to protect myself and family. Well, the guy lied or didn't know what he was talking about. The restaurant is now posted. So the only ones that will be going there now are people who don't care about their lives, or the bad guys that see a good opportunity to make a living on everyone there.

I will definitely try BD's again, the food was good enough I know there is potential but the burger we tried today did not satisfy. Unfortunately it was their signature burger- Big Ass Daddy. Big enough to split, but the secret ingredient is grease. Seriously you will need to eat salad for a week to make up for the sins this burger commits. Hey some of us are into that! I know this is sacrilege but neither of us liked the buttermilk fried bacon. I know many of you out there love it but I'm a bacon purist. Give me bacon or give me death!
