The best chik fil a I have ever been to. The owner/manager is the most friendly person you could meet. He made us feel so special and even bought us milkshakes for our graduate. The food was perfect as was the service. This place changed my view of what fast food could be.

I love Chick-fil-A. I know I shouldn't, but I'm a sucker for that Christian chicken. I've been to more than a few locations over my years. This location is not one of the better ones. The staff is more worried about getting you in & out than being friendly. It would be okay if they were actually fast. The restaurant seems clean when I've been inside. My whole issue with them is little things like, when you order "extra pickles," they give you a small container with pickles. They don't make the sandwich to order. The chicken usually tastes as if it's been sitting around for an hour or so. Another gripe I have is with location is when you order a value size fry, you end up with a regular size fry in a value size package. They never fill up the fry sleeve. The only positive aspect of this location is the text alerts that let you know when receipt day is.

Employees are always very polite. There are not many "fast food" restaurants that you can go to where the staff will come to your table and ask you if they can get you a drink refill and then ask to clean your table for you. They are also very generous with local schools and other charitable organizations.

I don't eat Fast Food often, but when I do, Chik-Fil-A is my go-to. I went in to this location and the GM of the restaurant (I think they refer to them as Operators) was right there at the counter waiting on people and pitching in with the team. This location was super busy, but I ordered a chicken sandwich, salad and drink to go, and I was out in about five minutes. The Operator was more than nice to me, and he seemed so pleasant and kind. I will definitely go back to this location. Top notch service!

I frequent this Chick fil a and can't imagine how they could be better. Every employee is exemplary and the quality of food is excellent. The dining area, bathrooms and play area are consistently clean. Everything you could hope a fast food restaurant could aspire to.

I just can't give a Chick-Fil-A 5 stars, but this is a wonderful example of what a Chick-Fil-A should be. Food was good, staff were super friendly. I just found out they have a bunch of sauces and they didn't blink once when I asked for all of them to try them all out. 2 different employees came over to refill my sweet tea, which you never expect when you're at a fast food place. I told one sweet old lady working there that I hadn't been before and she wouldn't let me leave without trying their "Ice-dream" for free.

I have never been to this location before. I walked in near closing time and they still gave me service with a smile. All of the staff kept making sure my husband and I were enjoying our meal and didn't need anything else. I ordered their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo and it was AMAZING. (As always) Chic-fil-A is consistent with quality and I can appreciate that. Also, I reallyyyyy love Waffle Fries.

I have been a huge fan of chick fil a my whole life. My grandfather used to own two and I worked at one in high school. This chick fil a had the worst nuggets I have ever had. They were burnt and it's almost like they used a different batter. The nuggets were so salty I couldn't even finish them. This is VERY unusual for chick fil a. Hopefully no one else had to pay for the same food I did. Very disappointed.

Love this Place! For Years I would Travel to Nashville and Chic-Fil-A was one of my First Stops. Now I have one in my backyard and I Love it. The Food is Fresh, and Fast! Hands down the best Chick Fil A franchise I've visited. When the owner, Randy Akins, is there he always greets me with a smile, as well as his employees. Ben & Richard are the best at customer service, and I'm a 20 yr veteran. Food is almost always perfect for a fast food high volume establishment, I'll say 99.5 % perfect. Love how clean this place is, the staff go over and beyond anywhere else. Keep making those amazing salads consistently and you'll be seeing me 3-5 times a week as you have. Great Job you guys!

This is our favorite cfa in town. Everyone is friendly, goes above and beyond to serve and the food is great. The first time we can here with our grandkids we needed to pull some tables together. The staff was right on it helping us get everything situated. We felt like we were in a sitdown restaurant instead of a fast good joint. Then they brought out our food and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend cfa for families!

Thank God there isn't one of these near my house, else I'd be there everyday. There are Chick-fil-A franchises all over the south - maybe other places too, but this is the one I seem to frequent. I've NEVER had a bad experience once. They've got their business model fined-tuned like a well-oiled machine. There must be something illegal in that fired chicken to make it taste so damned good. I usually just stick to the #1 combo - original fried sandwich plus fries, but the grilled ckn wrap is tasty, and the chicken dippers are great too. Do not miss the LEMONADE!! I consider myself a bit of a lemonade connoisseur and this place has the BEST I've ever tasted in my life! I also love how the company offer college incentinves and hires retirees as greeters. Don't try to go on a Sunday though - they are always closed on Sunday due to the family owners religious affiliations. Of course, that's the day I always seem to be near one...

Everyone knows the food is good, and I love that they have Diet Dr. Pepper, but what prompts me to write this review is the phenomenal customer service. Seriously, these people could not be more friendly and accommodating! I definitely get better customer service at Chick-fil-a than I get at any fast casual restaurant.
