This is my local Chinese food option without traveling to get my fix and I am thrilled to be lucky enough to have them in my neighborhood! First, family operated restaurant with a friendly, capable & caring staff. I never eat the buffet so no ability to comment but will give my favorites an reviews on what I have tried. First- Hot & Sour soup: Authentic, perfectly seasoned and consistency an has ALL the authentic veggies, meat and tofu it's suppose to have. It's AMAZING & truly has spoiled me and no one ever makes it as good as they do. Cheap as well, under $4 for a quart- you can't beat that! It's lasts in your fridge for reheats for a week. As for the rest of the menu: all the standards I've tried and they are awesome! I particularly love anything spicy they make, their shrimp dishes are great and they use authentic soba for lomeins which makes all the difference. Kung Po anything is my fav. You can request any dish to be less or more spicy and for that matter - add any meat or veg you wish and it's also helpful that the lady who runs the front speaks really good English. Give em A shot!

Buffet not good. Many entres cold and old. Cook was not bringing out fresh product the 45 minutes I was there and many items were almost empty.

So friendly and always a great buffet. Food's never been cold and they are always willing to make more of anything that is empty. Love the spicy rice and hot chicken and mushrooms! This is a place I go to monthly and you can order ahead online!

China Spring has good food. It is the standard offering strip center Chinese restaurants. It is well prepared, and they regularly adapt one of the items for my wife. Go and enjoy.

This place is awesome! Their dumplings are some of the best I've ever had and their pork fried rice is really good as well. I didn't really like their General Tso's Chicken, but the rest of their food more than makes up for it. An absolute gem in the middle of TN.

Great owners. They are always super friendly. The menu is pretty typical but everything has always tasted good. For something different try my favorite dish, Singapore Mai Fun.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
