Jason and Jacob were excellent servers. I had my mom's birthday dinner at O'Charleys on the 12th and they were very attentive and made sure we were all taken care of. The service was so good we came back on the 20th for another birthday dinner. With the amount of people that we have they were quick and very polite. Whenever you come to this location ask for Jason and Jacob.

We went to O'Charley's on Labor Day evening and were served by Robert. The food was great and the atmosphere was good as well, but what really made the experience wonderful was our server. Robert was absolutely amazing. From his smile to his helpfulness and even his conversation at the end of our meal, he was above and beyond what we have experienced in times past. He was quick, efficient, and he showed genuine concern for our meal being the best it could be. Ask for Robert M. You will NOT be disappointed!

Diane, our server was great! The food came out quick and was very good! The manager, Carl, was very nice and professional, checking on our service and overall experience. I was a little hesitant about going to this location because of past reviews but it was anything but unsatisfactory.

Le sigh. As an invited guest I visited O'Charley's today for a group dinner and wasn't surprised when I left underwhelmed from my experience. What baffled me was the ridiculously long line of customers to get into this place. Really, people? With so many dynamic, affordable, and independent dining options in Nashville, an O'Charley's has an hour wait? So. Sad. Regardless, the pasta that I ordered was generic in flavor but I appreciated that the server tweaked it to accommodate my vegan diet. Wait time on our entrees was slow but our server was full of personality and quickly bonded with our table. He was literally the saving grace. Will I come back? No, definitely not on my terms.

O'Charleys Rolls... we got 2 baskets of the rolls. They were small round and crusted. Asked for another basket and the "unslicable" rolls came. When I asked the manager she said the round ones didn't rise. "I felt embarrassed bringing them out." For some reason the manager was serving us. Returned the ribeye steak because it was dry. To think of it the manager never asked me how I like my steak cooked. Been here for an hour and drinks haven't been refilled even after asking. Got steak back and it was bland! Salt and A1 sauce was my best friend. An extra $1.49 for grilled asparagus...highway robbery. Everything took forever, getting drinks, refill, getting bill, paying the bill...etc. Worst O'Charleys experience and quite possibly the worst ribeye steak ever. O' how Charleys have fallen. Another table also returned their 2 steaks too!

My husband and I went recently, and liked the upgrades and new look for O'Charleys. However, the service was mediocre. Our server was slow and even forgot to bring us out the whole pie we ordered! A week later, we decided to give it another try and brought the family. Unfortunately, it still wasn't good. We won't be going back anytime soon.

This has been the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had the displeasure to know. I am normally a pretty sweet person, and I literally have never written a bad review, but an hour into sitting here, I have not even received my silverware yet! It took 15 minutes before someone, the manager, came and got me and my girlfriend's drink order. Then we had to ask for some rolls. The rolls came out over cooked and looking dry the first time and literally just 3 pieces of dough the second time. I am starving and there is no food in sight. The last time I ate at o'charleys I swore never again, now there is no chance in hell I will be coming back. This place used to be a classy family joint, and now it is trashy with terrible service. I am one VERY dissatisfied consumer. Food just came out and there wasn't any chicken on my chicken Caesar

OK, sometimes I just want a couple of cold beers and a comfort food appetizer at a fair price. Well actually I want that on a regular basis--almost daily! That is the O'Charley's happy hour. The food and atmosphere are not at a five star restaurant level and neither are the prices. It's just a good place to meet a friend and unwind for an hour or two. I like the chicken tenders with chipotle sauce. One other thought that bugs me about happy hour: Some folks tip based on the reduced prices which seems too cheap even for me--happy hour waitresses need to make enough to eat too!

The food was good but a little overpriced for the quality. The service was excellent and went beyond my expectations. Our server checked on us numerous times and was really a nice guy. The restaurant was clean and well kept. We went for an early dinner and had the place to ourselves.

The manager called me and apologized for the bad Father's Day experience. He was very nice and professional. I'll give them another try in awhile. The restaurant looks good since the remodel a few months ago and there are some new items on the menu. Give them a try!

The hot rolls are delicious! That said, this was a pretty disappointing dinner. Service in general was very slow, and the bar was even slower. The bartender seemed to have a real problem with my wife's Cosmo. The first one was way too sweet, so she sent it back. The next one wasn't much better. The manager stopped by, and seemed truly offended that my wife hadn't liked the latest Cosmo, even though he had made sure that the bartender followed the recipe exactly. Oh well, my wife's search for a decent Cosmo in Nashville will continue elsewhere. The food was good. The fried pickle appetizer was forgettable. I liked my Cajun chicken pasta, but I've definitely had better. Although this restaurant is close, I don't think we'll be going back. There are too many other places that we enjoy a lot more.

Horrible experience! We had to ask for bread rolls, ask for refills, she didn't do what my friend asked for which was no veggies in his burger. I will never come back to this location ever again.

Wasn't extremely busy when we went esp for a Friday night and I will commend the wait staff they were very good our waitress Stephaine was very nice pleasant and attentive and really did her job well . And the manager was really nice an accommodating so 5 stars to them both ... However the food I was pretty disappointed in it did take awhile which wasn't a major deal ... But my husbands steak was burnt and my fish just didn't taste that great I realize mistake happen but it was just not what I'm used to from this type of place ... However the manager did comp my husbands meal which was very nice of him an we appreciate hopefully they get the kitchen issues worked out bc otherwise could have been a 5 star visit

Slow seating even though there was no actual wait. The employees including management are extremely lazy and inefficient. It took close to 10 minutes just for the server to greet us after we were finally sat at the table. Mediocre food

Went for lunch.....this location has been "well used" especially bathrooms. Was seated quickly and staff was friendly and quick. Food like regular chain food...adequate and tasty.

There are hardly any customers here and it is unreal how hard it is to get a glass of water. I may have had another cocktail but now that my empty cocktail glass has been sitting at the edge of the table for 20 minutes I will just get by food if it ever comes and leave.

This location has always been pretty good to me. Today was outstanding. A friend and I went for brunch and it was remarkable. She had the chicken fried steak that was crisp and tender. I opted for the overloaded brunch platter that comes with a six ounce sirloin that I ordered medium rare and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection, two eggs, bacon, potatoes, half a waffle, and fresh fruit. It was fantastic. Add to that a couple mimosas and brunch was complete. We sat at the bar and the service was outstanding. I don't have dinner here so I cannot speak to that yet, but this brunch could become a weekly pre-game adventure.

Not really impressed. It was ok but not up to par. Waitress had no idea about gluten allergies. Decor was nice and restaurant was clean. Food was not very appealing and kind of tasteless.
