I've been here twice and both times were great. I don't even like pizza too much. One star down because they don't offer everything in slices and they don't have that big of a variety. Buuuut I liked it. My friend and I met up here at 1:30ish and both got two slices apiece. She got two slices pepperoni for about $7 and I got a slice of eggplant and a slice of meatball for about $8. The meatball was fantaaaastic. The eggplant was ok with a much more subtle flavor that couldn't really compete with the meatball, but it was good to mix the two up. I admit the pepperoni was blah, but mine were good. Service was fast and friendly and it was a good experience. Heads up, they only offer slices of marinara-based pizzas. So if you're wanting a garlic-based or alfredo-based one, come with a group and split a whole pizza!

My family and I have always enjoyed Milano's Cordova and Milano's Germantown has shamed that name. The lady who was at the counter was talking to people behind me talking about what channel to put on the tv. This experience was very transactional not transformational. I was just another credit card to be swiped. Poor customer service.

Milano's had been an on and off favorite of ours for awhile now. We returned tonight. I ordered a slice with spinach and a beer and the spouse got a roll. I really enjoyed my simple, but awesome slice. The prices are reasonable and since you order at the counter no tip is required.

NY style pizza which you can order by slice or full pie. It's good and fast .... They have many options. If ordering by slice they use precooked cheese slice, add condiments, and then finish in a brick oven. If you order an entire pie they start from scratch, either way is good. They also have sandwiches, pastas, deserts, etc... Also a decent beer selection.

This place is an example that it's hard to run a good restaurant vs. just average. My family comes here once or twice a month because Gourmet Pizza doesn't have tables for more than 4 people and Russo's gets too expensive. Those who appear to be the owners/managers are usually nice though seemingly stressed with one less staff than necessary. I admit that I haven't sat and stared at the food prep employees but I am yet to see a glove or hand washing station employed. Food is a little less than average compared to an equally priced chain. Salads are a good size but composed of head lettuce only; and the dressings were nasty. Pizza is a good size and the price would be very attractive if it wasn't so....well...blah. It's filling. The cheap paper plates, plastic utensils, and teeny weeny napkins simply compound any irritation.

I've tried this place twice and both times were a huge disappointment. First time I had bland and flavorless cheese ravioli, seriously no spice added to it whatsoever. One simply does not mess up cheese ravioli! The second time I went, I had the veggie pizza and all it had was a lot of onion and maybe a green pepper and very little cheese. Veggie friends beware, pretty sure the only thing worth getting is the meatballs from what I heard.

My family and I eat here all the time. We all have a favorite thing to eat so we have tried most everything on the menu and I can say that it's all great. One that we all agree on and even have a friend from out of town that request the 27" pizza. If you have never had a stuffed veggie pizza then you're missing out. So glad to have Milano's so close to our house.

I have been to other Milanos locations around the Memphis area and the Pizza is incredible. This location seems like I'm eating Pizza from a completely different restaurant. Is this location affiliated with the others ? Pepperoni had a weird taste, the crust was flimsy, the sauce and cheese bland. It also seemed as though the pizza had been sitting around all day. Terrible

Great calzones! Very friendly staff and owner. We always feel welcome and the food is consistently great. Living in Memphis for the past 20 plus years and I had given up on finding a decent calzone. Finally I discovered this place. They consistently make a great calzone. This is a franchise, but it has been my experience that some of the other locations have no clue how to correctly make a calzone, so this is the only location that I endorse. Their pizzas, raviolis and tiramisu is great too. Always a treat.

Went here for lunch and bought a slice of pizza with a salad. Good and quick service, good pizza and nice 80s music playing over the speakers. I will definitely come here again for lunch.
