Not a good place for lunch or dinner. Aye the fried chicken with mashed potatoes with Mac and cheese. None of them were good. Chicken was very tough and the Mac and cheese tastes like Kraft out of the box. Place needs a serious overhaul. Go to Longhorn across the street.

I found myself in the bar of this restaurant one Friday afternoon when one of my kids had a date here for which I was a chaperone. I kept an eye on the kids at the booth while sitting at the bar. My server was friendly and attentive. She served me a Blue Moon in a frosted mug with an orange which was just perfect. On my second order, the mug wasn't cold and there was no orange, so that was a little disappointing. It's the little things that count. I also got to witness a meltdown by one of the other servers. She had been talking loudly about how she was having a bad day and wasn't going to take the normal &*(@ from people. She got into an argument with a supervisor, who had to escort her away for the rest of the conversation. No big deal, but the kind of thing that tells you there's a HR problem. Kudos to the manager for moving the problem away to a less public place, but the problem indicates another failure on management to hire people who think that kind of behavior is acceptable. What WAS a big deal was listening to the white trash at the end of the bar running their potty mouths in front of young children. A couple-perhaps grandparents-had brought their little girl to the bar, and maybe this isn't prudent, but nobody should expect at a chain restaurant like this in a quiet suburb to be exposed to the filth that passes for conversation at this bar. I've known violent felons who don't talk like the females did on that Friday afternoon. I'm no puritan, but at 5pm on a Friday afternoon there should be some decency. There are plenty of dive bars where trash can go and act like they do in their single wide in Westmoreland while they're cooking up some bath salts, but management should escort these "people" out once they start acting up. And maybe aim a little higher on the help, too.

I like this Logan's better than the one in Madison. But like every other Logan's Steakhouse, their weakness is their steaks. They make a lot of good food, especially their skewers, but I have never had a decent steak at any Logan's. (edited for more detail) In my experience, the steaks are tough, so I usually have ribs or shrimp, or both. This time, I tried the Teriyaki Trio. The chicken and shrimp were excellent, but most of the beef kabobs were inedible due to all the gristle.

Came to Logan's for the first time with my extended family. Upon entering, the hostess were very welcoming and seated us immediately. The first thing I noticed was all the peanuts on the floor. There are buckets of peanuts all over the restaurant and as you eat them, you can throw them on the floor when you are done. Our server was friendly, quick and attentive. We started off with the Appetizer Combo. It comes with Buffalo Hot Wings, Loaded Potato Skins & Cheese Sticks. They weren't overly salty, which I greatly appreciate and the sauces on the side tasted homemade. They offer complimentary Yeast Rolls at the beginning of your meal, which are incredibly addicting. So soft, warm, chewy and buttery. The ranch dressing for their salads also tasted homemade. Yum. The side items were good and simple. Steaks aren't the best out there but not bad for the price. Did have to use A.1. Steak Sauce to give the steak a bit of a flavor boost. Their sangria is awesome and very dangerous. You can barely taste the alcohol but you will surely feel it later on. Overall, a nice meal was had here with the fam.

Lunch: Greeted by a server who obviously wasn't pleased to get a table. Got an appetizer which was decent. Food was not great. Dry chicken, bad tasting burger. Neither lunches were finished. the side salad was good though... less than mediocre food with less than mediocre service = no need for us to be back anytime soon

Less than mediocre food, at high prices. If you're going to pay big, go to Longhorn!

I like Gallatin Logans. We frequent this often and consider ourselves as regulars. Lisa is our only server and she is friendly and attentive. She remembers my order.

Your average Logans. Service and prices relative to any other Logans you've probably eaten at a thousand times. Decent steaks, decent prices, average service.
