Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and the music was perfect. Try the roast beef po boy. this is not your average roast beef. I will be back asap with family members.

I really do enjoy Crescent City. I think their prices are incredibly reasonable. I love their food but think it needs a bit more Cajun seasoning kick. But even without the extra Cajun kick I will return.

Delicious poboys, beignets, and coffee! Very moderately priced as well. Definitely recommend.

the etouffee is the best i've eaten. Shrimp po boy is very tasty and bread is fresh. Service is wonderful. Never had a bad meal there. This is truly a gem in on our square. The Red Beans and Rice was quite spicy for my taste but otherwise good flavor.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch here recently. The shrimp po boys were amazing. Fresh ingredients, shrimp lightly breaded and just perfect, nice crusty roll. One of the group, with a small appetite, had a small shrimp plate that was just the right size. And we all had to try her remoulade sauce - took me right down to New Orleans. One also had the crawfish etouffee, it was excelent. And Nick's service could not have been better. If you're in Gallatin and want a taste of The Big Easy, you'll find it here and it's delicious.

I went there for the first time about a week ago and the food is AMAZING! If I could afford it, I would eat there every single day! No joke! Just be sure you're aware of the fact that they specialize in Cajun/Cajun-inspired food, so their food definitely has a kick to it (spicy). FYI, the Boudan Balls are to die for! I will definitely be visiting this place again soon!

Absolutely incredible food with great service... I absolutely can not rave over the food enough. The crawfish étouffée is absolutely a must-try. Perfect heat level to keep you coming back without blowing out your palate. They cut their own fries in house. Ask about Disco Fries. The bread pudding is delicious. Highly recommend the Loaded Beignets too. Ridiculously good. And all of this with reasonable prices. Gallatin has a gem in this place... We will be back. Often.

WE have a great addition to the food scene in Gallatin. Great place to eat Creole/Cajun food. We went for dinner and will return multiple times. Family of five and everyone enjoyed their dishes. Fresh ingredients in all dishes. Noodles were homemade. Two teenagers tried po'boys and they were satisfied with the quantity. You can upgrade the fries to a cup of gumbo. Right off the square in downtown, you can come here for lunch or dinner and enjoy the local flavor. We live local and will bring visiting family here for a great meal in a great location.

It didn't suck. I liked it. Had the shrimp po' boy. Just the small one. Was eating late, didn't want to eat so much I couldn't eat dinner. Anyway the bread was good. The lettuce and the tomato were fresh. There was enough shrimp on it that I didn't have any bites that were shrimp less. The service was wonderful. Very attentive without being always on you. They even asked if I wanted a drink to go! Yes I would thank you. I would recommend it.

I went at lunch time and had a half shrimp Poboy and a cup of gumbo. The poboy came with fries too. I paid like 7 bucks for the sandwich and fries and another 4 bucks or so for the gumbo. It was all very good. 4 bucks for a cup of gumbo is way to much. I felt the gumbo could have been a little more hardy and the rice in it seemed uncooked. The flavor was great though. It's a solid Cajun joint on my first trip. Drop the gumbo cups to about $2.50 and you have a reasonable deal. I will go back for sure.

We have been there several times both as a couple on date night and as a family for a quick lunch. Both times we were impressed. The food was amazing and the staff was great. I have a little boy who has autism (super picky about food and very particular with everything) and our server was great with him!! Get the loaded beignets- they are awesome!!!

Amazing! My wife & I went for dinner tonight. She got the homemade crawfish ravioli, and I had the shrimp & grits. Oh. My. Gosh. Both were awesome. The shrimp & grits was a perfect combination of shrimp, sausage, sauce, & cheesy grits that just melt in your mouth. There was a piece of shrimp until the last bite. It was comfort to my belly. You could tell the ravioli was homemade. My wife wished it came with bread so she could scoop up all the leftover sauce! We were stuffed, but we couldn't leave without trying the beignets. I heard there is a whiskey cream sauce inside of them, but as with anything that has liquor in it, I was skeptical. Let me tell you, I could actually taste the whiskey, which was great since I'm a whiskey fan. It wasn't too strong, but you could taste it. They don't skimp on the sauce that's inside of the beignets either. It comes pouring out as soon as you cut into them. They were a perfect ending to our meal! I think it was either the manager or owner that came over after we were done & talked with us for a bit. She even helped me get inside & seated with my crutches. That goes a long way for me - a personal touch to show the business actually cares about their customers We will definitely be back to try brunch & lunch!

Great atmosphere. Love the exposed brick, high ceilings, friendly staff and great food. Highly recommend.

Service at the place is fantastic, it is kept very clean with nice bathrooms, and the French fries are very good. However the menu is small and the Po Boys are little more than flavorless lettuce on a bun. It's only an average restaurant unfortunately.

Fantastic food. Definitely worth your attention. I'd eat here all the time if I lived close enough. Tons of crawfish in the étouffée, plenty of andouille in the gumbo. Nice smooth roux base with a depth of flavor. Red beans and rice were on point. Was super bummed though that we went for lunch on a Saturday specifically to demolish a couple po boys and they were only serving brunch (although it did look delicious). No po boys! If you name your restaurant after a sandwich, it should always be on the menu! Great experience otherwise though. They have a few nice beers also in addition to the typical finds. Highly recommended! These guys know what they're doing.

Was driving through town for work when I saw the sign. I'm always looking for good cajun food since I moved here so I had to stop... Take it from this Louisiana boy, this place is Legit! From the shrimp poboy to the boudain balls and remoulade sauce everything was authentic and delicious! I felt like I went back home for lunch. I'll be back for more! Especially that remoulade!

Service was great! Small menu with very little detail of the dish. Shrimp poboy's are mainly bread and lettuce and little flavor. All I can say is great service!

Lived in Gallatin for 21 years just decided to sample the local cuisine for the first time and I could not have been happier! This place is going to be a new favorite for the wife and I! The food was great, staff polite and professional. Very great atmosphere. And the beer selection is great especially for a smaller local place! Love it.

I went to culinary school in New Orleans and as with any type of God you are looking for outside of its area it's not the original with that said it's a great place to eat the food is close to Cajun country and for gallatin it has to be one of the best places I have eaten here.

My wife and I had lunch at Crescent City Po Boys today and were very happy with our meals. I had the shrimp Po Boy with fries. The shrimp was very lightly breaded, so the sandwich was not heavy or greasy but had a very nice flavor. My wife had a cup of the crawfish etouffee, which was incredible. We finished with the bread pudding, which was very good, but next time we will try the Bigness. The service and food were both excellent, so this will be a regular on our dining rounds. In the past week, we have discovered three great eateries on the Square in Gallatin, and there are still a couple we still haven't tried.
