Are you driving down a country Road in Tennessee? Well if you happen to be driving through Dover, TN make sure to stop in at the Log Cabin Café. If you're looking for home cooking like Mama use to make then you're stopping at the right place. Perfect Coffee, Biscuits from scratch, great tasting Sausage, and Real Eggs. It's just like Sunday Morning Breakfast Before Church. Looking for a good home cooked meal, you can't go wrong at the Log Cabin Café. Trust me you'll love it.

Great place if you have a small group. But if you have a large group you might want to call ahead and let them know. We had 12 people and they got a little overloaded. Other than that it was great food and staff.

Affordable place to eat on Hwy 79. Food is good, had the patty melt and was tasty. Will go again when we move down there in September.

This place doesn't serve anything but standard fare. Keeping in mind the clientele, I've had several mediocre experiences but the latest one sticks with me the most. My husband and I walked in and sat down and every table in the place was dirty. The waitress took our order and brought us coffee. My husband discovered an egg particle in the bottom of his cup- when he told the waitress she didn't offer to comp it or fix the problem in any way. When our orders came, I was disappointed to find my toast wasn't toasted, my bacon wasn't crispy as requested but limp and fatty, my eggs were barely cooked ( I ordered them over medium) and the hashbrowns were cold and tasted old. It was absolutely inedible. When I explained about my food ( which I shouldn't have had to do) nothing was done to comp or fix it. To say this restaurant is "sub par" would be the kindest way I could explain it. Go downtown to Sonic drive in and order a breakfast sandwich. It'll be much better than this sad hole-in-the wall!

Place was busy so we stopped in. Tea is excellent. A very casual and friendly place. Portions are huge. Kid friendly. Excellent service. Unique decor. Cheese is on almost everything. Overall a good place for a good price.

I enjoyed the catfish sandwich special. Excellent homemade potato chips! Neat atmosphere and a great stop on the way to Land Between the Lakes.
