It's Waffle House. Home of hash browns All The Way. What's not to love? Fast, cheap, big portions, friendly. Seriously, if you need a review, you really shouldn't even consider eating here. Redneck heaven on a griddle.

A tiny cafe attached to the Bush's Visitor Center, across the street from a bean factory. It smells just as you would expect a bean factory to smell. Yech. But the cafe is very quaint, albeit small. One large group can take up an entire dining area, so prepare for a wait if you're behind anyone. We lucked out and got sat right away. And of course, the first thing they get you is a sample of the Beans of the Day! Awesome. Obviously they're canned baked beans, but I thought it was the neatest touch. I had chicken-fried steak (good!) with fries (disappointing) and BEANS (BEANS!!!). The wife had cornbread and beans. Cornbread was dry, beans were BEANS BEANS BEANS And of course there's the pinto bean/pecan pie. Get it. The mouthfeel is like beans, but there's only a touch of the flavor. It's all pecan pie. Very tasty, and definitely worth the Instagram photo you'll inevitably take. Lunch came to just over $20 for two entrees, drinks, and pie. Totally worth it.
She had chicken salad. Said very good. I had catfish add a piece which wasn't necesary. Giant pcs of fish lightly dusted with cornbread coating really good fried okra and green beans( canned nothing special. Peanut pie she had for dessert said was goid. Friend staff and server pretty crowed for lunch. Only open 11-4. Group of 30 came in at same time. Food was preety quick though. Prices are good. Under $10 for everything (except my add on) nice liitle place surprisingly good food
Stopped here on our way to Pigeon Forge. The museum, cafe and gift shop are done really well. No charge for the museum (which is very interesting....find out how much you weigh in beans) and at the end you can have your picture taken with Duke at no charge. Had lunch at the cafe which turned out to be pretty good food. My husband got country fried steak, green beans and mashed potatoes. I had the grilled chicken salad which was a huge portion and just what you would expect. I was so envious of my daughter's and my husband's mashed potatoes (I am not a huge fan of mashed potatoes) but I have to say, the stop was worth the flavor of the mashed potatoes alone. I don't know what was in them (possibly sour cream, butter, chives, ???), but they were DELICIOUS! Have the mashed potatoes.....just do it......and some peanut butter pie. Out of this world, crazy deliciousness right there in Dandridge, TN.

So good!!! Was in the area for work and the place came recommended by multiple hotel staff. My colleague and I both had the fried catfish - delicious and HUGE portions for very cheap. The cream style corn was average, but the fried okra was good and the hush puppies were phenomenal. I would highly recommend you stop here if you're in the area, it's only downside is it's 8pm closing time.
Great, friendly service at this local restaurant! The food was pretty good- my favorite was the fried okra. We happened through town on Fiesta Night, which meant the standard American fare was supplemented by Mexican food options. The portions were big. This restaurant isn't very vegetarian-friendly, as the salads are mainly iceberg without many added veggies. The meat-eaters in the group got barbecue, a burger, and a taco salad, all of which got positive feedback. It was a nice local stop on a long road trip, but not an easy place to find a healthy meal.
It's good for the daily specials while in town. However, you can wait 15 min plus for your special to come out. Weird and annoying if you are in the mood for a quick lunch. I don't like fast food much but I dislike waiting even more. Going to venture out and find another local spot.

Excellent chile releno, chicken burrito was salty. Margaritas good and bery reasonably priced. I will be back.
A decent option for Mexican food in Dandridge. Service was slightly slow, but nothing of too much concern. Staff was friendly and helpful. The house Margarita was reasonably priced and tasted good. Fountain drinks are large with free refills. Good portion sizes and reasonable prices.
The food was okay, other Mexican restaurants in town are cheaper, we visited tonight and the air conditioning was not working, it was 75 degrees outside, so the restaurant was a bit toasty.. the manager did say it would be fixed tomorrow. Overall not bad, might give it another try in the future.

I stumbled upon this place when looking for places nearby Gatlinburg. I had never stayed at a B&B before so I wasn't really sure what to expect. We arrived at check in and were promptly showed around the property and to our room. We stayed in the Presidential suite and it was a great space and had a great view of Lake Douglas. The room had a kitchenette and a living room area so it was nice and roomy, especially for two people. The rooms were very clean and a cleaning service came through every day. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. I'll be honest and say that expected a more simple breakfast, but they had a full spread of real scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, fried apples, biscuits and gravy. It all tasted great and homemade! Each night they offered a sunset cruise at 5pm, which we enjoyed on our first night. Once everyone (around 4 couples) met for the cruise, the staff offered us soft drinks or a water to enjoy on the boat ride. I thought this was a nice touch and showed they always were going out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. On this particular night the owner of Mountain Harbor was our boat captain. You can tell he loves his job. He was happy to tell us the history of Lake Douglas and the city of Dandridge, along with a few jokes. In addition to an ample breakfast they offer dessert every night from 5-8pm and once again I expected small sample sized pastries or grocery store cookies. I could not have been more wrong. We had the option of the signature brownie al a mode, lemon cake, chocolate cake or cheesecake. The brownie could easily be split by 2 people if not more. It is simply HUGE. It was also delicious so its very tempting to keep eating until you are in a sugar coma. Mountain Harbor is at a marina so you can rent boats and jet skis through them and guests get a discount on rentals which is pretty cool. We rented jet skis one day and had a great time on the lake. We found out that the jet skis are tuned down to max out at 40 mph so just a heads up if you are used to going a lot faster. It was my first time riding a jet ski so I felt 40 mph was fast enough. In addition to jet skis they also rent pontoon boats, speed boats and tubes. The lake is awesome for swimming and has some really cool coves that are fun explore. The entire staff was always helpful and friendly. They were always asking how your day was going how you were enjoying yourself. It was real southern hospitality.
Boat rental review: VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Boat was in excellent condition and they also rent a ski boat however we opted for the pontoon boat as the ski boat was quite a bit more expensive. It was hassle free, the marina was easily accessible and they only need a credit card and drivers license for the rental. The pontoon was Apx $167 for 4 hours which was reasonable as it included gas. The rental of the tube I thought was a little high at $65. It was a perfect Saturday and very few boats on the lake. Great experience.
This place is like a game of Russian Roulette I rented a boat on July 3, it was a great experience tube rental was a little high $15 an hour. So we decided to rent again stopped into reserve the boat after 30 minutes I left my name and number and said reserve the boat for me tomorrow same boat as I had the other day...the girl agreed only one girl at the counter I was told somebody called in sick . So we showed up to rent a boat paid the bill walked down to the boat and found the boat was not the same boat as we reserved the boat was filthy dirty and Older very used boat. When I brought this to the dockmaster's attention he radioed the office to possibly trade me over to another boat. The general manager came down and said to me did you pay a Pet fee? I said pet fee for a 10lb dog? I said no... you guys charge a pet fee? He said yes. I said how much. He said I don't know. He said the owner gets it because he wants it he gets for the rooms to. Okay if I knew I would left my dog at home and you didn't charge me a pet fee the other day. I said I'm not going to pay for pet fee you giving me the wrong boat it's filthy and dirty. And the tube that we rented was torn up.i Couldn't have the one I wanted because the pump was broken. I also question the boat that they given me yes it clean but it looked older smaller motor and when I questioned how it rides they told me all the boats ride the same. So I said I'm not paying the pet fee if you got to charge me a Pet fee just refund me the full amount. He said okay your refund is upstairs At the office....... Companies are built on people process and product and you obviously failed today.

Good food, not very good service. Right now I'm moving cross country, so while traveling an easy dinner is a must. When we got into our hotel we saw the flyer and decided to go with it. I first tried to order food online, unfortunately after 20 mins of figuring what we needed and trying to navigate the website and account information, I finally had to give up. I was also a little disappointed by their service over the phone. The woman I spoke to was very nice, but was very difficult to deal with. It took me multiple tries to get her to get our order right and on top that she messed up the credit card number so many times that the manager had to be called to do it correctly. After about 45 minutes the food arrived, the delivery guy was wonderful. He was very friendly and just great. When we did finally sit down to eat, the food was very good. My son had the spaghetti marinara, and my husband and I had the ham hoagies. Overall, we were happy with how things tasted, even if it was very difficult to get to that point.
Amazing food! Staff was very friendly and prompt BBQ chicken pizza is the best around.. Well all the food they have is the best around for the price and quality..
This little place seems to be more of a to-go business. I ate in and had the Pizza Plus calzone which was actually pretty good. It came with a pickle a chips which was odd but I would eat it again. The dining room could have been cleaned a little more as the table and menu was sticky. Will try a pizza next time.

My parents swore by this pizza and as a native Chicagoan and avid pizza eater I was skeptical. We had a small thin crust veggie and a medium "garbage" piza with everything on it, also thin crust. Gotta say, I was pleasantly suprised. Generous, fresh, and tasty toppings. Good sauce that wasn't overwhelmingly sweet or heavily applied, and a nice crispy crust. We noticed on the larger garbage pizza the crust was a bit soft in the middle, no doubt because of the huge number of toppings and the 20 minute drive to my parent's house. 2 minutes in a skillet and it was back to perfectly crisp again. My thin crust veggie was a small and the crust was wonderful! Would definitely get it again, and the price was certainly right.
I consistently enjoy the Alfredo, wings and pizza here, as well as the live music. I think the pizza tastes better in restaurant, that at home, but it is still the best pizza in our town. They serve good appetizers here too, and if you are stuck in town on New Years, this is not a bad place to ring in the New Year. The owners of this pizzaria do such a great job with everything they make, and how they manage, that they ended up opening Walt's Hitching Post in down town. Totally different cuisine, but they do a great job at both locations.
Dinner Nov 26 Would probably give 3.5 Stars. Table of 6 for dinner. Service was fine and menu was the right size (not too big, not too small). Appetizer order of wings were very tasty, got combo of hot & parm garlic. Thought they were crispy and tasty, although not as many as I would have expected for $9.95. Those that got the Baked Ziti really liked it, but the accompanying garlic bread was hard as a rocks. Pizza was good. Lasagna was very big and was better than average. What I really like was the Parmesan Peppercorn salad dressing - my all time fav! Would definitively eat here again and try more of the menu!

My wife and I absolutely love this place. Beautiful views and great food. We also make sure to stop by for lunch or dinner when we're in town. I usually get fish tacos whenever I find them on a menu. Decided to try Angelo's take on my favorite dish and was shocked at how good they were. Easily one of the two best variations I've had.
Ordered the seafood diablo. Not quite what I expected. Had a touch of spice to it. We started with a Caesar salad. It was good but swimming in too much dressing. My husband and I split both. The location is nice. The decor isn't bad. A mix of hobby lobby and fishing...
Unfortunately this review is not regarding the food, as despite being hungry we were unable to extend our patience long enough to see any let alone taste it. On entry to the parking lot we were required to pay a $10 parking fee (July 4th fireworks at 9 pm, it was 6pm on July 3rd). Before entering the restaurant we were then required to pay a further $5 per person to drink alcohol. We were seated at our table very efficiently - definitely the outstanding part of the experience. After a couple of minutes our server asked if we would like a drink, I asked what beers they had, our server knew some of them and said they would check, she asked another server who also didn't know the beers they had on tap, so the went to the bar to ask. In the meantime my wife asked if they had the ingredients for a mojito, specifically the mint, apparently they did, so it was ordered. She then came back to inform us they did not have mint, so choose another drink. My wife ordered wine, I ordered some kind of IPA and lemonade for our children. After a couple of minutes 4 drinks showed up for the children as they were in 4 very small plastic cups, or so we thought but no there was a wine and beer in two of them, there was no mint for the mojito That was where the tale ends, we said thanks but no thanks, we did get our money back for the drinking charge and the parking, after some debate. The one star is harsh because we did not try the food, but thoroughly deserved for the experience.

China 1 is one of the few Dandridge restaurants I keep on my Rolodex. The food is tasty, well prepared, and tastes fresh. I have not had a bad order yet and we've eaten there or brought home well over twenty times in the past couple years. Having had Chinese food at one of those places that requires you to go down the stairs in the rear of an alley in a seedy part of Washington DC only to find yourself in culinary bliss, China 1 can't compare to that. It is, however, worth every penny. If you want some excitement, forgo the packets of Chinese mustard and ask for their homemade mustard. Be prepared for a religious experience!
My husband says that China 1 is his favorite Chinese restaurant yet. Meh, I think it is pretty good. We walked in and ordered to go food. It was ready quickly. The interior of the restaurant is nicer than the exterior lets on, so I uploaded some pictures your my Yelpitutes. We both liked our crab rangoons, and fried pork won tons. I did not think the shrimp was cooked long enough. Hubby said he loved the egg rolls, and we both enjoyed the General Tso's Chicken. My favorite item was the egg drop won ton soup. We got a to go menu, and will order from here in the future. *Extra parking behind the building. **24 hour coin laundry next door
Food was not bad by any means. Very hot when I arrived to pick it up. I got the Taos chicken. It was not spicy in the slightest to me which was disappointing but the flavor was still there.
