The food is about what you'd expect from a deli chain, nothing particularly special, but edible. We go regularly most because of Kids Eat Free Nights on busy Tuesdays and Saturdays. Combined with our Supper Club card, that often means feeding our family of 5 for $10-$12 quickly and with no mess for Mom to clean up. The service can sometimes be slow, but is usually fine. Favorite menu items: Savannah Chop Salad, soups, Angus Roast Beef Spud

I've been to other McAllister locations when in town for work. Although it is a chain, we don't have them up in Washington State. If you like sandwiches and salads it is great. Once of my favorite places for lunch. It can get busy, so good idea to get here a little early if you can. If you haven't been good place to try. I've never waited a horribly long time for my food, I think the time is reasonable. Staff is very friendly. They do have outdoor seating as well, though I prefer indoors. It can be hard to find a table when it's busy. If you don't have time, they do To Go, order ahead and pick it up. Overall I've been very pleased with their sandwiches and salads

I was in town and needed something quick, so I thought I would stop by. Truly, this was a terrible decision. The food was fine--I got a turkey sandwich--but the service and cleanliness were horrifying. The employee who rang me up huffed and rolled her eyes when I came up to place my order. She then basically threw my number and receipt at me. I tried to find a clean place to sit. There weren't any, and this was at 6:00pm with very few customers. I ended up wiping down a table with a napkin and hoping for the best, but my table was right next to what can only be described as a disaster zone created by the tantrums of multiple toddlers. Food, napkins, and wrappers littered the floor surrounding the high chairs. There were puddles of drink on the floor, and the restaurant smelled like a diaper. I don't know what happened there, but it couldn't have been good. Maybe this was an isolated incident; I have no way to tell. But my experience was truly awful.

This McAlisters is the best. They get your order to you quickly and it's pretty consistent each time. Great location next to the movie theater in Collierville.

Great menu-plenty of choices and a little bit of something for everyone. I love the harvest chicken salad and chicken and dumplings. My grip is the ladies who take orders are so rude. The lady today smelled like cigarettes and was chewing food while she took my order. No smile. Just attitude like "why are you here?" Really really off putting. Not only that this is not the first time I've noticed the attitude of hating their life and their job. Ugh! Hire people with smiles. Fire these grumpy butts.

I love Collierville McAlisters! The food is always fresh, always good, and always ample! Employees are friendly and they check back often about drink refills.

I have never had a problem there before, they were incredibly rude, it will take a lot for me to go back there

Got a grilled chicken salad the other day, barely edible. Chicken was sparse, lettuce was all white iceberg- not good!

I haven't had a whole lot of McAlister's but I have liked what I have gotten. They have great spuds, great sandwiches, and pretty good salads (not quite Newks in the salad department). We also use them for catering a couple of times a month and it's been perfect everytime.

I tried McAlister's while visiting family in Germantown and found it to be a very friendly place.. They had quite a few young people taking orders at the counter. I wanted to try a couple of different sandwiches and when I asked if I could the young lady at the counter said it was no problem. I ordered two halves, one Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey and one Orange Cranberry Turkey. They were delicious. My meal was brought to me in a very short time after I ordered. All in all it was very good and I'll return the next time I'm in town.

I just ordered a club sandwich to go. Sat down to eat and there was a PIECE OF BROKEN TOOTHPICK INSIDE THE SANDWICH. First time to get take out from that location and last time. Buyer beware.

I'm never quite sure what to make of McAllister's. From time to time I'll want a kicked-up sandwich, which is their specialty, and decide to go. I always get something tasty and reasonably quick. It's fast casual style, order, get a number, and they bring it out. The menu has a lot of choices, plus plenty of sides and desserts. And yet I always walk away just slightly unsatisfied. I haven't quite pinpointed why, but some of the time I feel I paid just a bit too much for what I got. Other times I feel the decor just doesn't work. Maybe it's that the Sweet Tea, while good, is never quite the same sweetness from trip to trip. I feel like they are just a small step away from being a really great restaurant.

I'm not big on deli food so I'm not a big fan of this place. The only thing I really love is their tortilla soup, but the last time I got it, it wasn't good at all. I haven't been back since.

I used this place to cater an even at FedEx for roughly 40 folks. I was told they would show up early to set up, rather, they showed up a few minutes late. Not a big deal. The lady called me and asked me to provide a cart for her to bring in the food? I was presenting in a meeting and had to go out and help find her a cart to bring in all the food. I was not happy as once again I was presenting and had to stop what I was going to go out and help her bring in the food? I pre-tipped this place so that I wouldn't have to help "bring in the food". Once the food was in the room the lady said thanks and tried to take off. I had to stop her and ask her to set up the food? Did she think I was going to break down the food and set it all up for her?? Again, Not happy with the set up process. Unprofessional. Even after she left I had to open up the bag of ice for consumption. Not a huge deal but my time is limited in this meeting and the time I spent setting up the food was less time I had to spend in selling to this account. On the bright side the food was pretty good. Boxes were correctly labeled. All items I ordered were accounted for. The sweet t and lemonaid was good. Cookies were excellent! If I were to rate them on food alone they would get 4.5 stars..

Pathetic Service and not Vegetarian Friendly. I have always liked Mclister's for their vegetarian friendly menu. But this one in Market Blvd sucks big time. Guess what their Garden Salad has ? Ham!!!! First of all most of their employee's do not know which of their soup is a vegetarian soup and to add on to that they mix meat in a vegetarian salad. Took my wife once to this place and she never wants to go there again.... if you are vegetarian and you want to eat simple good food never go to this place...

Always had quality food and good service. The tea is great and the chocolate chip cookies are delightful.
