Meh. New owners, same bland taste. Burgers are frozen patties with no seasoning so I'd skip on that. The shakes are sub par at best. Too bad really. With a place called shake shack you would think they could do it right, but the place lacks all the way around the board. Drive on by..

Best milk shakes of my life. And I could eat their Jalapeño poppers all day. I'm a vegetarian so there's not a lot on the menu for me but the things on the menu I can eat are worth the 30 min drive from my house.

I LOVE shake shack. I come here every time I'm in Cleveland. Its just a little drive in type place with burgers, fries, hot dogs, and shakes, plus a bunch of other items. Their hot dogs and mozzarella sticks are amazing! Definitely stop by, you won't regret it.

We stopped there while traveling from Memphis to Blairsville. We were starving and worried that we wouldn't find anything but fast food. We lucked out and found the Shake Shack. The food was amazing! Hand pattied burgers, great fries and onion rings, and THE MOST SPECTACULAR SHAKES!!!!! The service was also exceptional!!! This is a MUST if you are traveling through Cleveland, TN.

This place is on HWY 64 as you head toward Ocoee for White Water rafting or if your heading to the mountains. Easy access off of APD 40 too Great Shakes here, the burgers are homemade style and anyway you want them. But the coolness about this place is the drive in feel. You pull in and park. No buttons to push. Just park and start looking over menu on the side of the building then shortly a pretty young girl will come out and take your order. Great stop weekly for me and I enjoy every visit.

I've had this place bookmarked to try out. Had a Friday afternoon off and decided to take a drive out to Cleveland to try it out. Not sure what I expected but be aware that Shake Shack is a drive up place. No indoor seating. Established in 1959, this pre-dates Sonic burger drive-in. The menu is handwritten on poster boards and the server comes to your window to take your order. BF and I each ordered a double-cheeseburger. I also ordered the onion rings and the BF ordered the spicy curly fries. The burger was delish. Fresh formed patties and so hot and cooked perfectly. I very much enjoyed the burger. The onion rings were also very good though the curly fries were nothing special. I also ordered a shake. Well, it's called the Shake Shack, right? I ordered a pistachio shake. Can't say I was impressed. It just tasted like milk. Not much pistachio to it at all. I was bummed by that. Would I go back? Yup, for the burgers. I might give another shake a shot but will be very wary.

Absolutely delicious shakes made with real ingredients. My peanut butter banana milkshake had bits of real banana and creamy peanut butter that had not blended perfectly into the shake. It was perfect. The shack burger was the perfect diner style burger with the right amount of grease left on the wrapper. I ordered mine with bacon which was crispy and tasty.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a bite after heading over to the Ocoee and Hiwassee River areas and I am sure glad we did! First thing I see being delivered out the door are these HUGE soft serve ice cream cones...things seemed to be piled nearly a foot high! This place is sort of like an old fashioned drive in diner with car hop service (but you can go in as well, we opted to stay in the car as we had the pooch in the back seat). Saw some outdoor seating as well. We had a burger and chicken strips and a couple of side (buffalo chips and corn nuggets). All of the food was good and the prices are not bad either. For dessert we asked about a small version of the soft serve cones and thankfully there was a small version but by no means was this skimpy in any way. Service was quick and they were packed. Looking forward to stopping in again the next time we make it over that way heading to the river again!

I like this restaurant. You pull up and they come out and wait on you. So, it's sorto like Sonic. I have been coming here off and on for 12 years. They are reasonable and their food is good. Today I got bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich. I liked it so much I will be back. Also, I got tator tots to go with it. It is a cool place to go to and eat and sit never having to leave your car.

This place is the BOMB!! We eat here one day every weekend, the food is good and the shakes are so good!! Service is always the best, all the servers are so friendly and quick. We love the whole atmosphere of going to an old fashion drive in and eating in the car.

Sure, it's all kinds of cute and kitschy and retro 50's style, but the food just doesn't deliver. The burgers are just mediocre, the shakes are tasty but nothing to write home about, and the fries are downright weak. We came late one night, and although we liked the vibe and the service was friendly and prompt, we weren't stoked on the food...that's worth 2 stars in my book.

It is like a hold over from the 50s. So points for that. And service was good. And if you are not looking for healthy food, then ignore my review. :) We had the grilled cheese and the sweet corn bites, the mushroom bites, and the onion rings. After eating a few they all tasted a bit of the same batter and grease. I can see how other people like it, but I do not understand a 5 star rating.

post tubing requirement! Love me a standard burger or a pimento sandwich with bacon and tomatoes. Corn nuggets are a must! I usually get a chocolate banana peanutbutter shake but their seasonal ones are usually pretty fantastic, especially the red velvet cake. the bathrooms are clean, servers are nice...best spot!
