Menchie's has become my favorite frozen yogurt chain. I like their innovative flavors, amazing topping selection (can you say Hershey's Shell??) and friendly staff. I was excited to find a Menchie's in Hamilton Place while traveling for work in TN. This store had a great yogurt selection! My favorite combination was dark chocolate and juicy raspberry! The counter where you pay was very close to the self serve yogurt levers, which created a large bottleneck and line around the topping station. This design creates a crowded atmosphere and the staff could definitely benefit from moving that check out counter up- closer to the doors. Overall, the yogurt quality speaks for itself, delicious.

This place is great. The girl behind the counter wasn't the most friendly person but the yumminess made up for it. It was such a nice day that it was good to be able to sit outside.

Every time I've been after my 1st review, Its been equally crowded.. this wouldn't be that bad except for the fact there is only 1 unisex bathroom. It really made it awkward and uncomfortable if there's 3 men standing there as soon as you come out of the bathroom. otherwise everything from my previous review still stands.
