I don't like all the sandwiches at Jimmy Johns. But I do love The Beach Club sandwich. I get it every time I go. It is a little pricey for fast food, but this sandwich is worth it. Their bread is always good & fresh. I go there about once a week. I have never had anything delivered.

Just so so sandwiches to me. I don't like that they don't have hot sandwiches.

Won't go back! The bread was tough & had no flavor, the ham portion sparse for the size sub, and wasn't asked if I wanted any extra toppings. They took my money & then handed me a wrapped sandwich. Poor customer service & poor quality food.

First night safe meal. It was late and I was tired from traveling. I really don't like chains but. Jimmy John's is a safe meal for me. My go to meal is always a good sandwich. This one was no different then all of the other ones. Well not really like all the other ones. This one had a drive thru and I used it. It was fast and pretty good. I got the gargantuan sandwich (my norm) without tomatoes. That's just what I got and it was fast. I mean as I paid the sandwich was handed to the gentleman at the window. Freaky fast as they like to say.

I don't know why there are such bad reviews about this Jimmy Johns. It's not bad at all. I go here all the time on my break from school and the food is good and fresh, it's fast, and the people are really nice. I would definitely recommend it!

Really awful food at the Hixson location. I think that opening a Jimmy Johns here is actually going to bring in new customers more regularly into East Coast Penn Station subs, because I noticed my appreciation for that place skyrocketing amidst my cold, great value-esque, mayo as the star, vegetarian sub. The tiny dab of guacamole, maybe 1/3 of as much as you would get on a 7 layer burrito at Taco Bell was absolutely hilarious. The cookies here are prepackaged and made ahead of time and bagged up, whereas at Penn Station I did notice that they make them every day. Quite a bit different final product too. The sweet tea was good. Everything else was bad. There was a lot of excitement and energy going into making a large delivery order when I went. May luck be on your side as I think the majority of people are smarter than this, and the standards in this area have been raised beyond this. I went ahead and ate again right afterwards at Moes, and made leftovers out of most of the food I ordered here. It just wasn't good.

I'm a big jimmy johns fan. This is the worst store I have been to in 15 states. Sandwiches made wrong and guys verbally harassing female employees is not cool. I don't plan on returning to this location. Parking is almost impossible.
